Everyone here is so nice! And they are ACTUALLY knowledgeable (compared to big box stores) and always willing to help. Can’t tell you how many times they’ve loaded my car for me. Will always come here

One of the employees help me with my motorcycle ..we had to matchup a part.. He was awesome.

I wish they told me that they did not have experience with making chipped key with a fob for my specific vehicle brand; it would have saved me 1-2 hours. But I do thank them for pointing me to another place, Zipf on 5th - it was done there in 10min.

Great old-school neighborhood hardware store with repair services and people who can help you find a part or solve a problem! They stock so much, love the parts and hardware drawers. I have been going there for 26 years. Good prices, good honest repair services.

Its a friendly and quick stop for hardware needs...the selection is limited but youll find most of all the basics for home improvement and you wont have to feel like its a journey..youre in and out...kinda like a convenience store but for hardware...

Nice to have a local hardware store, almost like we had back when...The guys in the store are knowledgeable (they actually know where everything is!). Love being able to buy one screw, a washer and not a box of each, as well as plumbing or electrical items when you really need them quickly.

The other day my sump pump stopped working and with all the rain weve been getting, you can imagine what a problem that was. Luckily a family member had a spare pump and brought it over. But the problem was its hook up did not match my hookup. We went to the Zettler to find the things we needed. While there an older gentleman helped us with suggestions because I was not sure what to do. We were lucky enough to run across a plumber who had stopped in to buy items as well. Will the Plumber was extremely helpful. But I do want to thank Zettler because they let us use their tools and workstation to assemble the parts we needed. Every time I come into this place there is always someone there to help me with whatever project Im working on. It is so handy to have you guys around the corner. Thanks so much.

Always really friendly and helpful. Prices are sometimes a bit more. They usually have the hard- to- find things and ALWAYS have great customer service. Beats places like Lowes and Home Depot for helpfulness every time.

This store in Pickerington is Awesome! My wife and I was looking for a grill and umbrella for our patio, and Joey was just the person to help us. He was able to explain to us about a new grill called “the new Green Egg”, and the different ways of cooking on it. And all the recipes available. Then, next was the umbrella. This was just what we were looking for. An umbrella that swivels, adjust up or down, and tilt. This store accommodated us from start to finish. If you’re in the neighborhood, stop by.

Love this place and the staff. Knowledgeable, helpful, and honest. I am always willing to pay a little more to purchase a product here first before heading to a big box store. I highly encourage others to do the same. They also treat my two young sons like one of the guys, which they love.

Let me preface this by saying I have never written a review before-good or bad experience. But what happened today has infuriated me to the point where I am popping my review writing cherry. This is a store I have frequented for the past two years for my home and lawn care needs. I have easily spent well over a thousand dollars at this location. I needed to purchase a new shovel as I am re-doing some landscaping and moving some plants around. I end up buying the shovel, and after one weekend of work, the metal on the top of the shovel shears rendering the shovel completely useless. This was not intense work either-this was digging around boxwoods and transplanting them to another spot. My neighbor was lending me a hand and said “wow I’ve never seen a shovel break like that before.” I asked if he thought it was some kind of defect in the shovel and he assumed so since it just sheared after such light work. “Take it back to Zettler’s and get a new one. They’ll let you exchange it once they see it,” my neighbor said to me. Here is where this review begins and my loyalty to this location ends. I go in today, sheared shovel in hand with my receipt from purchase(which was two weeks ago). I walk up to the front counter where I am grunted at by the cashier, who looks horrifically hungover and like it’s the last place on earth he wants to be. I lift the head of the shovel up to him, and say, “hey I was wondering if I could exchange this for a new shovel. The metal, as you can see, sheared right in half.” He proceeds to tell me, “nah I can’t take that back.” (As if this loser was the owner of the store Lolol). I ask why and he tells me because it’s been heavily used. I say it hasn’t been heavily used. That I bought it two weeks ago and used it for about two hours before it completely sheared. He points to the handle and grunts, “heavy use.” The handle had some dirt on it. (I assume I’m not the only person who lays a shovel on the ground of my landscape bed while I do other things). Had I known the ability for me to exchange this shovel was based on some dirt being on the handle, I would’ve worn white gloves and carried it around like the Stanley Cup (go CBJ!). I pick up the shovel and walk out and proceed to stew for the next twelve hours and am finally calm enough to type on my phone without my fingers shaking. (Don’t worry, my blood pressure has finally come down)You could read this loser like a book. This beanie wearing, craft beer sipping, acoustic guitar plucking punk rock wannabe, gross bearded hipster is everything that is wrong with this store. His awful attitude and horrendous customer service assured my never visiting this store again- to go from spending ALOT of money in this store to never stepping foot in there again over the refusal to exchange a $28 shovel- it’s really too bad.If only this trash, power-trippin, hipsters degree in forensic tool analysis had gotten him to be more than a cashier. The only thing worse than his customer service was his breath. My god. I was standing five away from him and my knees nearly buckled. My only hope is management reads this and cans this loser cashier so he can concentrate on things he’s passionate about. Like arguing how he doesn’t like IPA’s anymore because they’ve become “too popular” and still holding out hope that one day his sub-par acoustic skills will somehow manifest into a lost rock star dream.

The staff is always friendly and knowledgeable. This is a smaller, older hardware store, so you dont spend 20 minutes walking around looking for the section that you need to be in, and somehow, even in this smaller store, they almost always seem to have what youre looking for.

Zettler Hardware has a wide range of items that are easily accessible. Friendly, knowledgeable sales people.

Honest staff, doing Mr. Zettler proud. went in for a paint match. staff was honest, said he wouldnt be able to get exact match, i would be better buying it from original (opponents) store. was so impressed by store attendants integrity and kander i bought $100 worth of merchandise i had no intention of buying when i walked in that store. I shop there regularly now for the honey do list supplies. great store, great staff and ive done work for the chain owner. hes not so bad either him and his wife are wonderful pleasant people.

Very dissatisfied customer. I dropped off a screen to Broad St, which is now closed, to have it repaired and they lost it. The owner promised to make a new one but wants me to drive 20 miles to Hard Rd location. He has avoided my calls and refuses to compensate me for the screen. Very poor customer service. Now I see why all the employees walked off the job. This store owner is unreasonable and doesnt care about customers. Avoid shopping here.
