Be very intentional when purchasing here or better yet, avoid shopping here altogether; the return policy on their receipt isn’t being honored anymore due to COVID-19. If they ask you if you opened something, say no. A $2 item can’t even be exchanged and disposed of for another cheap $2 item. Really? Cashiers need to inform customers that all sales are final.

Amazing place for nail supplies! Have a huge bar of makeup all American brands. Have supplies for hair such as hair dye or wigs. Same amount of nails supplies like any other makeup store, all legacy brand for acrylic and gel, have nail polish variety of colors. There are few masks for face and hands and feet like sheet skincare masks. They also have hair accessories and tools like dryer, curlers, etc. the workers always nice to new customers and depends on hours and days of workers there, sometimes on bad moods and music is sometimes too loud you can’t hear the workers talking to you or vice versa.

Great customer service! Was greeted right away and got help with all the questions I had. Feel so bad I forgot the girls name who helped me but she was new and was such help! Definitely coming back! Great location!

Very great store my first time in was when the pandemic first hit and I tried an at home bleach job so I went here and the young lady I spoke with recommended a great wella toner combination that gave me an awesome color for my hair love this place

I got the wrong shade of foundation and I couldn’t change the shade because they said it was open already like how else would I found out it was the wrong shade I had to open it to find out .

I was excited it was my first time inside the store and I was walking around looking at everything and the young girl followed me in every aisle I felt so uncomfortable I walked out I didn’t even get to see the wigs they had in the back. Very disappointed the funny thing is I was the only one in the store at the time of my visit. She could of just stared at me from a far. I understand you don’t want nobody stealing but I was the only person there!!! I wanted to buy something and you didn’t even let me because the way you followed me and made me feel like I was doing something wrong. I’ll go back one day. Until then it’s a no for me. -disappointed first timer

Reason why I’m giving this store a 1 star is because once I started to record some make up to show my friends immediately the management came up to me and told me to put my phone away and I seen the owner giving the young lady hand signs to keep an eye on me, I’m so disappointed really bad customer service
