Wonderful selection of everything you might need for travel. I got a great crossbody bag thats anti-theft and has lots of handy pockets. The owners are very well-informed and extremely helpful. I really like their new location on Polaris Parkway. Parking is more convenient than the mall. Highly recommend!

The new store is wonderful. Easy to get to. A wide selection of all of my favorites, everything I need for all my travel.I went for a repair on a bag I bought at this store years ago, and it was taken care of promptly. And I found a new little satchel to take home with me too.I want a local store, owned by neighbors, where I can try out the luggage!Everyone is friendly and knowledgeable.

Great selection of quality luggage and bags. Love the huge backpack selection too. They have all kinds of travel and packing accessories as well. The customer service is top notch and they offer free monograming with the Briggs and Riley bags, they probably offer the free monogram for other bags too, just not sure. Overall great place to find quality and service.

Worst expierence ever I don’t know if it’s because my family is Mexican but we went in to see luggage because we’re going on a trip soon and the men that was at the cashier (older men) didn’t say hi or bye when we went in he didn’t ask if we needed help we actually said goodbye he looked down at us and didn’t respond. EXTREMELY RUDE!!! I don’t recommend going here if your looking for good customer service
