Went this past weekend to look for pulls and drawers. Currently you have to make an appointment and call when you arrive. I talked with 2 of the employees, both were extremely helpful, not pushy at all, they directed me to a few brands and gave me quick quotes so I could price out the job I was looking at. I plan to order from here but have not done a price comparison anywhere else yet.
