Dropped my car off on a Saturday before they opened my catalytic converter was stolen. Got a call at 10:30 with a price to replace it. At 10:45 got a call again car was finish. Definitely service with a smile. Highly recommend Solo if you need exhaust work done....

Had a loose exhaust shield on my old Corolla. Called, they said come on in. Drove over, pulled into lot and noted empty bay. Tech immediately pulled car in and raised lift. Inspected and secured the shield. Lowered lift, backed car out. Told me no charge! Literally, I was in and out in ten minutes! Such nice people! Will definitely return when in need of exhaust work!.

My 85 yr old grandma and i was driving down eakin road when her muffler broke and was dragging,so we pulled into solo muffler thinking this is a muffler shop they can help us out some way or another..NOPE. When i walked up to ask for help they heard us pull in dragging our muffler they told us no they were cut off for the day and this was at 1100 am. They said there was nothing they could do to help.so they sent us off driving with our muffler dragging. I asked if they had a saw zaw or zip ties to use to do ny myself they laughed and walked away and said they were closed for the day..to leave an old woman like that is messes up i just thank god i was there and was barely able to get her home safe..i would.not recommend this business to anyone.literally the least professional and rudest people ive ever seen in my life. This is not the only problem ive heard of other people who had problems with there work.they rush to get it done and dont do the job right and try to charge you when you come back to fix something they messed up..THIS IS NOT A HATE REVIEW THIS IS VERY TRUE AND JUST HAPPENED TO US 2DAY..DO NOT GO THERE FOR SERVICE THEY ARE TERRIBLE PEOPLE SERIOUSLY..

This place is awesome I will never go anywhere else to get my muffler or any kind of Auto Service done their friendly quick and very inexpensive and they did a fantastic job my muffler came off and they welded it back on for me and set everything up for me for only $50 and I was in and out in 30 minutes it was fantastic

Fast service, great price, friendly people.As far as shops go I thought the garage was pretty clean and organized.Quick turnaround time and it was apparent that they did take the time to inspect their welds.I work downtown and live in Johnstown but it was worth the quick jaunt to get the work done here.

They have a truck lift. They quoted me 600 because I have a big truck they were 200 to 250 online and I needed two. Then they gave me a 150 discount without me asking. This is a great place. They even have some nice cars for sale.

Highly recommend this muffler shop. Much better pricing than Mad Hatter Muffler, and youll have less wait too. And they do just as good if not a better job than Mad Hatter.

Muffler work they did originally was botched. Muffler fell off after a few Paid for my own muffler 2nx time around. $145 to install?!When you try to explain anything, the owner thumbed his nose at me. He obviously didnt recognize me, I had a car lot, we brought 60+ exhaust repairs that never ran more than $120 an entire exhaust. Time to get find another muffler shop.I would also like to note that I had a commercial account with them for my car lot. I watched mad hatters come up as well. They averaged 1 out of 5 cars that would have to be reworked. The woman in the office is a total sweetheart. The gentleman I dealt with and or woman in the office were great. The guy I saw that day I hadnt ever dealt with. Either way I sent thousands of dollars theyre way and only to be treated like a pieon with no credibility.

Brought my RX7 Race car in the other week on a trailer to have exhaust put on. I brought mufflers, tips, and v-band flanges, and Solo Mufflers took care of the rest. It took them less than two hours to do the job, and they did it exactly as I wanted. Fantastic shop with extremely reasonable prices! Definitely recommend.

I brought my brand new 2018 Toyota Tundra Limited truck to Solo today just to get an estimate to convert the single exhaust to a soundy dual exhaust. My buddy from work recommended them but I was hesitant because of several reasons. 1) the location, 2) I wanted a quality name brand to ensure I was getting what I paid for, and 3) I wanted good service with a warranty. I was greeted almost immediately and my truck was on a lift within minutes as they estimated the price. Wayne was the person whom priced out the job ($430 out the door), he made recommendations that I hadnt thought of and I was overall please and confident in his abilities. I would normally get other estimates and referrals but I did trust Wayne so I had the work done. I was not disappointed. The job took less than two hours and once completed Wayne asked me to inspect the underside of my truck while it was on the lift. I was going to do it anyway but it was nice to be asked and it showed he was proud of his and his teams workmanship. I work as a supervisor for a living and often critic others work so this was familiar territory for me. So during my inspection, I looked for three things. Poor or thin welds, secured fasteners with longevity, and inadvertent damage to the truck. The truck is brand new so if there were any damage it would have been from the install. I was pleased to see all welds were well done, with solid beads, the fasteners were as secure at or better than OEM, and I found not a scratch or burn on the underside of my truck. I am very pleased with Wayne and his team at Solo Muffler and hope this review helps you.

These guys are quick, easy and very reasonably priced. Muffler and tailpipe plus a couple clamps and some welding for 150 including materials. Thats almost free --- took them twenty minutes !

I have been coming here for years for my muffler issues and they have always been good to me. You want honest people and good work on your vehicles exhaust issues come here to get it done.

Showed up as they were opening the gates at 9AM with a car that had suddenly became loud. By 9:01 I was under the car and the issue/fault was explained, along with the repair procedure and cost. The tech also showed me a minor issue on my muffler, and explained that hed check it out after fixing the main issue, and I could then decide whether or not Id want to fix it, and what the cost would be.The car sounded great after the main fix, so I didnt have them work on the muffler. I left at 9:08 with a $45 pricetag.A+++++++++

Do not buy here. They do not stand behind their work. My exhaust was LOUDER when I left than when I came in. Then they wanted to charge me the complete price to fix it! I had been going here for years but new people do not understand customer service. Taking my future business elsewhere.
