The Carpet Ladies did a great job installing new low VOC Air.O carpet by Mohawk in my bedroom and family. Constance, the Flooring Advisor, went out of her way to accommodate my needs. She is possibly the most attentive customer service person Ive ever met.Kathy, the other Carpet Lady, was also friendly and sent an installer with plenty of experience. We are very pleased with our new carpet! Constance, our flooring sales person, helped us every step of the way, even seeing to the leveling of the height difference between the original floor and a later room addition. She made sure all floor squeaks were gone before the padding went down. The installers were great as well--careful of our woodwork and detail oriented. They corrected mistakes left by previous installers and ensured beautiful transitions between the new carpet and existing floor tiles. We couldnt be happier!

The Carpet Ladies managed to do what the big retailers couldnt. We wanted to replace the bamboo floors in our house with vinyl planks. They came over, talked with us about our budget and helped us pick out a floor that would look good with our home. It was installed so fast, within our price range, and our new floors look, feel and sound great!

We have used Carpet Ladies twice for our home remodels. They are very easy to work with and love that they come to the house with the samples. The first time we used them we had them re-carpet almost our whole house and put Luxury Vinyl Tile down in the bathroom. The second time we finished our basement and had them install Luxury Vinyl Tile in the basement. We knew when we needed flooring the second time where we were going to go because of our great experience with them the first time!

I love Smart strand carpet that the carper lady suggested. So soft and smooth. Also thats amazing that they made edges on the leftover carpets. If I would decide to buy more carpets I rather contact this business than other stores. The price for my new carpet was really reasonable.

I loved working with the Carpet Ladies. The Flooring Sales Advisor was very professional and very thorough throughout the entire process - from the selection process to completion of the job. I absolutely love my Luxury Vinyl Tile (LVT). It looks like real hardwood and is beautiful. I highly recommend this company.
