Its official! This place blows, they definitely cannot make an ice blend thats actually worth paying for. You pay for an ice blend cold brew and all you will get is ice with a little bit of coffee on the bottom if even that so in about three sips youll finish whatever coffee they dumped in there and after those three sips you only be left with coffee flavored ice which is good if thats what you paid for but I usually get a lot more coffee with that basically what Im trying to say is they dont know how to do ratios here downtown LA they know how to make a decent coffee usually it does vary from person to person but this one in particular definitely cannot cannot make an ice blend The hot ones easy to do is make some milk thats hot and then throw some coffee in there The machine does all that. And yeah I finished it. I dont like to waste materials. Unlike the untrained workers they toss in the ring apparently do.

Quickest detour by Google Map. Convenient drive thru. Hot day so went with 32fl oz. My favorite drink. Hopping back on freeway to continue with my route. Driving with A/C on and a cold drink. Loving it.

Today I was blessed with this beautiful young lady named Sam at the drive thru. I forgot my debit card, but I have Apple Pay on my phone. I kept hearing it beep 3x while trying to pay. She ended up saying it’s okay and paid for my order. Wonder young lady! She saved me with coffee and a snack for work without even know I was running late. Thank you Sam for saving the day! I will come back to pay you Sam 😊Overall this location has great customer service, always clean, and when I ask for extra cookies they do know what extra is 👍🏼

I went to get some coffee and breakfast. I love the coffee and bagels. They didnt have decaf coffee made, by the time I reached the drive thru window, my coffee was ready. As I was preparing it, it looked really dark. I tasted it and it was potent and bitter. It was horrible. In my experience, giving the customer the first drip of coffee most likely, will result in dark coffee and coffee grounds. Its better to give customers coffee after the first drip. The breakfast was bad too. Cafeteria food tastes better. I do not recommend this place to anyone.

Great coffee and service was very pleasant. Coffee is a lot better than Starbucks and Caprese sandwich is the best sandwich on the menu.

Went through the drive thru and ended up waiting way to long to get my drink. When the employee finally opened the window they were confused about my drink and if I had actually ordered. Will give them another try if Im ever in the area but 2 starts for now.

Omg, finally happy to have found a great place that did blended drinks... we had called many places and only found one other... but this one was amazing!!!!

I visited 2/6/21, just before 2pm and Jonathan provided the best customer service! I asked if any vegan pastries were available, as some no longer carry them 😪. To my surprise, he said they have brownies and banana nut bread! My taste buds explode instantly! Thank you, Jonathan! You made my day!

Great drink during my busy day!

This was the first time I visited this location and unfortunately it was not a good experience. They have aggressive looking signs posted up outside saying no mask no service, this can be communicated in a much nicer way. I was very surprised that this was allowed at a coffee bean. The location did not look clean and my drink was completely wrong. I tried to go in and fix it but the lobby is closed and the drive-thru was too long to get back in line.

Not bad..Havent been in a long time

Unfortunately had a bad experience here today. Ordered online, picked up inside, but the order was wrong, and had to drive back to get it fixed. 2nd order was fine, but lid on the drink was not properly secured (possibly wrong size for the 32 oz cup) and so popped off and spilled as soon as the drink was placed on a tabled, getting several electronics wet.

Drive thru woman was already annoyed🤷‍♀️My coffee was not even warm..blueberry scones were dry...not my usually good experience this time...sorry guys maybe because it was Monday early 7am morning.

I had only been here twice. First time would be a year ago for a cookies and cream. Now, I had recently visited again about a week ago. Very rude staff, and very easily offended. All but one, Patric was extremely lively and helpful. He seemed to be running the whole show, while the other girls looked lost. Does the manager hire pretty faces, just to stand around and have a rude attitude? I work nearby and was very astonished at the AMAZING service I received from Patric. When I work Black Friday, the only reason I will visit is because of Patric, and that alone. I came in with a bad impression, and left in a better mood just because of that one employee. HE should be the manager. He shows initiative, determination, is well organized, and most of all has good communication skills. Plus, he made my drink way better than any of the girls could’ve made it. Thanks again Patric. Stay blessed!

Great place, always helpful and fast service, and the stuff is really good. Their rewards and point programs are also really nice, and are pretty generous in how many rewards you get. The speed of which your order is completed varies somewhat, but is usually very good. The prices are okay on some things, but others are a bit high, but its usually on items that are not always offered. Overall great coffee place.

First time using drive-thru and was very surprised by how easy and fast the process went. My drink was as ordered and just the way I like it.

God, I mean seriously. I feel like they have a lot of turnover here so they dont properly train people. I was in the drive through line for over twenty minutes and even after I paid had to wait with nobody in front of me. Get it together coffee bean, thats probably why most prefer the mermaid coffee.

Terrible service. Walk in and was not acknowledged by the staff. Multiple members available and no one in line or waiting for drinks. Truly disappointing as I normally enjoy the service at the Coffee Bean.

Really bad customer service. I called this location several times and did not receive an answer. When I finally went to the location the staff were rude and did not make my order right. Hire some better people who can manage this location!

Clean friendly awsm employees ... Very helpful to correct how a hot coffee shld be done and to be kind in enough to make a new drink, just tht little bet was beyond. The only things beside its cozy and big. ITS TOO COLD INSIDE COULDNT ENJOY BE INSIDE.

This is my least favorite location. The cashier tends to have an attitude and 1/3 of the time they get the order wrong and have to remake the drink.

Honestly ome of the best places to get an ice coffee. I would always get hazel but or vanilla ice coffee. One of my favorites drinks from coffee bean. Totally better than star buck, in my opinion of course. Highly recommend this place.

I went to use the restroom and it was out of order the manager the older Indian woman keep staring and glaring at me while I waited in line to ask for the key

Friendly helpful staff, everything looks clean and neat. You do have to wait for Dark Roast in the afternoon, but a little wait for good coffee is worth it.

This place is okay. I get my coffee and get out. Normal its quick and easy. Today it took them a little longer then normal.

They have a large room where you can enjoy your coffee or tea and snack. I was traveling home to Orange County from Lancaster and the traffic was terrible and I was hot and thirsty. So I pulled off the freeway and had a refreshing stop here to refuel and recharge from the weariness of traveling in heavy traffic. The staff who waited on me were friendly and accommodating to my special requests which I truly appreciated.

Does not take time to make the drinks correctly. It taste terrible; too much ice and not enough flavor. Never come back again.

I really like this place :) The times Ive been there its been calm. The pumpkin spice ice blended latte is BOMB ! It has an authentic pumpkin flavor unlike other places that have a more syrup based taste. I am anxiously waiting for Fall to come around again so I can have my latte :)

1. Filthy floors out on the patio2. Always find smokers outside on the patio3. Dirty Tables4. Their bathroom is regularly used by homeless people to take showers on the sink. The bathroom is a bacteria magnet. Avoid their bathrooms you might get an infection.5. Rude customer service. Sometimes their ok and nice but every store has a rude manager.6 . Their coffee is ok I tasted better.7 if you want to study go to starbStar is a much better environment. Cleaner too.

For me very good customer service, and coffee the best so much different than starbucks., and very good service, cashier knew pretty much what kind of coffee I wanted, so many choices.

Need to train your employees some customer service skills or at least to get a drink order right after repeating it 3 times... And theres a girl who works the drive thru window who gives me and other ppl the creeps.

How does one review a coffee shop? The service is friendly and the coffee is decent for a coffee bean. Lots of space inside as well and an outdoor sitting area.

Have a quick meeting at this location, and new recruit Rosa was taking my order and it took a while waiting only unfortunately because she was basically manning the front register by herself while other people on staff were taken care of other orders through the drive-thru. Before she got to me she had a hard time with a gentleman that was from the Far East territory and didnt speak English very well, and she had a hard time trying to accommodate his order as far as did they need room for cream or sugar or anything for the coffees and such that he ordered. Like a good sport I did ask her to take a breath because I knew that that guest was a hassle and someone should have helped her out or she should have asked for help to not have the line hold up. No matter what time of day Noor day of the week, if you got a trainee run in the line there should always be someone having her back so that the line doesnt get held up like that.

Coffee was great; space was fine, though the AC was weak. Also there was only a single male bathroom and a single female bathroom. Consequently there was a line for one bathroom or the other the entire time I was there. Why not just make both bathrooms gender neutral?
