I only used the car wash - if you just need a quick rinse this is the place to go. If you have stuck on bugs not so much. Dirt is still on my mirrors and front bumper.

Do not waste your time and money at this car wash location. I have given this location multiple times as u really want to be able to use this car wash location (its close to my home). However, the outcome has always been the same--disappointing. The water pressure is not strong enough to remove dirt. The blow dryers at the end cut off before the timer runs out. And my vehicle never looks fully clean.

They have a wonderful staff. Definitely the best of any gas station. The car wash kind of sucks and doesnt clean bird poop very well.

Update: A year later I decide to try it out again. This time I spent $13. Once again its like it sprayed water on the car. Its just as dirty as it was when I showed up. You can see where the kids fingerprints have been and where they run their fingers and made circles in the dirt.2020: The car wash is TERRIBLE. Spent $9 to have my car sprayed with what was probably just water. The only thing it has going for it is the location and free air.

While working at this gas station and we often get the most inconsiderate people who would rather argue than try to fix the problem as quickly as possible.Most people don’t realize that when a person does walk in and isn’t greeted we tend to greet them in the most polite way when they come to the counter and often with a smile. Most people think that we don’t greet some people when they walk in but the truth is that we do.Most of the time I’m working some people come up to me and I don’t know the answer to there question so I ask someone who’s been there longer for the that particular question.I’m just glad to see that no one has complained about their lottery or cigarettes.Please do visit this GetGo we will treat you like family or a dear friend.Thank you!

This is one of the best gas stations in the city. They offer free air to everyone

There are some very rude kids working here who seem completely untrained in customer service. Not entirely surprised, considering the area. Get on top of that Giant Eagle. I rarely patronize this company, but that becomes easy when you hire disrespectful people to carry your image.

Went in on 1/15/2018 and 11:50 am . There were 3 employees working. None of them greeted me when I walked in. The person that walked in after me though that happened to be a female they greeted with “how are you sweetie.”. The drink I purchased was supposed to be 2/4 but instead of asking if I had a giant eagle card or doing anything, the clerk was too busy talking and charged me $8.00 instead . Then I asked “I thought it was 2 for 4?” And he said “with a giant eagle car.d.” Which I have and wanted to use. But instead of greeting me, talking to me at all, or paying attention to the customer in front of him, he was too busy talking and thinking I didn’t deserve to be treated with the same respect I gave them. Thank you for stealing 4 dollars from me that I worked hard for. Sorry that you are prejudice and think that anyone who comes in there in a good mood must be rich. I work hard for my money and it’s depressing and terrible to know that people like this go out of their way to screw me over. Thank you so much for ruining my day when all I wanted was to get a drink and a snickers bar for my mom. You win! Congrats on not being nice to someone who was nice to you.

A very busy gas station every time I go there. Besides the long lines, it is great! The FuelPerks Giant Eagle offers are fantastic.

Terrible. Carwash doesnt work correctly and they dont open it until 1pm? Employees are extremely unhelpful every time Ive been here. Trash is always overflowing. Place is filthy. Extremely limited selection on everything. Again, its filthy.

Website says they are open until 10. Arrived at 9 and all pumps were shut down. If they changed the hours they need to post it

The car wash here sucks. My car wasn’t even very dirty and there were spots all over that didn’t get cleaned even with the more expensive wash selection...sooo I won’t be back!

I was trying to use my get go discount and someone called DJ or CJ cut off the pumping and made me lose the discount. dont come here
