This company has no only great pricing and products, but great customer service. We ordered another fryer from them to add to our kitchwn, the same patriot that we ordered 4 years ago when we opened that still works great. Unfortunately a gas hose was lost when the new one came and they gave us no questions asked and are resending us a new one. Amazing customer service and products!

Prices are great. The staff goes above and beyond everytime. I am acknowledged and greeted everytime I walk in the door or walk the floor. Everyone is helpful. I love Restaurant Equippers. Its crazy- Ill find myself at another restaurant supply store (only because they carry food items) and could see an item I need or like, and the first thing I think is... Probably a lot cheaper at Restaurant Equippers. Thank you for making my journey into a new business easier.

If you are a tax exempt business dont waite your time buying from this vender. They cant tell you their policies for tax exempt customers over the phone and before you make a three hour drive to Columbus. They prefer to denie your non-profit privileges face to face. Some OHIO state law that only applies to resteraunt equipers (I guess).

Love to shop here for cooking supplies because there prices are THE best! A majority of the staff are highly knowledgeable due to having restaurant experience and are bilingual, which is a bonus.

Ive had to travel to Equippers several times over the years and its rare youll not find what youre looking for there. Staff is knowledgeable and always helpful.

I own a restaurant in Chicago and have ordered from here for years. Everything from refrigerators, to table wares, and everything in between! They have amazing prices, inventory, and most importantly, fabulous customer service! I have never had a problem with them directly, only with Fed Ex, but they went to extreme measures to fix the problem that Fed Ex was responsible for. Wow! Thank you!!

My favorite place to buy things cooking related. I love they are open to the public I have bought some cleaning supplies and all my silverware here. AThe staff are really helpful and you can ask them about anything in the store. Most of the equipment is new but they have a decent selection of used equipment as well. The prices seem fair for everything but I havent really shopped around for the stuff Im interested in.

Customer service is great. They know their stuff and can make the overwhelming options much more manageable. Would spend even more in there if my company would let me, but of course everyone’s got a budget. They can help you even make sure you’re getting the best for your money.

Great store full of everything your restaurant would need! They have a wide selection of pots and pans, blenders, utensils, and machines like popcorn and cotton candy makers, hot dog cookers, condiment holders, blenders and mixers, freezers and refrigerators, and so much more! I love to bake, and even being a home baker, they have so much stuff for me!!! They have spatulas, mixing bowls, cake and cupcake pans, and lots more. Great service and they have a really good manager too!

Best restaurant equipment and supply house Ive seen. Havent seen this nice of displayed restaurant gear since the NRA shows back in the day. Friendly associates that helped me find what I stopped in to see if they carried. (They did.) I enjoyed a short browse too, just dreaming.

My First time there and the service was great

Sent our driver all the way up to Columbus for a purchase of about 1500 dollars and they would not take a credit card over the phone. I understand the policy, but it would be different if we had not just spent a couple thousand dollars with the company over the last two months. For that reason we will never spend another dime with Restaurant Equippers. Prices are great, but being completely inflexible is just stupid.

Not very helpful on situation with fryer, flames come out patriot deep fryer, Breg freezer stop working after 6months. Dont Buy anything from restaurants equippers
