Came here to a gift for my grandfather embroidered and we’re told to be here at 10 and no one showed up for 30 minutes when you are running a store regardless of industry it needs to be open on time

They do a great job of customizing

I came to Stitch WOW with a rather complicated project, involving artwork with small details that I wanted reduced in size so that the images could be embroidered on the chest and both sleeves of a sweatshirt. She listened to my requests and put in such high quality work into the embroidery, giving the artwork life in the sweatshirt. The personalized sweatshirt was a gift for my boyfriend, and its now his favorite gift so far. Highly recommend if you want an honest assessment and amazing work!

This was my first time getting something embroidered and stitch wow was recommended by a friend and did not disappoint. The owner was great!! She walked me through the process and the turn around was super fast. The blankets looked beautiful!!!!

I had some laundry bags embroidered with them. They turned out so nice. The owner was really sweet and she gave me good advice about what font to use. The turn time was good as well. I would definitely go back!

I just called to ask about customizing a graduation stole and the woman on the phone was incredibly rude. Her tone was rude and she made me feel like I was bothering her.

If I could put a -star I would, this lady is super rude! Has no passion in her business And had no knowledge on what her business offers. When you own a business your customer service is THE biggest key! Good luck thriving hun. I would never recommend anyone to her. Maybe she didn’t have her coffee or is in a the middle of divorce or something. Idk.

I asked for something to be done in 4 days (rushed order) and she finished everything in 24 hours! Such great work, highly recommend!

Simply tried to call and ask a question and was RUDELY rushed and hung up. Absolutely no customer service.

I never give bad reviews.. but this one was bad. The store was recommended by both Things Remembered and Build a Bear for same day embroidery. The owner (Im assuming it was her) was rude and told me that it would take 1 week to embroid one sentence on a tiny teddy bear shirt. When I told her that I needed it on the same day because it was a gift to a little girl whose mom passed away this week and the funeral was tomorrow, she didnt care at all and still wanted to charge the $20 rush fee, totalling $40 to embroid one sentence on a tiny shirt! The bear was $40! I understand that she was probably too busy for my tiny order, but as an entrepreneur, there were 100 different ways to handle this.. customer service comes first regardless of the size of the order!
