Well its probably the best place to go to get drywall and drywall supplies but I wouldnt recommend buying any tools from there because I bought a new dewalt drywall router and it didnt work correctly right out of the box! So I tried to return it with my receipt and they told me that there was nothing they could do for me! So I pay $80.00 for a tool that doesnt work and they could care less about me or my job. Never again!

They delivered drywall to our new build home. We told them in advance, & day of, that our black windows are delicate & cannot be hit when bringing drywall into the second floor of the house. They assured us that their company policy is to replace any window if they damage it. Sure enough, they caused a dent in the frame of our drywall access window and the black finish was rubbed off where they hit it with a load of drywall. The employees on site acknowledged it, we both took photos, yet Best Supply won’t stand behind their promise. They left us with a damaged window visible from the front of our house. They don’t stand behind their word.

Wanted to use this business for some construction projects I have around Columbus. No one in the entire business was wearing a mask! Inside or out! Everyone I encountered was rude and unprofessional. Would not recommend using them and will be reporting them to the Health department.

The lady thats there she is latina very rude and inprofessional she needs to learn how to be a good costumer services.

I tried to return some unused steel channel. They informed me that they do not take returns because of COVID. The stuff is stored on racks outside. COVID concerns?? Lowe’s or Home Depot will take returns. Not favorably impressed.Just noting that no one was wearing masks in the store or warehouse. The COVID reason seemed quite weak.

6 hrs to get unloaded! Pack a lunch!!!!
