Ive always supported gamestop and shopped there often. When things go well its an ok place to shop, however when they dont good luck finding someone who cares or is able to help you resolve your problem.I ordered 2 games over a month ago online for my nephews birthday and paid for expedited shipping. I received the tracking information shortly after, so I thought great I will have the games soon. 1 week later, it is stuck on awaiting courier pickup. Two weeks go by and same thing. I sent a total of 5 emails waiting for some sort of response. I would have been happy to even hear sorry there was a delay, we should be able to get it out soon or anything along those lines. Sent more emails just to cancel the order since I bought the games elsewhere with no luck.This company has no cancel option, no option to speak with any live representatives and really no way of finding out what is happening with your order. Ive recently read reviews with similar stories of people never receiving their orders and being charged for them.Spend your hard earned cash elsewhere. Target, Best buy and Amazon are great options with faster shipping and better customer service. Needless to say, this left a bad taste in my mouth and I wont be shopping at GameStop anymore.

The guy who works here is so rude! I came to pick up and had to wait for everyone to stop browsing so I could pick up my order. I understand wait times but I don’t understand bad customer service. It’s inconvenient to stand outside and have no one tell you anything. I saw about 5 customers leave for the same reason .

This has been my home GAMESTOP store for years. I literally go pass about 4 stores just to continue going here. The staff is always right on target about everything from recommendations to all around service. My most recent interaction is what prompted me to do this. I pre ordered and fully paid for the wrong version of a game and the young lady went out of her way to ensure that I still got my copy and it was still the reservation copy as well.

Great service, clean store. The employees are very knowledgeable about the gaming systems and games. Always get my games here.

In general, its an OK game store, with multiple retro game options regarding the Wii, DS, 3DS, PS3 Xbox 360. If you are looking for new releases, in particular limited edition games, it might be a hidden gem store, since they dont sell out too fast, in comparison with GameStop Prestige stores. It needs more maintenance in the building and the customer service its average.

Checking out whats new for these holidays upcoming games stop always clean always get greeted and always someone asking if you need help great great great. Im a big fan of Nintendo when i seen the mini versions i almost shed a tear i was so happy and the prices are affordable.

My Xbox 360 was having an issue with the power staying on so I called the Game Stop on Paramount. The whole staff are attentive and friendly. With that said I must give special thanks to Treasure! Her insight was 2nd to none. Great hire Game Stop!

Complete waste of time. They told me they had the game in stock. Made me wait in line and when I got to the register, they said they could not sell it to me because I did not pre order. Then why waste my time and not ask me at first if I pre ordered when I asked them if the game was in stock. Good thing best buy had it with no hassle.. Im not surprised gamestop let me down many times before. Im not sure why I still shop there.

Trash, even though I have a gamestop rewards card, even though I have shown my school ID The person working the counter still did not let me fully pay of Shadow of wars. If he had told me the first time the ID needed to be government I would of gone home and picked it up. Unprofessional, if this is how Gamestop trains their staff, I might as well stick to buying games online.

Customer service is terrible and unhelpful, I one time bought 2 copies of Black Ops 2, only for them to not work. And the employees all feel like they dont like their jobs or whatever, often giving out a nasty attitude. I recommend you DONT buy from this store and instead go to the one in Rosecrans. Edit: recently, I called the store to see if they had Mario Kart 8 Deluxe available, and the call suddenly sounded all chiptune - staticky (mind my spelling). I visit the store and they tell me that I should have arrived 5 minutes earlier because it was already reserved. ARE YOU F***ING KIDDING ME??? I JUST CALLED THEM FOR THAT REASON! the worst GameStop there is. save your gas and go to another location, this location isnt worth it.

I shop here all the time but today was an above average experience. I preordered Far Cry 4 with my new gamestop credit card that still hasnt been sent to me and the guy helped me tremendously as well as his manager by calling 3+ phone numbers so I could get my information and buy the game. He kept apologizing for being transferred by the customer service but I apologize for taking up his day. At first I was disappointed and started to walk out but he stopped me and helped me so much. In the end after lots of time and phone calls, I walked out with the game being purchased under my credit card, information about my card, and the details so I could buy more until my actual card comes. Big thanks to Lawrence for helping me out today. I always see him here and hes always helpful and funny. And props to his manager for helping too even though I took a bit of their time in the line. I would definitely recommend this gamestop to anyone looking for good games and good service. And I will definitely be taking the time to give him a good review for the outstanding care to me today.
