Luis was great to work with and patient as my husband and I picked out materials for our shades. He walked us through the pros and cons of different textiles and was very knowledgeable about the product. The turnaround time for installation was a few weeks. The install guys were professional and very courteous answering all our questions and showing us how to use the remote for the shades. Luis was very nice and installed the blind well, but I was a little disappointment when I felt the material a few weeks later, it wasnt comparable to something I had purchased at Lowes to block sun that was coming in my room and heating it up. Since I did it myself, it wouldnt stay up,but since this was a professional installation it looks better, but I thought the material would be better, but It it doing what Luis said it would do and thats to block the sun.

My husband and I were new to Columbus and decided to work with Luiz of Budget Blinds to order/install three arch window plantation shutters to go with the existing window plantation shutters. Luiz was very precise in his measurements and delivered our new shutters in a timely manner and in excellent condition. He even replaced one of the shutters that had a small knick (one we would have never noticed as it was on the outside of shutter) he found.
