Mugs is one of the best places in town. I highly recommend. The coffee is good, the environment is nice and cozy. The staff is great.

Mugs is great! They opened right before I graduated with my undergrad degree and I spent SO much time here writing papers. Greta environment, the people are so friendly, and the seating is pretty comfy and versatile which is important for paper writing. They also have a great set up for meetings and hang outs.

The drinks we had there were absolutely delicious and the snacks were as well. The environment was so cute and cozy. The people who worked there were also super nice to you. If you come around then you should definitely come here.

Excellent food and attentive staff. There was a line out the door and down the block. It took less than 15 minutes to get up to the register. Ordering is efficient and the food was delivered in less than 5 minutes. The staff politley ensures that you wait to claim your table until you order and they clear plates as you go which is very helpful in ensuring tables are available when you are ready to sit. This is a must for breakfast when vising the city

Im really glad this place is in Commerce. Weve needed something like it for awhile. Love the service, people, and those little lemon cakes are the BOMB.

The coffee is from our favorite roaster, Addison Roasters in Addison, TX, and it is delicious. The staff is friendly, and the local made scones and zucchini bread are yummy!

Snag an alcove and catch up with a friend youve not seen in far too long. Sit or lounge. Theyre cool with that. Need to study for a final? No problem whatsoever. Meet at Mugs and take advantage of several areas, complete with comfy sofas and arm chairs. The menu is diverse. When I say theres something for everyone, I truly mean it. Check em out. Its a great atmosphere and the employees are happy to be there.

Delightful place. Good varies of coffee and teas. You cant go wrong with the hot Chai, for flare add a shot of espresso. Fresh baked treats include muffins, cakes, and cookies. Eclectic decor and friendly staff were reasons themselves to go back.

I enjoyed a Texas Fall blended coffee drink at Mugs on 6 March 2018. The drink was very good. According to the barista, this coffee shop has been open since October 2017.This coffee shop on the square in Commerce has an attractive interior design, a solid drink menu, and reasonable prices. Mugs has free Wi-Fi, USB ports on its electrical sockets, board games available to play, and a childrens corner. Mugs also sells hand-made desserts such as cookies and brownies.My only complaint with Mugs is that as a person with a spinal disability, I need a standing-height table to be most comfortable so that I can work without sitting. Mugs features normal- and mid-height tables only.

This is a cozy, comfy little coffee shop. The folks are super friendly, and the drinks are amazing! Also try their blueberry muffins! They’re so delicious, it’s one of the ‘melt-in-your-mouth’ things !

Really cozy establishment in the middle of downtown commerce. Its a small and cute little place with a lot of personality, great staff, and a good variety of board games and card games while you enjoy your drink. Its an all around good place

Everything about this place is amazing. There only thing that I didnt love was that the coffee had a burnt flavor, similar to Starbucks coffee. Food was delicious, atmosphere is nice, and staff are friendly.

The atmosphere was very warm and inviting. It is a great space. It is relaxing. It was possibly one of the best cups of coffee I have had. The service was perfect. I gladly recommend it to anyone in the area.

My two daughters and I love Mugs. The people are friendly and the coffee is great, the best Ive had. The vintage downtown area and shop are so charming. We make the 35-minute drive just to hang out, play cards, or write. We even bought their T-shirts, and we love their chocolate chip cookies.

Best coffee Ive had in a long time! Mugs has a very cozy atmosphere, comfortable seating, and great coffee! On top of that, there are board games, books, oversized card games, and even adult coloring books. Great place to relax by yourself, meet up with friends, or go out on a casual date.

Very tasty chocolate muffin. I really enjoyed the latte I got, except for the fact that I forgot to ask for a dairy-free option, and ended up with a terrible stomach ache as a result of drinking it. I enjoyed the drink but probably would ask for a dairy-free option in the future. Would still recommend this place to friends!

A nice cozy and quaint coffee shop featuring a rustic and eclectic interior decor.Typical choices of coffee styles that are all fresh brewed and made to order in front of you. Plenty of varying and delicious coffee flavors making it very easy to get whatever style and flavor of coffee you could want.Price is similar to what you would see at a Starbucks, so a typical coffee is not super pricey.

I literally drove 30 minutes here to grab my favorite cup of coffee- the texas fall - then drove all the way back. Its worth the drive for the friendly folks, calming atmosphere and of course the amazing drinks!

Mugs Coffee is one of my favorite places to go in order to get fresh, amazing coffee and be surrounded with a nice, cozy atmosphere.They offer free wifi and places to plug your electronics in all around the shop and they constantly have students coming in, playing games or chatting around the different tables.My favorite so far has been the Cold Cinnamon Dolce Latte. Just ever so slightly sweetened, but with lots of flavor.

A local coffee house was one of the things that Commerce was missing, especially being a college town. Mugs probably has as much business as when they started because of the amazing coffee and teas, and not to mention the exceptional homemade breads (zucchini, pumpkin, and lemon poppyseed). They also have quiet music along with free fast WiFi and comfortable couches which makes for the perfect study place.

Such a darling place to gather with friends, take a study break, or a get a quick sip after shopping downtown.

Ever since Cowhill left, Ive been waiting for Commerce to get another coffee shop. Finally, Mugs opened up and it does not disappoint! The employees are always so friendly and offer quick service. They get really involved in the community and with TAMU-C, which I think is great. Their coffee and teas are excellent, as are their little treats. Whether yourre studying or just hanging out, its incredibly cozy and has a great atmosphere. Really could not have asked for a better coffee shop for this town.

This place is awesome! Great beverages, great atmosphere, awesome friendly staff! There are various seating choices from traditional tables to comfy chairs and couches. There are games to play if youd like as well. The owner and staff are extremely friendly. I once accidently left my phone in the shop and the owner drove up to unlock to store after it had closed so I could get my phone. #customerforlife
