Completely unresponsive and unprofessional handling of my request for a quote. I had to beg and follow up multiple times to try to get them to give me a number for what to pay them but they did not seem interested in thousands of dollars of business. Lots of flooring companies out there, choose someone else.

When I called Karen answered all my questions and when I told her that I needed the job done quickly she said she would come over that day after she left work to take measurements of my stairs. My stair runner got installed right on time very quickly and I am very thankful to everyone who helped me. We wouldn’t have been able to bring the dogs home without that stair runner!

It has been over a year and we are still dealing with major problems. I now just want a full refund and go somewhere else. Our floor had glue spilled on it, it is 2 different sheens, it is separating, the list goes on. It’s been 2 weeks since the last fiasco and I am done. I would very much like corporate to respond by giving us a refund.

When my floors were laid they did not have the correct transition strips. Its a week later and still havent heard anything from them. I called my sales person and was told it could be another week before I hear from them to set up a time to be installed. A bit frustrating considering everything has been pre-paid for a job thats not complete and its a week later and still no appointment set. What I do have looks good, I would just like it to be complete. Not sure why 2 transition strips takes so long to be available and to install. Its not like they are being stained, so Im confused on the delay!

Absolutely excellent from beginning to end: sales, product, installation and followup. Professional, knowledgeable, highly skilled and friendly. As the customer, it was a pleasant experience: clean, orderly and quiet. Without reservation I highly recommend Rite Rug.

I was so appreciative that they squeezed me in! I went in to pick out carpet and was able to have it installed within three days! The women working helped me sort through options that were within my price range in a rush. The installation was quick and professional and it looks beautiful! Thank you!

Our sales person Rick at the High St Clintonville store took very good care of us. He would always respond promptly whenever we had any questions regarding our flooring. He kept us informed of the ordering and expected date of arrival and install date and time. The installers were polite and worked quickly to install flooring and did a good job cleaning up! I would highly recommend them over Levi Flooring on Bush Blvd where we went first and they dropped the ball not responding or keeping appts!

David and the installation process were great! 0 complaints. This is the 2nd time in 2 years I have used them over another competitor. The first time the competition gave me false information about the flooring install options and this time the installation was completed by RiteRug before i ever received a final estimate from the competition.

Karen was very helpful and the showroom has lots of samples. I went around 5:30 p.m. Monday and I was the only person in the store; which made it very easy to get service! They lock the front doors early in the evening the access is from the parking lot in back. It would be good if they had a sign about that otherwise great experience.

I went to rite rug looking for carpet for my basement steps and laminate flooring for my basement. I’m giving them one star, only because the carpet installation went smoothly. Everything after that was a nightmare. They didn’t finish the job and stated that they wouldbe back to finish the small part under my stairs (they even left the tools and materials to finish). They never came back. After months of talking to just about every salesperson and manager I thought I finally found someone who would help me figure out why the project wasn’t finished and would make it right. She gave me the option to get my money back that I paid for the labor or would reimburse me the money. I decided to give them a second chance and I’m so mad that I did. She scheduled a team to come out and they never showed. When I called her she apologized and said the manager forgot to mark it on the calendar but could have someone come out the following week. I said no thank you and to please go ahead and reimburse me the money from the project. Shocker, she quit answering my emails and never heard from them again. They still owe me over $600. I refuse to ever use them again and I’ve made sure all my family and friends know so they know to never use them either. I found a family owned carpet place that I have had a wonderful experience with and will never use Rite Rug again.

The young lady who helped was very nice and made good suggestions.

I have made purchases from Rite Rug on North High St. in Columbus, Ohio on multiple occasions and the quality of their line of products not only is better but also their price and selections beat their competitors all day long. I would highly recommend Rite Rug to everyone.

Love the floor! Hated the service. It was terrible. I will not deal with this company again because of all the miscommunication, frustration with the manager, employees as well as the added stress this company placed on me. The men who did the floor finally got it done, but they had to come back the next day because they sat around for hours before the got it started. I had to call headquarters to get the floor installed and finally got somewhere when I went over the managers head. Complete incompetence!

The absolute worst install!!!!!!! What a mess I have at my house!!!!!! DO NOT USE RITE RUG FOR YOUR FLOORING NEEDS!!!!!! The installer texted me when they were on their way and I asked them to pull around back and park in my space in the back. However 3 guys arrived and they had parked in the front off-street parking. I asked them again to pull around back but instead they started to unload material ... only after I asked them the THIRD time did they pull their work truck around back (I think only one of them spoke english) ..... I only wish I had sent them on their way then because they continued with my install of vinyl plank and it is a MESS .... ripples throughout; end seams are not butted together smoothly; staples from the luan below are poking up through vinyl .... HORRIBLE INSTALL!!!!! These guys had ABSOLUTELY NO CLUE how to lay vinyl flooring. This was a very simple rectangular install with no walls AND THEY STILL SCREWED IT UP!!!!!!! Not to mention how unprofessional they were ... they had their music blasting the entire time ..... and if that wasn’t enough, one of the guys was singing off tune to the music the entire time!!!!!! If they had paid as much attention to the install as they did their music, maybe I would not have such a mess at my home!!!!!!! DO NOT USE RITE RUG FOR YOUR FLOORING NEEDS!!!!!! I only gave 1 star because I had to in order to post this review. It should be rated as -100!!!!!

Disappointing. We received a quote for carpeting front room, master and hallway with stairs. Installers come, dont have the carpet for the front room. Called the guy, was told never part of the agreement. Contract states can cancel, the guy who sold us the carpet refused to cancel. On the plus side, the installers were professional and courteous.

Rick Haskett was the store manager that helped me. I picked out some beautiful vinyl plank flooring for a rehab That Im working on.The product was better quality and lower priced then what Lowes, Home Depot, or Menards carries. Ill be back for my carpeting needs. Go see Rick (super nice guy), he will hook you up with some great flooring at a reasonable price.

Jaime the manager there is a lies said my materials would be there monday I got here today and nothing was here and now he wants me to pay for next day service I even had to rent a truck he screwed me really bad. I would never recommend anyone to go to his store on south high street. He doesnt have a word like a man.

We worked with Jamie and had a terrific e perience start to finish. We live in Worthington and will go back to this location to work with him again.

The customer experience here is terrible. I ordered carpet in July and when my carpet came in stock I was told that the sales rep was sick and would not be able to help me load it into my car. Therefore, I had to wait until my husband and I were both available to pick- up the rug. In the mean time, the sales rep called and threatened to return the carpet because they didn’t have a place to store it. In Dec I ordered a replacement carpet pad and when I unrolled it there was a huge hole in it. I called to see options for returning it and was told I would have to wait 5 days. Keep in mind all of the furniture is moved out of the room where we are installing the new pad. So, I’m off to Lowe’s to buy a new pad...

They never called me and didnt do the right estimate all I got was a nasty guy who was not interested in the job it was going to be a free estimate wow why company would be so nasty to a local person who lives in Ohio Columbus
