Mag’s Monograms embroidered a custom denim jacket for me & it turned out perfect! I had some photos in mind of what I wanted, and they were able to bring it to life. They were incredibly responsive to my emails, and made the process very simple. Upon meeting Chic & Marge, they were so friendly & welcoming. This was such a positive experience & will continue to use them if/when I have any further embroidery needs!

Custom printing request was completed as requested when other shops said it could not be done. The staff is wonderful and made the whole process simple and smooth. Will be a repeat customer!

A lot of good reviews and experiences listed. Mine was just the opposite.After being referred to this place by a friend, I took two jackets in to have 2 patches sewn on each jacket. I called the week before (Thursday) to see if they could be done by Christmas and I was assured they could be done over the weekend. My wife dropped them off the next day (Friday). I heard nothing by Tuesday so I called to ask. The woman who answered acted as if I was bothering her and said she hadnt done them yet due to an issue with two of the patches having an adhesive backing. I told her I needed them back ASAP and she said she would need a few more days. After calling 4 times this morning (Following Tuesday....the phone went to voicemail after one or two rings every time), I left a message stating I needed them back today because these were gifts that needed to be delivered. I NEVER received a call back so I drove to the shop to get my coats back. The coats were there 6 days and not even touched. I was told that my wife told them that she didnt need them back until after Christmas (which was a lie). She knew these were Christmas Gifts so she would have never made that statement.I understand being busy. That is why I called to see if they could be done in time. I was assured they could be done and never received a call stating otherwise.Poor Communication and Poor Customer Service.These two jackets were the first of a much bigger order in the future so I will be taking my business elsewhere to have patches sewn on.

New owners are very nice. Unfortunately could not complete our order, but will definitely go back for future needs.
