The Shabby Sheep and Ewe is a hidden gem.Lots of beautiful yarn selections, patterns and knitting necessities. The owner was very personable and friendly, even her customers were. I found the perfect yarn for my summer project.I recommend this yarn shop for knitters who are traveling through Columbus, Indiana. I will go back the next time when I am in town.Great folks and great selection.

This shop is really lovely and has very helpful, friendly staff. However I found it difficult to find what I was looking for, and I was disappointed in their selection of sock yarns.

Wonderfully friendly staff. LuAnn, Bryanna and Tammy are always willing to help guide me on my projects, choosing the best yarns and tools, and patiently problem solving my mistakes. I have to visit the knit shop at least once a week because I always have a great time knitting with my fellow knitters, and I always feel genuinely welcomed and valued. I love this shop because not only do they have beautiful yarns, but the owner and staff are genuinely caring. I also love that LuAnn offers many knit-alongs of varying projects and ability throughout the year. I feel I have grown as a knitter.
