The first purchase from this company and great satisfaction, they had absolutely great dealings. We arrived for the casket by car. The gentlemen in the store were great, they joked a bit, they advised other things we needed to buy, they helped with the coffin for the car and especially (!) Also with the installation on the roof. For us, the first experience with the roof box, so I really appreciated that Mr. explained to us what and how and helped with anchoring the first part and gave instruction on what and how. Unfortunately, this is no longer a matter of course nowadays, so we really appreciate it.P.S. The G3 Spark 480 roof box is absolutely great. It is large, holds beautifully on the car and has a comfortable opening on both sides.

I will never enter this business voluntarily again. 28.3: 2021 I went there to buy roof crossmembers, after a previous telephone inquiry if they were normally open. So I assumed I was going to a normal stone shop. I was surprised that I couldnt open the package and see what I was buying. After opening the package at home, I found out that the plastic ends did not hold at all, so the next day I took the product for a complaint. I was offered another one, about 1000 CZK more expensive. After installation, I found that it is very noisy while driving. During assembly, I had to cut the lower sealing plastics to the appropriate length. In addition, I found out (although the seller claimed the opposite) that Thule bike carriers do not fit into these crossmembers. I was offered another one, but I would pay for modified plastics. The length of the offered beams was 30 cm longer. The seller claimed that it was a sale series and they were no longer shorter. I called another store, where they offered me the required ones without any problems. So I wanted to withdraw from the contract and return the money. The seller refused. I had my supervisor call, and after an explanation, he brought what I needed from the shelf. So the seller didnt even know what goods he had for sale. I would not want to undergo such an anabasis with every purchase.

I bought a bike carrier for a Menabo Alcor 3 ball. Although the manufacturer states a maximum wheelbase of 126 cm and mine is 120 cm, I have wheels completely on the edge. I dont know how a wheel with the specified pitch would fit here. After unpacking, I found out that I also needed a license plate holder and a reduction for an electrical socket to my regular car socket. That the seller would recommend it to me and say that I would need it, or asked me if I had it, not even a hint. Now Im going to have to work hard elsewhere. - :(

I ordered via e-shop pricniky and bike carrier for car. When I arrived to pick them up after they asked to take them, they didnt have them in the store. However, the person apologized and offered me a better type of carrier for a similar price or delivery of free tech originals.
