Had such a bad experience. Went to go buy an i phone. The employees were passive aggressive. Charged me extra. Took so much time.

I went to go get a new phone from this location yesterday and two girls name Eva & Jasmin were really nice to me. They explained everything to me and were really helpful. I recommend this place to anyone who wants to purchase a new phone.

Worst Customer Service manager ever, her name is Yazmin C. she charged is $22.05 for a replacement sim card that her employee forgot to return to use the previous Day. She said that I have to deal with him the next day and said she will not call him to verify our story on his day off. At first she gave us the impression she will issua a refund the next day. So we decided to pay for a replacement sim that same day but after the transaction she said she will not issue a refund..She is a total lying sack of sh*t with a pound of make-up. Take your money somewhere else to a different carrier or dont give your money to this useless authorized retailer. Instead go to a corporate store which is located at 10721 Atlantic Ave, Lynnwood, CA.
