Very nice service. Trent design the kitchen for me is so beautiful and the price and quality are the way better than others! The real wood with pretty color thats very strong! people are so friendly here, and know the city code well. I love this store! The best ever!The reason I put low score as people all put low score I dont know why (people all love here so much, I guess they might want you pay attention on their review). For me, it definitely is the best 5 Star place!!

My experience with Mary at Cabinetstogo was excellent. She guided me through the remodel of a large kitchen including helping me upgrade features like trash drawers, spice drawers and more. There were many phone calls back and forth discussing this complicated kitchen and it turned out beautiful saving me a lot of money over using a contractor. I would highly recommend Cabinetstogo as everything arrived as promised and glass doors were packed properly so they were not broken. The quality of the cabinets were excellent. Soft close. My review has 4 parts: 1) Danny Larabee, manager at the Commerce store-5 stars; 2) cabinets-4 stars; 3) counters-4 stars; 4) flooring-5 stars. Overall a solid 4.5 stars.1) Danny was so helpful with designing our kitchen! We went to the store to start pricing cabinets out 2 weeks before we had closed on our house, which was during a sale weekend. He did our preliminary design with the rough measurements we had on this visit. After closing and making several changes to cabinet sizes/placement because our measurements were off, he honored the sale price from our original visit on our full order, which was a huge $ saver. I would be happy to work with Danny again on any kitchen design in the future!2) The cabinets were delivered in ~9 days, earlier than predicted. We had no damaged cabinets or missing parts, and our contractor said they were easy to put together but still very sturdy. We haven’t had any issues with them; the soft-close hinges work perfectly, the drawers pull out completely, and the shelves aren’t bowing under weight of heavy dishes. My ONLY gripe with them (minus a star) is that we got two-toned cabinets, and the white shakers have a “seam” on the door corners, whereas the grey shakers are “seamless.” (Pictures attached). I don’t know why the cabinet maker designed the same style of cabinet 2 different ways just because of a color difference. We asked about replacing the doors on our grey cabinets to match the white ones, but were told that they couldn’t order doors alone and we would have had to replace the entire cabinet. We opted not to do that because it would’ve set us back in time and money. Luckily, no one else has ever noticed the difference unless I point it out, and since the grey cabinets stand alone as our island, it is not super obvious, but my perfectionist brain still knows it’s different for some inexplicable reason, and should definitely be something people are aware of if they are ordering two-toned cabinets.3) Our counters turned out beautiful. We were able to get scheduled for measurement 2 days after our cabinets were installed, but then took 4 weeks to come back out for the actual install because they were short-staffed. It was a long time to go without counters when the rest of the kitchen was complete, especially since we had ordered them at the same time as the cabinets. The install went perfectly though, and we are so happy with the way they brought the kitchen together.4) We got the waterproof flooring because we have a toddler and 2 dogs. Our contractor installed ~800 sqft in 2 days. It’s not completely damage-proof like some other floors; we got several scratches in it during our reno, but they aren’t super noticeable or were easily covered with a rug. The waterproofing, however, is perfect. We’ve had countless spills of various liquids, and not a drop has gotten through a seam yet and it always cleans up really easily. Along with our flooring, we got the 3-inch baseboard trim, which looks flawless since it comes pre-painted and in 12-foot sticks to minimize the number of seams around a room.Overall, we’re so happy with how our kitchen turned out thanks to the quality of materials and design help from Danny. If we ever reno another kitchen or replace flooring in the future, I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

I can only echo what all the other bad reviews on here mentioned. Wished I read these reviews before using this company.

Danny!! WoW! He is full of cabinet compassion and made us feel like we were his only clients. He kept us informed, enthusiastic about our ideas, patient with our questions and changes in the design. We highly recommend Danny! We met with him 3 times, countless hours and numerous of calls to each other. Danny was always there for us. He even gave us his personal cell to contact him with any questions we might have. Thank you Danny!!!

Id recommend these fellas to anyone. Been living over here for a while and wanted to make an affordable change to our kitchen. Not only did they come in under budget, but much faster than any other company had told us. Not to mention, the kitchen has never looked better. A truly great experience.

BUYER BEWARE‼️ I am thoroughly dissatisfied with cabinets to go. The one star is for Adrian at the commerce store. My husband and I purchased cabinets and countertops from the Commerce, CA location of Cabinets to go. Adrian was the salesperson. He was very nice and professional, thats where it ended. The measurements did not end up being what I initially asked for. The cabinets ended up being short. When I inquired about purchasing an additional cabinet the price for one cabinet was over $500!!! Ridiculous!!! The cabinets arrived damaged, five times!!! Totally unacceptable.The back and forth due to damaged cabinets delayed the construction two (2) months!!! In turn, cost additional money. I was not compensated in any form or fashion. This is not the manner in which reputable Companies conduct business. The customer service resembled pass the buck, instead of rectifying the problem. Parts were missing, which delayed the cabinets from being assembled. We had not even attached them to the wall yet!!!I can not, nor will I ever recommend Cabinets to Go, to anyone for kitchen cabinets due to the poor craftsmanship, poor delivery service, and less than adequate customer service. We still have not recovered from Fiasco which is Cabinets To Go.

My husband is a contractor, so hes done a lot of cabinet shopping. These are very nice quality, great customer service, and delivery is included, which is super. Very happy!

I just moved in to a new apartment with my roommates and the previous tenants absolutely destroyed the cabinets. Needless to say, we needed cabinets fast. We called Cabinets To Go to get new ones installed and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. They had new, awesome-looking cabinets installed within the week and we couldnt have been happier with the quality. I would recommend for anyone in the the market for new cabinets.

Stay away from this place at all costs. I went with them thinking I was dealing with a reputable company and that I would have a smooth transaction and a kitchen in a timely manner. Boy was I wrong! I hired them to measure my kitchen and paid them their $89 fee. They sent a person by the name of Robert out to measure. He took the measurements and sent them to Lisa at the store. Lisa sat down with me and designed our kitchen according to the measurements. We paid Cabinets to Go to install our kitchen. When their installers came, they realized our kitchens measurements were incorrect. As a result, we had to change the design and order new cabinets to coincide with the correct measurements. I had to wait an additional 3 weeks to get the items and have them installed. I went that time without a functioning kitchen. In addition, they left the old cabinets in my living room and didn’t arrange to have them picked up until over a month later. Danny, the manager, was completely useless when it came to offering any assistance. In fact, to this day I haven’t been credited for the items that were incorrectly ordered due to the wrong measurements. They are refusing to take some of the cabinets back even though they screwed up. If you’re looking for customer service, look elsewhere. They messed up on the measurements, the design, placing the order for correct cabinets, and now in offering the proper credits. Save your time and money and go elsewhere.

Our original contractor promised us our cabinets in time for an event we were having. The company he was getting them from told us 2 weeks before delivery that they wouldnt be able to make it on time. We were out of options- I am so glad we found Cabinets To Go. They are quality, fast and their service was terrific. Definitely reccomend

This company lacks great leadership.They locked us into a sale and made continuous mistakes. They measured our kitchen incorrectly and ordered the wrong items. To make matters worse they didn’t take the items that they ordered erroneously back. So we are left with an incomplete kitchen. Danny the manager will misrepresent information so just be aware. Robert their installer will make critical mistakes and will not own up to it. BE AWARE and go with a competitor.

Professional and good selection good quality too

They have a problem with quality control and damage when shipping the cabinets. Cabinet pieces keep arriving damaged. Then you re-order the piece and it arrives damaged again. One piece was re-ordered 3 times and it took almost a month to get the re-placement each time. I ordered the cabinets in March and it is now July and I just received the final replacement pieces. I could go on and on with the issues we have had with this company.

Walked in with my wife with a $60k budget and there was one person there glued to the computer. He said hello and that was it. We walked around the store for about 20 minutes or so. We were never acknowledged again...nothing...walked out of the store and he didnt even tell us he will be with us or didnt even try to stop us from leaving. I hope that whatever he was working on was worth at least $60,000. I will take my money elsewhere. Too bad..they sent us some very beautiful flyers to our home. The fliers will go in the recycling bin. Good luck, hope the business flourishes on the great customer service that was non-existent.

Cabinets to go need to improve their cabinet delivery issue. They are horrible on delivering as they promise. The corporate office need to check this out and find a solution.

Was expecting a large showroom. Instead they have 5 or 6 installations of kitchen only. Everything else is only in catalogs. Also they only have kitchen cabinets but say they can make same for bathroom

They are the worst! I placed an order for 2 kitchens in May, because of their mess-up, I didnt get my cabinets until mid July (2 wks I was told it takes). When we finally got our order, some of the cabinets were damaged and Im still having issues with them getting me my replacements. According to the guy at the Commerce store, its out of his hands. But they sure took my money. They are horrible, say they call and they dont, you have to keep calling them!!! Wish I would have gone somewhere else. They dont even deserve one Star!!!
