My favorite shop in Columbus. Its the first place I go when Im looking for something specific.The staff are super helpful in putting together casual, professional, and upscale event looks. I always expect an honest opinion on the items I try on, and I receive it! They are sweet in the way that they redirect me and substitute items if its not flattering! I havent ever felt like I was being fronted, just so they could make a sale. I have a favorite employee who seems to get my sense of style, and she always puts together at least one outfit that pushes my bravery in fashion. 🙂 She encourages me to break out of my box in terms of my age, weight, & event Im attending. The first time I ever walked in, I was desperate for a whole new wardrobe due to changes in my body size. The staff were helpful, and EXTREMELY patient with the time I spent, trying on every single item. Much more patient than I expected!

The BD girls are amazing! I went in and was immediately greeted and asked if there was anything specific I was shopping for. I gave her a few ideas of what I was looking for and my size and as I was browsing she was pulling clothes for me to try on. My dressing room was so neatly organized with plenty of great options for me to try on 😊It is my kind of shopping! I had so many awesome outfits put together for me.... and was very pleased with my purchases. The customer service and pricing is perfect! Ill definitely go back soon!

I love the Blue Door. Their clothes have always been quality, and I have always received them at a reasonable time. If you have a question about your order or the clothes you can call, email, or they have this nifty little chat box you can use to talk to someone. Before you purchase your items they make you check a box saying you agree to their return policy so you wont be surprised later. I love them and would definitely recommend them!

I have been a loyal customer of the Blue Door for many years.... surprised by the way I was treated over a recent return. Sadly, I don’t think I will be returning.

My fav place to shop! Great customer service. I do most of my ordering online and it’s so easy! They do a great job getting my orders ready to pick up and shipping orders to me. Never had any issues and I love their clothes.

My daughter placed an order and was sent the wrong order while her order went to someone else. It took a couple of days to get an answer about her order and the company never offered to refund or any incentives. She received the correct order over 3 weeks later and they have never offered any kind of thanks. The incorrect order was a lot more than what she ordered but they said they had to wait until they received her order back from the other customer. Just feel like a discount is needed.

This boutique can be a great place but its a few things missing that makes it not so great. The great thing is that its in a really nice location. The boutique set up is really nice and inviting BUT the staff are not inviting. I noticed on 3 different occasion they seem to ignore minorites. I notice this each time I was in this location. The first time it seem like they paid more attention to their friends that were coming to shop than the new customers. I think they have really nice jewelry but its over price.

I love BDB! Ive always had great experiences when shopping there. I always purchase items that I can wear out/to work, and the items that I consider timeless, so I do not mind paying the little extra costs. Always pleased with my purchases. This is my go-to boutique store every time!

Anytime I am in need of a specific outfit, I can always count on the Blue Door Boutique. Many times I have called and they have suggested particular pieces, and even sent me pictures of the employees that are similar to my size for reference. They are always friendly and willing to help in anyway. I would recommend them for anyone looking for that perfect outfit and great customer service.

Awesome saff and clothing apparel. They helped outfit the ladies for a local charity fundraiser fashion show which was my 1st experience with The Blu Door. It was an amazing event with so many fantastic outfits. Im in my 50s but I would definitely recommend them for ladies of all ages!!

I ordered a dress which was sent to me with a hole in the side. Sent it back following all of the return guidelines and never heard from them. Ive tried contacting them and no one will get back in touch with me. So not only did I basically pay them to send me a damaged product, I had to pay to ship the product back to receive no refund or credit. Will never do business with this place again.I would like to add that after writing this review, I was immediately contacted by the company and my issue was resolved in a timely manner. I am aware that miscommunications and mistakes do happen and I am pleased with the way it was handled so I changed my rating from one star to a four.

The Bluedoor Boutique is the absolute best boutique around. It is a very special shop and website with incredible service and amazing merchandise! They always go above and beyond for their customers. Whenever I wear a piece from the BDB I always get stopped and asked where I found it and get compliments. If you havent been to the store or their website it is an absolute must. You will not be dissapointed.

They didnt have the item in the right size and they offered to order it. Had it in a few days. Very good service.

Lets start with the positive...1. Unbelievably fast shipping. I live out of state and every purchase reaches me within two business days. High Five BDB!2. Adorable clothing. Enough said.3. XS sizes! From petite women everywhere: THANK YOU! We want to wear cute boutique clothing, too!The constructive criticism....1. Why is everything so pricey? I know a lot of boutiques will say that they list their items at the suggested retail price, but I dont know that I buy that (no pun intended). If BDB is out of a top I love, I can google the exact name of the top and 7/10 times find it through another vendor at a less expensive price. This is not how you hook loyal customers.2. I wont even go into the No returns, only refunds thing, because I feel like that is pretty standard for boutiques and you need to read a stores policy before you purchase an item. So...lets talk about shipping costs. $7.95....If the items were priced competitively I wouldnt have a problem with that, but they arent. Furthermore, I feel like I spend more money on shipping than I do the actual item if I have to return it a time or two. I mailed 3 items back to yall (on my dime) and you know how much it cost? $20! Cheapest option. Thats outrageous. Honestly, its just not worth the risk of having to possibly make returns so I am unsure what my future relationship looks like with BDB. Sad day.

They dont list the materials, i.e. cotton, polyester, modal, etc... which should have been my first red flag. The reason Im thinking they dont list them is because there does not seem to be one natural fiber in the store. They listed the two tops I purchased as tees -- one was a short sleeved SWEATER, and the other was a chiffon-ish polyester blouse...NOT tees in any sense of the word. I was going to return them, but then realized Id have to pay for return shipping, having already paid for shipping the first time..and then pay for shipping AGAIN on whatever I picked (because you HAVE to pick something out because they ONLY give store credit...NO REFUNDS...so I just kept my two horrible tops made out of unnatural fibers, probably purchased from China for about 1/50th of what they charge for them. I chucked them into the Goodwill donation box, accepted my loss and learned my lesson.

I love their clothes hate the prices! i bought a shirt i tried to get in contact with the store/ company many times. the shirt is basically falling apart at the seams. and i only wore it once!
