Love 5.11s entire line, 80-90% of my uniform is 5.11. My issue is with this store... Whats the sense of having a 5.11 Retail Store, when you dont carry everything in their line? Cant see the logic of them only carrying casual wear at the Commerce shop; they carry absolutely no uniform or tactical related clothing. I was lucky to find the operator belt I was looking for. And the warehouse store... I hope youre looking for shirts, cause thats pretty much all they have, aside from a few boots and pants. Stick to the online store, better inventory and a chance at a discount.

I go here fairly often usually to grab a bag of Black Rifle Coffee, but today I went for the end of the month sale that they have and scored a nice backpack for 70% off.All the staff is always friendly and helpful and today was no exception.

Excellent place, great fit, true to size, and comfortable, got a pair of tactical pants about seven years ago and still look sharp, definitely Ill go buy another two pairs, great customer service, great prices, highly recommend it 👍

Awesome gear. Been wearing 5.11 boots for years now. But shop online. In store every time Ive been Ive been ignored by sale people while they ask everyone else around me if they need help. I need to go to the register and ask for help, only after I get there attention from what ever else they are doing.

511 apparel and equipment selection is always great. However, the store customer service seems to always be lacking. They are always understaffed and to make matters worse the employees seem to be uninterested and lack empathy towards customers.

As expected the best quality tactical gear on the market, and the best quality staff. Very knowledgeable of the products and extremely helpful, not pushy salesmen however. This is a favorite brand of mine, preferred in the law enforcement community. Its one thing to see everything online and decide what you want to buy, but the ability to go into a store and get hands on the products and be able to purchase with an incredible staff helping all the way is invaluable.

This place is a dream come true, Ive been shopping with 511 for awhile and when I found out that they opened a store in commerce I had to go. The store is very nice and very organized and they have a very good selection out on display from the website. The only bad part is the parking really have to pay attention to where you turned. (Maybe thats just me.)

I found this store by accident when I was going to the outlets near by. The staff was super friendly and helpful. I already own a bunch of 5.11 gear and their products have never let me down.While I was browsing around the store, my wife went to the front desk where they had some knives on display. She had zero knowledge of knives and was asking questions about them. The salesperson spent the time with her and answered all of her questions. They even showed her how to open and close it safely.She now owns her first pocket knife. Im a little jealous she picked out a Benchmade considering I dont even have one yet. Thanks guys.

5.11 TACTICAL IS A GREAT STORE. I GO TO THE SAUGUS, MA STORE. I BOUGHT SIX ITEMS FROM THIS STORE. EVERYTHING I GOT WAS PERFECT. THEY HAVE A HUGE SELECTION OF BOOTS AND BACKPACKS.

I already know the products are great. But I’ve never felt so profiled since I can remember. The larger guy continued staring at me and made me very uncomfortable. He was waiting for me to purchase and rush me out the door. I did have the money, and I did purchase the bag. You’re better off buying on their site or on Amazon. Just remember never judge a book by its cover. Have a good day.

I went on 05/05/17 to buy some stuff. I got a couple of pouches that were marked at $5. When I paid, the guy told me that they dont provide a paper receipt but that one will be emailed to me and proceeded to request my email address. I gave him my email address and paid for all of the merchandise. When I got home, I noticed that they charged me more than the marked price for the pouches. I called the store to let them know and requested a price adjustment because the signed clearly stated $5 per pouch. sadly to say, they wanted me to drive back to commerce (I live about 40 miles one way) to look at my receipt. I told the guy that I live about 40 away and asked if he can adjust the price over the phone. He said that he couldnt and that the only way to look at it was for me to drive back. Needless to say, verify the price of the items before you pay because they will over charge you.

Its great place for men shopping. Its pity that I found it too late, when my baggage was already full. Its place about weapon, armour etc.

Whoever it was that was working there on May 16 2019 around 12-1 needs to be retrained and/or replaced.I felt unwelcome in the store and was offered nothing but dirty looks and one word answers, Treated like a second class citizen probably because of my appearance with wearing beat up clothing from working this morning.when i asked if the 2 pants on the rack was all that they had all he answered yeah, didnt even present my options or ask me if i was interested in ordering any other color. which i was going to order 4 green pairs, Ive now just ordered those off of Amazon.I will not be returning to that store due to my experience today.

Went there with my friend to get few stuff for work, there were two employees the guy with beard was nice but the other hispanic guy with mustache was really rude! He was giving us attitude while charging us more than any other 5.11 store does and then at the end we told him have a great day and he just turned around and walked away smh... he is simply bad for business

My experience was bad I called ahead before I drove looking for a Retro Reflector vest and they told me they have some in stock and also online it said they have them in stock. Upon arrival I asked at the front register the employee said they dont sell them in the store u have to order them online. He should of mentioned it before I drove to there location. Also the Traffic was Awful. Now I just finished purchasing my vest on Amazon it will be here tomorrow morning not 3 weeks from today like the employee had mentioned If I order the vest there. As a security guard most of my equipment is bought online. I do go to another location in downtown but its very over price.Im glad that 511 opened up here, employees know what there talking about. Prices are fair, and it has so much equipment.Hands down my go 2 spot for my boots, belts, socks, etc.
