I was first introduced to Robertsons kitchen and bath in Columbus Ohio, when I decided to remodel my outdated bathroom. The young lady that I worked with who runs the showroom and is the showroom manager, could not have been more friendly, knowledgeable, and patient in every aspect of kitchens and baths. Which includes all of the suppliers that she deals with on a day-to-day basis. I came to Tina with nothing in my hand and nothing to really go on but a few ideas that I had thought about. She walked me through the entire process of picking out everything that I needed to make my bathroom what I had envisioned. By the time the construction had started we were in the beginnings of covered nineteen. She was and is a very confident and knowledgeable person with great ideas which helped me to decide what I wanted and needed for my dream bath. As always there were bumps along the way which she handled in a very professional, up front, informative and confident on a positive note. To her it was just another day to help solve a customers problems with as little stress as possible. It was the best one-on-one customer relationship that I have ever had with any company. Kudos to you for all of the hard work that you do everyday!!!!

I have worked with Robertsons for years and have had nothing but good experiences. Their service is top notch, and Tina in the showroom is unmatched in product knowledge and following through on every aspect of the design and ordering process.

Only one person to help with customers, but she is quite knowledgeable. You probably want to call and set up an appointment if you want her help.The value seems to be good and the selection is large.
