The customer service in this store was surprisingly good. Employees were attentive and helpful. We tried on multiple shoes and they helped us figure out what fit best. They also were happy to price match an item we had seen cheaper at different store. Overall really great prices, products, and service!

Ordered online and picked up at store. Perfect slipper for those chilly evenings. Came a day early and I believe Hunter provided curbside as I was traveling with kids. Great products and great service, can’t wait to shop here again.

The employees would even help us they acted like we were not going to purchase I came in to purchase one jacket and did not just because the way I was treated.

Fantastic customer service! When the zipper on my expensive jacket lost a few teeth, the friendly employee here swapped it out for me with a new jacket on the spot, versus having me wait weeks for mine to be repaired and returned (its my only winter coat!) Thank you so much! My wife and I both own North Face winter coats, rain coats, hat and gloves. We look forward to continuing to shop here for all our winter/rain needs!

Availability isnt great. Style is stagnant.

I was warmly greeted immediately upon arrival and had the help of very friendly employee. He showed me multiple coats that fit the description of what I was looking for and was able to help me find the perfect one for me. The other employees were also very helpful and friendly. Staff was helpful. Store was clean. Location was convenient. I was able to find exactly what I was looking for and get out within 10 minutes.

The store was nice, organized, and had a nice selection. The staff wasnt very helpful though. Pretty much talked to themselves behind the register the whole time.

Nice merchandise but with the price point not for the average joe.

Helpful staff, good selection of products. Generally hassle free returns and exchanges, even with online purchases. Products still seem high quality and with the pronoun prices for pieces that will last.

I spent 200$ on an insulated jacket wore it for less than an few minutes to test it how good can block the wind while riding and it wasnt that good for the price then i went back after 2 days from the purchase date to return it they didnt take kept excusing with bs, i hate that i bought it and its the first and last being in that store horrible experience and stuff ..

Had a great sell, got a jacket cheap.

This place is really nice and they have advanced computer systems that match quality and service!

Super expensive. Rarely anything on clearance. Beautiful selection though. Ive always thought this was an odd location for North Face. Not sure why.
