I bought a HEPA vacuum from Jendco and worked with Scott. The whole experience was great! I called to check product availability and was able to order it over the phone then pick it up in the store with a few accessories. Scott was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. Also super stoked to purchase from a local female owned business…..bonus that she is apparently a dead head like me!

Horrible customer service. They were very rude and didnt want to help when an item was ineffective. Lost money and they tried to get more money from me.

In the last 4 years or so, Ive purchased 2 NilfiskGD930s from Jendco separately, and almost a third though that order needed to be canceled due to financial reasons. The company is very responsive and the vacuum is just tops (I have one for private use and one for my business). From what Ive seen, Jendco has one of the most competitive prices on this machine and the company has been a breeze to work with. No issues, no problems, business with a smile that you can hear through the phone. Thanks yall.

I contacted Jendco about buying a new respirator with asbestos-rated filters. I spoke to one of the sales people on the phone and decided to stop by their building since I didnt live too far away. The staff was very friendly and helped me choose the correct product. The pricing was VERY reasonable, better than the big home improvement stores. I highly recommend Jendco for any type of safety product you may need.
