This is easily the best Party City I have been to. It was very clean. Considering today is when their celebrating Halloween here in Columbus, it was very orderly. The Manager and staff were friendly and very helpful. Yes, their stick was low but I completely understood. It was well lit, the music playing wasnt overbearing. I will definitely be back next Halloween...only earlier!

Went to the one out east and got me and my daughter Halloween outfits its okay but not much to pick from like they didnt have the wig that went to the cruella de Villa and they really didnt have nothing to go with my be war ready costume, but I found the cruella hair the wig at another store actually the high st thrift store and I found some gloves to go over my outfit

Great location. Staff was friendly. Shelves were unorganized and more than half of the costumes were open and missing pieces.

Great experience thus far, walked right in and got greeted with two employees ready to help me. In and out in 15-20 with 40 balloons.

The store has a new set up and its nice. However, their selection of decorations has been minimized. Hopefully the other location may have the items and usual decorations available.

I completely understand this store has a certain time frame and when it opens. But its completely unacceptable to leave customers outside thats trying to shop granted this store opens at 10am ive been out here for at least 20 minutes and the staff in the store just ignored and continued to blow up ballons here it is 9:54 and they say the will open in anoter 10 to 15 mins. Im very disappointed.

This is a pretty good party store. Came here for white face paint for my kids and there were a few options. Staff were friendly and service was quick. Stock seemed a little low but maybe they were cleaning off shelves in prep for Halloween.

Huge collection of costumes, yes you get Birthday balloons. Ashley and Kyra were helpful.

Great place to get all your party needs!They were busy as always but the staff was nice and accommodating. I felt bad for the girl doing our balloons though, we had several confetti ones and she kept popping them on the helium machine 😂 Twas a beautiful mess 🤩They charge $1 each for cheap trash bags to stuff all your balloons in. (So they dont blow away you know) Next time Ill buy a box of trash bags for from the dollar store and stuff them myself.

I ordered my balloons, waited patiently. Two other white ladies came in after I’d been waiting for 10 minutes for them to check out others, answer phone calls etc, anyways they order their balloons after me and they both walked out in less than 20 minutes while I watched my balloons sit there. I’m used to getting discriminated against but this got me hot. So I say something and they say “we’re doing it right now” and now I’m extra hot because it’s been less than 24hrs and my kids balloons are totally deflated! 🤬

Store was clean. Had just about everything that I needed. Associate was very nice and pleasant.

Can find anything you need for a party here. They also have costumes.

I wish the store wouldve been a little more clean idk less like a severally overworked and under staffed dollar general especially with how many employees were in the building ... Im pretty sure the store had been getting bombarded by customers the last few days since halloween is right around the corner and i do t know what the specific rules are for store upkeep, but alot of the costumes that were on the shelf were already opened and some were missing items(again im not sure how their procedures are because they have a clearance bin where costumes and things that have pieces missing are and what not, maybe they hadnt done their daily run through? Idk the one thing that made this experience less of a bummer and hassle was that deapite the clearance items not ringing up correctly thw first time, the staff saw me with me children and offered thwm a balloon and some candy. While we waited, im greatful they asked first too, seems like a little thing but kids are too trusting and no offense but we dont know yall so it was nice, the personability of the staff. Other than that it was an alright experience, i know my kids wanna go back if only for a balloon and candy XD

I am not sure if the cashier was having a bad day but worst attitude an snapped at me when I asked about my order which she got wrong. On top of it the store did not have heart balloons in stock on January 27th.

Used curbside pick up and notified when I would arrrive. Notified when arrived. Waited 10 mins so called. They said they would bring it out. 5 mins later my husband went in to get it and multiple employees sitting doing nothing.

Good stop for party supplies and unique little things for random accoaions. Ive went here to grab colorful supplies for school events and gatherings throughout the year. Pleasant staff and crew members. They are able to answer your questions if you may come up with any. If you brings children they may go crazy with all the many options and directions they can run in lol.

After last night I will no longer be shopping at this location. EVERY TIME I use this location there is always an issue. I feel really bad for the manager on shift last night doing everything alone! There must of been at least 8 employees in orange shirts doing NOTHING. People waiting for check out, waiting on Halloween costumes and the manager is the only one running around the store helping everyone. I asked a young male employee to help me with a costume and he told me to hold on so he could finish watching a video on his friends phone. He had 5 other boys who do no work there visiting him while on shift. When he forgot I needed help one of his friends asked me what I needed and proceeded to go behind the associates only door to find what I had asked for. Returning a couple minuets later laughing saying he couldnt find anything! WHY was a none employee trying to help me! Finally getting to the counter to check out. The manager had to tell the girl behind the counter to actually do her job and help me! They did not have the costume in store in the size I needed. I asked if they could order it online. She replies with no but you can do it yourself The manger walks over apologizing asking me what size I needs and orders it for me no problem! I am 26 years old and I am sorry to say our generation is full of LAZY & IGNORANT people!

Store is extremely messy and dirty. I went in to buy five balloons and it took me about 30 minutes when there were four people behind the counter. Each took extremely long to get anything done. They had bad attitudes and you could tell they did not want to help out. I used to work at a party city so I know what it’s like. No need to make everyone miserable around you.

I have never been to a Party City before this but it had a very large variety of balloons and silly things for us to buy to cheer up a sad friend.

It would be helpful if your online showed the proper inventory. After calling the store to confirm, I was informed your seasonal items were already packed away yet your online inventory is showing they are still available. Very frustrating. I am glad I didn’t go out of my way to go to the store.

I frequent this party city and I spent lots of money at this store. But it may be my last time. I understand store hours. We can see but no need to be rude. The manager or associate. When I walked in didnt welcome someone. Instead he yells you have 15 minutes OK! I looked at him like he had two heads I was looking to purchase things for a baby shower but with his rudeness. I turned around and walked out!! Not good customer service and RUDE. He could of said I nicely. I wasnt planning to go past the store hours anyways!!

Sunday of a holiday weekend only one person at a register 8 people in line and it took forever. Management really needs to do a better job of making sure their staff properly on busy weekends like 4th of July. Aside from that unknown busy times when Ive been there the stores been fine

We were happy to find the products we were looking for. However, our shopping experience was not pleasant. There were 4-5 associates working but we still had to stand in line for way too long because there was only one casher. Not one of those associates asked us if we needed assistance while shopping and were very unfriendly.

The blonde manager there (didn’t catch the name) was very rude to all the customers. She continued to roll her eyes towards customers and even to her own co workers. She wouldn’t let in a lady who left her credit card because they closed 5 minutes ago and proceeded to talk to the poor old women through the glass door. She was also very unprofessional constantly grabbing her phone out of her bra/see through shirt and sticking it back in. They have very poor customer service. I am highly disappointed in the treatment we received.

My daughter wanted a Moana theme for her birthday. They had a VERY small selection of items to purchase in that theme. I would have thought with how popular that movie is, that they would have had more!

Pretty good selection of almost every themed holiday or party necessity you can think of. Plus cards, ballons, candy... Its a one stop shop. Definitely worth a trip.

I just left from there. I have an event for two days and found a sale online. They didnt have the original item I was seeking in stock but working with Narasha I was able to pick up something similar for my event! She exuded great customer service and ensured a sale for Party City due to her diligence. Thank you Narasha!!! I didnt leave disappointed.

Definitely a place that can provide what their name entails. From kids parties based on whatever the new popular characters are, to seasonal supplies for 21+ parties ( appropriate note here, they have many plastic drinkware options from Big cups to champagne flutes to novelty glasses. Never worry about your guests breaking things again.), in a range of colors and prices, they have it or at least an acceptable substitute if your first choice is sold out. Also this location is easy to find and get to. Recommended.Edit: The balloon dept could use a clearer sign that you have to go through the main line in order to get balloons filled. If there is a sign its small print on the price board.Im sure they get tired of telling us customers that.

There is this woman who works there, she does not know the definition of respect! My sister And I, go up to the cashier because at home we saw that they offer this specific balloons which specifically says “AVAILABLE AT THE EASTON MARKET STORE”. Before we even showed her the balloons from our phones, she immediately tells us “uh uh, no, we don’t have that here. And then My sister said nicely, “but it said it’s in store” and this disrespectful cashier women tries to grab everyone’s attention by kinda yelling and saying “I understand but we don’t have that here!” And we just left because who the heck would argue with a person who doesn’t even have respect for themselves. THE WOMAN HAS NOT EVEN SEEN THE PICTURE OF THE BALLOONS YET AND SHE HAD THE AUDACITY TO SAY “WE DONT HAVE THAT HERE” like excuse me who you trying to fool here. Oh and btw the last customer she was helping, she was laughing with her. And then we go up to her, her whole face changes because guess what!!??? TWO MUSLIM GIRLS JUST WALKED UP FOR HELP!!! Omg how terrified that woman must of been. SMH, I haven’t seen a more racist person. The way she looked at us was as if she wanted to eat us🤦‍♀️Before you hire someone, you should probably make sure they know the definition of respect and how to love one another.

Party city is a great place to really get unique items for events and parties of all kinds. I go there for everything. Im an event planner for my familys business as well as a mother of 5 boys so im always going parties hosting events or its time for another kids birthday lol. And I always get great stuff from party city and they send coupons all the time.

I ordered balloons for my nieces sweet 16 two days before her birthday. However, I called to reschedule a pick up (i was to pick them up at the Easton location since its closer to her house) due to the terrible weather and where I live I was on a level 3 snow emergency. They said that was fine and I rescheduled for following week and we got hit with more bad weather and my car would not make it down to Easton. So I called them again spome to a manager and she said that was fine. I came to pick up the following week and was told they cant fill them since I rescheduled 4 times. No it was twice and Im here. The two ladies behind the counter have been talking trash about this order and having to fill them up. Believe me I will never do business at this location again. I will continue to go to the Dublin location.

Staff seemed annoyed when asked if something was in stock. It took several tries to get someone that wouldnt just look at me and walk past me like i didnt exist. Will never do business with Party City again.

I could have had a better one here. Went to get balloons for the first time, I approach the counter and the girl says What?... Umm excuse me Ms. Rude. How about Hello may I help you. Customer service has gone out the door. This store may want to retrain their associates. Normally I wouldnt spend my money there, but I had already wasted time. So maybe try another party city not at Easton. My money is too valuable to give away, for a persons paycheck thats rude, not thanks.
