I have been working with Leaderpromos for a couple years now, Clay Bridges to be exact. They always have the newest and hottest promotional items. My experience with working with Clay has been exceptional. He is very easy to work with and get along with. Clay will bend over backwards to make you happy and make sure that all of your promotional items are up to par. I will continue to work with Leaderpromos because of how dedicated, considerate, determined they are to make you, the customer, happy.

Where do I start? Excellent service. Everyone I have ever dealt with has provided stellar results for me. I worked with Leaderpromos to place a large order for branded notebooks and laminated Mission statements for my company. My account rep was Cole and he played an integral part in helping my team execute our swag delivery at a recent Sales event. We literally could not have done it without him! Even when we had a last minute addition to the order and then an emergency spelling error (our fault), he kept his cool and was incredibly professional through the process of correcting the error and ensuring that everything was shipped and delivered on time. I would not recommend this company at all. LeaderPromos is by far the worst company I have ever worked with. They are more concerned about high profits vs. customer service and they make endless promises that they cannot keep. We were promised a 2 week turn-around. They have yet to complete our order 10 months later.
