This place is poppin and has excellent customer service gals! Some of the brands had come down in quality too much and started breaking especially heels. Now they are working on that as Madden is supposed to be one of THE brands for ladies shoes. They still have mostly excellent quality stuff too and that includes clothing and handbags as well. I was in and out like the Flash!

Great customer service from these gals, much better than last years crew. The prices get way low too if you find the right discounts, although some of the shoes seem cheaply made and fall apart too easily.  Huge assortment of shoes, boots, clothing and socks/underwear, as well as designer purses.

I was disspointed they didnt have my shoe size.

Me and my family purchased 3 pair of shoes, but the sizes of two pairs were out of stock. I filled a form for mailing, but never received the shoes. We went back to LA to resolve the problem after 20 days. The manager said he could not find the mailing form I filled, he said he will contact me if he find anything. One and half week later, no one contacts me. I called them again, they said they will contact me..But they never did, nor refunding me... The worst shopping experience I had ever experienced..

I come here once a week and the employees have always been so helpful. They go above and beyond to help me get my shoes, even if they dont have my size in the store. One of the reasons I am regular customer.
