Stopped here for gas and a coffee on my way back home from PA. They had been having issues with their pumps but ours worked OK. I got a refill coffee in my travel mug and the cashier gave it to me for FREE. Made my day! Thank you so much. Will definitely stop again. Pilot has the best coffee to begin with.

May need to build extra showers. Ive been waiting for shower for an hour. Five people ahead of me. Otherwise clean and neat.

Great customer service, but the womens restroom stalls were disgusting🤮. Sanitary box was overflowing, tp all over the place and the floor had a wetness to it that I hope was water🥴This is just a picture of a cleaner one.I suggest checking restrooms for cleanliness more frequently....you have way more foot traffic being a truck stop with restaurant vs being a regular gas station.I hope to see improvement when I pass through town again 🙂

As there is no one manager available the lady named AMANDA On duty to clean showers pretend to be a manager and said we don’t have showers available at all even i had booking online and it said that im the next person .. i would say its better to go to the other location if you guys don’t wana face their bad nature

This place in awful. I met the new GM a few days ago and he was rude, constantly walking away from paying customers talking on his phone you could here the person on the other end screaming at him. Ive been shopping at this gas station for years and ive never seen it this bad. All the employees were nice but looking miserable, i enjoy talking to the other managers joe and amber they are also nice and help people but i dont think i can continue spending my money here while that guy is the boss. You should really try looking into people before you hire them.

Not a big deal until you pull up with a spilled mess on your seat and need some simple paper towel to wipe it up. Questionable area, but I wasnt bothered. I actually had a hooker help me back in, and she did a great job !Her old man offered to clean windows, or shine wheels. Good pilot but theres to many beggars walking around and I get begged for money every time I walk in the store. The same person begged me for money twice in the same day.

Terrible, honestly One of the worst experience in a pilot. I’m on edge! I was profiled bye a white older male worker who was working the register he was very rude and unprofessional, he seemed to not like me or anyone with the color of my skin! I went to report this to the manager Micheal and he shrugged his shoulders. I use come in here on my way to work & I recently stop due to Micheal and most of the morning staff being unfairly rude and most NEVER HAVE A MASK ON! I will no longer be in attendance at any one of your establishments, but I wanted to report how I was mistreated. I hope you do something about this so no one ever has to go through what I went through.

Nov 30, 2020I have only good things to say about the people that I met and the way the place is being maintained. It is as clean as it can be, considering how busy it is, and the bad habits of some drivers.However, the parking lot it is way smaller than the demand.When you add to that all the locals bobtailing and taking a lot of the few spaces (this is just an observation, not a complaint, as they have as much right to be here (I suppose)), then the dropped trailers, the result is a very crowded place with a lot of trucks coming by, searching for a spot to park, and leaving very disappointed.And this was on a Sunday, I wonder how it is during the week.I was just lucky to find somebody leaving, but next time I wouldnt take the chance.Bottom line: if I need fuel, Id come, but expect to leave after.Cheers

What happened to the Pilot in Upper Sandusky, Ohio??!!! Pumps are SO slow! Takes at least 30 minutes to pump 100 gallons of diesel! Card readers dont work. Go in the store after midnight and you have to hunt down the attendant. This place has gone to hell!!

The gas pumps are really old and rum down. All of the void stickers on the pumps have been peeled.

Dont stop here for a shower if you are on a time frame! I stop in here every week and every week I have to wait about 45 minutes to an hour before anyone cleans the shower and get them ready for the next group of people

I apparently left my wallet on the counter after paying for my things (A Very bad week for me ) I also loss my ring in the bathroom trash while drying my hands. Was a good MILES AWAY when I realized that I had no wallet( with alot of money in it and credit cards ) so I was in panic mode ... The young lady Bobbie who helped me was sooo great!!! She found my wallet and everything was in it. THANK GOD...AND BOBBIE..GOD BLESS HER. PLEASE RECOGNIZE HER IN SOME WAY.....

AVOID WORKING HERE IF POSSIBLE.I had the unique displeasure of trying to get information from a horribly ineffectual general manager. I was going to be giving a ride to the person he had most recently decided to hire, but he wouldnt provide her a time to come in for the paperwork, or a working means of contact for her to determine any concrete plan for the training week.But, I was going to be the one who needed to take her back and forth. In the middle of my workday. During my brief lunch period. Now this would have been frustrating enough for me, but I can only imagine how challenging that type of maddening incompetence and unprofessional behavior would be (or possibly currently is) for any employee, new or not.I went in with her to try to find out myself, and from the onset, he was as rude as you can imagine. I stated my case without any malice or contempt, and I tried to explain why I wanted to know.He was dismissive, immediately began walking away and cited that he was trying to run a business, and was too busy, to be bothered to give her an initial time to come in, or any training times for that matter. I went out to my car (for maybe a minute) and only then was he suddenly available to her after we had waited together for about 15 minutes. He came over to collect her ID, and eventually told me that he didnt want to tell me because he was hiring her, and not me but that was after remarkably rude behavior on his part.BE CAREFUL if you would like to try to work here as this impish man might tell you to randomly come in on a shift, or for training without providing a time or reasonable means of contact.* I made a purchase from Wendys, but please note that the rest of the staff is not a reflection of this review. Everyone excluding the Cisco knockoff all seemed very pleasant and offered exceptional ambiance to an otherwise bleak location. *

Definitely not a place you want to stop in. Terrible parking. Very congested. Disrespectful unkind atmosphere. Customer service is a plus but there was an actual line of people waiting to use the men’s room. People washing and hacking in sink.. again, if I had a choice, this location would not be an option

I don’t see anything wrong about this Pilot. Clean, friendly stuff, great coffee. Of course it is busy by the evening as every other truck stop by the big city so if you want to get a space here come here early. Couple of restaurants around - Wendy’s on site, McDonald’s across the street, Waffle House etc...

The store itself is fine. Staff is ok. 1 star though for not having security. Had 3 beggars at my door before I could set my brakes. No parking at noon. Ridiculous. Aviod this dump. If you have to park here ratchet strap your doors.

Last year we were here and so rudely treated. I used the laundry area. And one of the hire up staff threw away my clothes.Another incident...Myself and another lady helped escorted 2 people to doctor(heart) appointment. Because we were in large vehicles(RVs), we parked in trucking area. We were here 4 days on and off and leaving in approximately 8 1/2 hours for home. The one person had to have their appointment reschedules. Last night security did an invasion of privacy. Shining his flash light in on a patient while eliminating himself in the restrooms. Tonight security damaged my motor home with flashlights and laughed about how theythey were going to take care of my puppy because he had barked. A puppy a 1/2 a dozen truckers has petted just today, He had a gun drawn. Both patients have high blood pressure and have had heart attacks one has had open heart surgery. He had a cholesterol of 2000 reading just today and a sugar of 300. The door and other areas were beat on one security saying thats a big f*ck*ng dog in there and there was another beat on the door. I was told to put my dog up and come out Now! After spending combined $300.00 in fuel purchases for travel and generators (heat/lights) not counting food/hygiene items which all is a half to. The patient inside held my pup while I went out bare footed and no coat. The Lady in the next RV and I were treated like common criminals. We are only here to assist in the care of 2 older men with heart & blood pressure problems along with one also having diabetes cholester kidney/bladders issues and prostrated problems. We were told to LEAVE THIS NIGHT. They were going to stand there until we were gone. Due to the way we were treated and woken up one patient is having pains in his chest. Further action may be consider if he is hospitalized. One patient recorded the situation. Mainly due to the threats on pup, obsentities, and all about agression.It amazed me how such a clean and nicely set up place can have such horrible experiences.

As far as staff... They were great. Store and restrooms are always clean. Showers are spotless. But the other night after driving for 12 hours... i was told by security there i had to leave. He claimed 1 hour parking or i would get towed. Its not posted anywhere. And figure after using bathroom and dinner... Thats 40 minutes now only 20 minutes to sleep.

Came in there about 6:30 pm on 7/30/20 to use the restroom and heat up my food. I politely ask clerk for plastic bag and she speaks very sharply and rudely to me, telling me to hold on. She glares at me as she hands me the bag. I need a couple more things and as Im going through the store, all three customer service representatives were watching me, glaring at me, and muttering something. I was wearing my mask, was very respectful, and stayed to myself except to request a couple items I needed, so I know I did nothing to cause offense.I would appreciate if corporate would look back on the surveillance footage and view their behavior and make corrective action. They made me feel very unwelcome as if they viewed me as a threat. (For camera footage sake, I was wearing a pink, black and grey outfit.)

The atmosphere is warm and welcoming. Cleanliness is above average. Restrooms were clean and well stocked. Limited accessibility was well maintained and available at ever need for access. Customer care is attentive and thorough. Great selection and assortment. There is something for everyone including the petPrices are great on most items but be careful, check around. Dont assume its a deal. Service is very fast and efficient. The employees seem well trained and supposed by good leadership

I want to take this moment to thank Melinda, Kaylila, and the staff for their graciousness and kindness. Never ever think to park overnight outside of parking space. One guy who works as a security guard. He does not have manners to talk. Because he talks very rude.Kindly understand that drivers brings you all the stuff you sell at pilot. Driver comes here thatz why pilot is there. So give them some respect and be polite. But me and my other truck drivers friends have decided not to come at this truck stop ever.

This truck stop is ALWAYS full. Never has any parking. The place is always packed lines on the diesel pumps wrapped around lot. In my honest opinion its not built right. Ok to grab a snack & leave. It takes between a minute to anywhere from an hour to just drive through the pump to take a leak.

Store was all right fuel pumps very nasty and greasy parking lot overrun by heroin junkies on Friday night I suggest pulling the curtains

Pilot Flying J travel centers are always on top of customer service👍 If you patronize any of them 🇼 🇦 🇹 🇨 🇭 out for the 🚗🚙🚐 the 4 Wheelers are in Demo Derby mode...most are 🇲 🇴 🇷 🇴 🇳 🇸 when at a Truck Stop.. as a professional driver I oftentimes wonder what happens when non professional drivers visit a 🚛🇹 🇷 🇺 🇨 🇰 🇸 🇹 🇴 🇵 These same vehicles dive underneath my🚛 oftentimes causing hard emergency braking that shifts our freight...that is a guy wrenching feeling..but you do need your Slurpee and snacks🤑 A lot of this occurs while we are entering or exiting the truck stop.This is why we prefer driving at night while you are home 😴 dreaming about snacks from the truck stop.

Well tonight was pretty interesting. I came in the store as usual, bought my coffee and snacks for the night. And the employee by the name of Sierra completely freaked out on me. She said and I quote. Do you come in here to f**k with me theres two other gas stations by here why dont you go to them. This is pretty interesting since Ive always came to this gas station to buy my gas snacks and drinks. Not to mention the Wendys is always open. As a paying customer I shouldnt have to deal with the hostility of an employee from this store. I replied I always come here and I always will. I told her that it was childish of her to approach me like that especially when no one ever speaks to her or messes with her. I honestly think shes a little crazy. But the other employee was very generous and told me the manager will be there in the morning which I plan on making an early morning trip to speak to him. I figured I should write this review just in case anyone else has ever or will ever deal with this individual. Be warn! Below is the time and day I was there and I was informed she works 3rds. Which isnt normally the time I go but I have a long night ahead of me.

The customer service was extremely pleasant, and personable. The store itself was clean and well stocked.The only issue that I had was the 1hr parking for travelers in non semi trucks. If the time limit could be moved to 2hrs it would be greatly appreciated. I am a professional driver also on a vacation trip home but I was kinda scared to take a shower in fear that my vehicle might have been towed!

Great experience at this PILOT. I stopped there this afternoon The manager and all staff have the most amazing sense of humor and keep every customer with an upbeat attitude. I thank you all for making my evening. I will stop here again next time going thru Columbus. Yall have the most amazing rest of your day. BTW. I like the Pilot centers in general. They are a one stop for commodities left behind on the road trip. I can get a meal, gas and auto supplies, use the facilities, AND get a great cup of coffee. The customer service was great today. I had a sweet tooth and the ladies at the counter racked their brains to help me find a suitable snack. We had a great laugh when we all three agreed that Little Debbie Turtle Brownies were just the ticket! I only gave 4 stars though because they didnt have a pastry display- maybe because its the smallest Pilot Ive ever visited? Either way- good place to stop😁

This particular Pilot is always very busy with trucks. I recommend Bobtailing in if you can if u need fuel. The manager there is a stand up guy. Very professional and always eager to help us out. Us meaning drivers.

01-28-2020Cramped up place, always full, day or night, next to impossible to find parking. Can park on the street (at your own risk). This is a pretty sketchy area, there are hoodrats & beggars that roam around the area (day or night). Not the safest place out there. But do have a Wendys tho.

Very very busy place. Small amount of truck parking. Moderate traffic on side streets if walking your dog. Laundry facilities on site. Not a bad place. Just wish they had more parking.

Pilot store is ok the Wendys is not I was just there at Wendys and I ordered 2 junior bacon cheeseburger a large Chili and chicken nuggets and baconator fries for my spouse and I and every bit of that food was cold the chili was so cold the cheese would not even melt in it the bacon nater fries were just globbed together we are stuck truck drivers and gad no where else to stop but I bet next time raining or not I walk to McDonalds across the street lobby is open that food was nasty the staff was not worried about their customers I do not recommend that Wendys

Parking is a nightmare because of all the bobtail trucks the shouldnt be allowed to take up an entire parking space and all the local drivers leave their trucks and trailers there for the weekend they shouldnt be allowed that either they should charge them then I bet theyd find somewhere else to park. Also they should charge bobtail a fee also for an entire night of parking. Inside the have no counter space to make up coffee . The people act ok and are polite. Seems this store should police there lot a lot more and have better control of the drivers that just seem to tie up the lot. Start Having paid parking see what happens then .

This is one of the best location in this chain, for they dont have a paid parking though they are located in the heart of a big city. It wasnt hard to get inside to get diesel but when we went inside to get a receipt the guy was sitting there playing on his phone we had to say something to him to come over to give us our receipt for the diesel. Jimmy I think we need better customer service at the pilot.

Not bad.....several gas pumps didnt work & I had to pay inside. Bathroom was dirty but attendant came soon to clean it. Its Christmas day so the get credit for even being open.

Its currently under major construction. So its almost impossible to find the front door. Theres plenty of signs saying theyre open but none for the door. (Use the far side door)I regularly visit the Wendys inside. (Under construction too) unfortunately theres ALWAYS a wait due to being understaffed.. yet the food is always hot since it was made to order.Yet Ive been to way worse & Im sure they will get it together.

Awful. Three of the pumps were down, the showers were temporarily unavailable ( not that I would have used one), the approach to the fuel pumps is made difficult by the configuration and small size of the parking lot, and the place, at least outside, feels perpetually dirty. I hate coming here whenever my company sends me to fuel. But what should I expect from any of Ohios Big Three C cities?

Small place, No respect at night for truckers, overweight redneck security guard forced me to move my truck at 3 am after Ive been driving all night . They were 5 to 6 other trucks parked illegally but he didnt ask them to move at all only me . Hhhmmm wonder why he did that, well let me think hes a redneck and Im African American . Inside of store was OK and staff was very nice and helpful. Although from a commercial driver standpoint, as with most Pilots and some other Truckstops. It lacks adequate maneuverability room and parking. At least there is a fuel stop there!!!! Better than not having one at all!!!!

This review is purely regarding the public truck parking. 3 times at different times of day we tried to park here for a shower and 10hr. The parking is basically non-existent, extremely limited truck parking.There is no room for non-local drivers, multiple bobtails, box trucks, and duallys that seem to never move. It is obvious this place it completely used up by local parking.

It is Ok and similar to flying J or near by pilot. The location is not really that good. Had some issues accessing it. Some semi truck drivers don’t use turn signals so I was not sure which way he was going. If they add more space this could work better.

Restrooms were much cleaner than several other pilots Ive visited. Not a lot of truck parking and no pull through spots make it difficult to get into with doubles. Wait at the restaurant was very long.

Considering that this Pilot is the ONLY truck stop in the entire city of Columbus, its way too small. Cant take a star away because of that, though. It honestly defies all logic that a major city like Columbus only has truck stop...how anything gets done in this city is beyond my understanding.

DO NOT PARK HERE!!! Got here for a 34 hr reset. Had been sitting in the same spot for over 24 straight hours. Then, I got accosted by truck stop security lackey to move because the striped areas are not official parking. WORST TRUCK STOP I HAVE EVER BEEN TO!!!

They charged my credit card $150 after filling up my tank. From my understanding, this is a temporary hold until the transaction clears. There is no posted signage anywhere of this policy. What a shady practice. I will never again buy gas from this or any Pilot or Flying J until they stop this ridiculous protocol.

Inside the restaurant is fine they got a Wendys that is good. The coffee is okay but the parking outside is a joke! There is hardly ever a place to park anytime of day.
