Jeffrey was so amazing today! He was so patient and kind and really helped us out a lot. I love the way Costco is organized and set up. I love the pre fix meals they are PERFECT and reasonably priced. We are so happy to be members here. Thanks again Jeffrey!

Everything good but all the prices go up

Okay dude straight up this is the first time I ever been to cosco and I was shocked! This place is huge! Theres so much stuff and it really is a good deal even though youre paying more upfront you get more for youre moneys worth. I meal prep so Im really looking forward to being a member here!

Parking lot was crowded as well as the entrance. Store was clean and requires masks for employees and customers. Recommended

I spend too much money here because the Costco offerings are too good to resist. Would love more keto-friendly offerings, but I love what they already offer. Pretty much everything Ive ever purchased from Costco has been of excellent quality - including the clothing, some of which Ive been able to get 4-5 YEARS of wear from. Thats really rare these days.

Great place to shop! Fair prices and not everything is in bulk. From car oil, to clothes, to food, to vacuums! Most importantly they have instant manufacturer rebates on some items that are worth their weight in gold!

I had Megan the cashier and I didnt get to see who her helpers name was it starts with an A. They were absolutely fantastic and amazing you couldnt ask for two better people. And then Bebe check my receipt on the way out and she was so sweet and nice and thank me for coming. They have a fantastic crew here.

Overall this is a great store. Your experience will depend on what you expect to achieve and when you go. The inner aisles are pretty busy with demo stations so expect to have some delays. I usually know what I need so I tend to stick to the aisles on the outer diameter of the store. If you want to keep to a budget go with a list. Otherwise expect to fight impulse buying on the many great deals.

As a member of Costco for decades, this one issue bothers me! If you look for a way to give any kind of feedback they make it nearly impossible.There customer feedback email: Costco customer service.com is not a valid email address? I tried from two different devices? On the website if you scroll to the absolute last line and last word. You’ll find FEEDBACK the word they work very hard to hide. This seems to be the new norm in many businesses? So disrespectful to the very customers that have grown this company!

Good value food and miscellaneous household items like pillows (thank goodness, I forgot to bring one when moving). Also, the food court is poppin.

We found everything we were looking. Excellent quality of products and well organized.

Love Costco, won’t go to this location again. This place feels unsafe from the second you enter the parking lot. Employees were rude. Store was by far the messiest Costco I had seen.

Who doesn’t love Costco? Great employees, very helpful all the time. Stock is always fresh and the weekly deals/sale items are a good value. The meat department is pretty good - better than most grocery stores, and the bakery is stellar!

I love here, but the staff at food court discriminate the Asian people.

I have a love hate relationship with Costco. I used to shop there all the time in Pennsylvania however, when i moved to Ohio i was not able to find one. They finally built one in Easton and its great. It’s just inconvenient that they do not accept Mastercards, discover cards, or American Express.

Well organized, very clean and plenty of stocks... After shopping, I enjoyed the foot-long beef hotdog with soft drink & a vanilla chocolate ice cream...

This Costco was super nice, had many items that it does not have back homeJust wondering when will Costco have the metamucil capsules selling again. I been to all back home & here no luck! Please bring it back.

Found all we needed but still have issues.

Visited the Easton Costco with the intent of saving on bulk items. Upon entering the store, I noticed right away the prices and quality was competitive with that of Walmarts pricing.While walking through the store, I opened the Walmart app and completed a pricing stare and compare and found Costco was actually more expensive for the same household items, which was quite unfortunate.Additionally, for having to pay for a membership, I felt as if employees should have been more helpful and have better attitudes but again, was disappointed.The 3rd aspect of the experience were the other shoppers.Exceptionally crowded store loaded with rude and extremely entitled customers.Granted the store cannot be held accountable for the attitudes, traits and habits of the customers, but dealing with a lot of entitled attitudes from both the employees to the customer is a lot of added stress for a single shopping experience.Personally, I dont know if the added stress is worth the lack of selection and noncompetitive pricing?That being said; I give the Easton location 2 stars, as I feel there is a tremendous amount of room for improvement on the things the store DOES have control over.It isnt a bad place. It just needs a lot of improvement.

Costco is always a pleasure to visit! Photo, tires, and optometrist available at this location! More than food, tools, furniture, dishes and clothes are available, health and beauty, vitamins, floral, books, jewelry and electronics, all kinds of variety!

Great prices, and great selection. Unfortunately the patronage is oftentimes oblivious and at worst extremely inconsiderate, though no fault of Costco themselves.

I ordered a dishwasher with installation. They said they would be at my house by 10:00am to install it. It’s 8:19pm and still no Installation person has shown up or called! I called & texted the delivery person and never heard back & called customer service twice and was on the phone for over an hour both times on hold! I paid extra for the installation! Now I have a brand new dishwasher just sitting in my garage. DON’T order appliances with installation from this store‼️

Very little objectivity with this one as I like Costco, nearly always. Today at Easton. Crowded, kind of, but no trouble. Got what I needed and easy out. They had all registers (!) operating, quick checkout. A good visit on Sunday afternoon.

Always a great trip to Costco! Bulk items from fresh produce and packaged food to home appliances! The muffins are amazing and I never leave without buying at least a couple containers!

This location has severely outgrown itself. Its always overwhelmed with people and never has enough registers open. Self checkout is a joke and doesnt help because people are not very smart when it comes to operating them. Never stocked correctly & most employees just dont understand the concept of customer service. Food court is a joke now too. Might as well end my membership this year.

Love this place. They have great roast chicken big and prices cheaper than local grocery store. I like to buy in bulk especially in this pandemic it helps from going to store so often and more reasonable than local box stores. Even if busy they help you get in and out pretty fast. They are also very helpful if you need to find things.

For warehouse shoping they provide quality products and shoping experience. The item sizes and portions are very manageable. You can shop for 1 or a family of 10.

Costco has always been great! My family and I love going there to stock up on food and essentials! Doesn’t hurt that the rotisserie chicken and pizzas are great too!

Very packed, and not the most kindness of ppl!.... had a rude bagger/cart person lol i dont know what her job was but i like to put my iyems in my cart a certab way and when i told her she was rude about it and still trying to do things differently so i had to telk her again!..smh.. i dont know if its the area and the ppl just all assume they are higher the standard but i perfer to stay going on the west side at sams i guess!

Always clean and pretty well organized. My usual location to go to. Sometimes pretty busy, but they do a really good job of opening up more registers. I still wish that their app let you check inventory at the local club, and that they had something similar to Scan and go like Sams. But neither is a deal breaker.

One of the best Costcos Ive been to. Easy parking, always have everything in stock, clean, and lines usually pretty short. We love to go early morning or around lunchtime during the week, but still manageable on most weekends.

The lady at register was disrespectful. I think she had too many customers. I had my wifes card. They verified my address and address on the card yet they declined my purchase. What a horrible experience.

I liked that Costco has more variety than Sams Club but, mostly, the prices at Sams is better. I do not see me shopping there much because Costco does not take Master Charge.

They are well stocked and the staff is great at helping you locate an item. I happened upon many food samples stations. The friendly attendant informed me that it was just for display only haha.

Great place to shop. Love the BBQ beef brisket sandwich at the end of our shopping. Too bad they are not located near the downtown and also close too early. Staff usually friendly, but the idea of those guys at the exit going through your receipts item by item is really insulting.

Hi. I am long time customer with Costco. We always have great experience with Costco.I am sharing a recent bad experience because of poor communication from customer care services.I have placed an order for the mattress and spring box almost 1 month ago. Initially, i was being informed about the tentative delivery time in morning which was changed to afternoon without informing me. After that, i have called multiple times to arrange a possible delivery appointment in morning because of my hectic work schedule in the hospital.I was being put on hold for more than 30 minutes and then phone call was disconnected by representative two times. Lastly, customer care agent tried to put me in contact with their logistic department. They refused to talk to me. I was being told that I will be contacted later in evening about the possible tentative delivery in morning. I have explained to them that I need to request for time off from work in order to be physically there for time of delivery. Finally, I have cancelled the order. I hope they can work with their team to emphasize on better communication to avoid such problems in future.

Very crowded on Good Friday! Excellent and quick checkout. Of course, a lot of food, housewares, outdoor stuff to choose from.

For bulk items they have great prices. I bought a “fun” pillow for $15 dollars and it was memory foam. It is the best pillow I have ever bought/tried. I bought a Prismacolor set for my friend for Christmas for $30 that was worth $100 plus dollars. I also looked at men’s glasses frames. They had great prices and I liked a Hugo boss pair for $89.99 and a pair from “the Police” for $79.99. Best glasses prices ever. Also AirPods for $139 is good too although AirPods are overpriced MSRP. Great place to buy anything they sell!

1 year 5 months later; Costco’s still do not have “ The Works “ everything on it pizza on the menu! Also; still no sourcrout to go with hotdogs! I used to buy food here twice a week every week but now I stopped buying food because they do not have my regular routine! Prices also still too high for most frozen food, packaged snacks, or fish products! Everything needs you be permanently price cut by 25% - 50% and no adjustment to portion sizes. Americans on extremely fixed low budgets cannot afford these prices! There is not much in terms of low pricing for bulk buying! Capitalism is dead!

Great store for shopping wholesale stuff

Like the variety of organic products. An entire cooler room dedicated to organic produce. They offer organic meats as well.Like any store...you have to watch prices but I find their food prices decent.Other items in store I feel are expensive unless they have a sale. Even so make sure to compare prices before you buy.

Really helpful staff and great deals available. Highly recommend for shopping enthusiasts. Food is also really good affordable and delicious.

I always walk out with more than I intended to purchase, but I always use it and am happy with all purchases made from this store. The store clerks are all helpful and knowledgeable. The only drawback is that this is an extremely busy place, and there are a lot of people in the store.

Best place to buy tires. Michelín for my BMW discount $150. Customer service excellent.
