I’ve Purchased 6 barber chairs, not even 4 months having them, all hydraulics and reclining chair pump went out, I was extremely excited when I first purchased them thinking I didn’t have to worry about any issues with this company, but comes to it, that everyone needs to be aware…. They tell you you have warranty but they clearly push you to the side when the Items you purchase isn’t working properly,Even when trying to reach the sales person Name Justin, he’s never available or they give me the run around that he will call back in a hr ….No call back at all, just a Unsatisfied customerI keep calling and now they don’t answer, I believe they block my phone number….Every please be aware, wouldn’t want this to happen to any one else

They sell standard barber chairs. Nothing amazing about them. I bought a few chairs and one of the chairs broke in the weirdest place. The brace that holds the foot peddle broke. I tried calling the number on the website to order a replacement and they where no help. I had to email the sales team because there is no other way to get in contact with them. I’m still emailing back and forth to try to figure out how to get a replacement part.

Terrible customer service, terrible at getting back to me. Spent 4K on chairs with them & it’s been a nightmare. Still waiting . Gonna have to wait to open my business due to them

I am so glad that I found this place. Recently, I opened a new barbershop and barberpub installed/ delivered my chairs and stations. They installed very professionally and I was able to sleep good knowing they guarantee their work. I looked all around town and found that they have the best prices, which really saved me lots of money!

Wished I would of never spend my money here. Quality is horrible, bought 5 chair and 6 storage stations. After 1 year chairs dont work anymore, storage stations are not heat resistant. It took 9 months for them to send me metal rings for my hot tools and to top it off not complete . Dont waste your money.

My order came broken and I never received an email back after I asked for return info.Very disappointing.Edit: they blamed me for not getting the email, but after extensive searching for any reply from this company, I can confirm they did not reply until I reviewed.
