This store is great for high quality products and their customer service is amazing! I found the perfect rain jacket for me but it wasnt the color I was looking for. Amadea was very friendly and helped me order it in the right color and size, and it got to my house promptly. I love it!

I went in for a pair of shoes that I had seen on the catalog. The gentleman that helped me got my size and the size of above as well just so that I could make an determination as to which ones were more comfortable. I got excellent customer service. Also the store was not crowded.

Ill say that the staff was very nice and was helping when we needed, but was not over bearing. Loved the huge selection of stuff, but even the clearance seemed to be a little high. Very clean and worth checking out.

I can always count on there clothes to fit. When you need those basic pieces, whether for work or casual this is the place. Might pay a little more but so worth it. With Amadea and Melissa I was in and out and had purchased 2 pairs of Vista Trekking pants.

No plus size clothing in the store. Apparently LLBean thinks everyone who likes the outdoors is size small or petite. Disappointing!Staff nice though.

Great store and people who are knowledgeable in the gear they sale. Many stores that have similar items to choose from. Its the people that treat you with the attention and give great service that will keep you returning. This is such a place over the rest at easton.

Im so glad to have a local LL Bean store in Columbus. The sales associates are welcoming, educated about their products and very helpful. I was winter coat shopping and tried on multiple coats, which is necessary because each coat seemed to have a slightly different fit. I found it helpful to read product reviews before going in. Also each product has multiple features so I read about some coats ahead of time so I knew that the fur zipped off of the down ultra warm jacket that I bought. The hood is adjustable too, which a one-size-fits-all hood has always a problem for me. My boyfriend found a coat but thought it was slightly short on him. The sales associate Rachel helped him order it in the Tall length. Will be shipped to our home next week with free shipping. Great brand. Great lasting products. Great experience!

Since this is the only LL Bean store in Columbus I was looking for a particular jacket. This store doesnt carry the Womens sizes. Youll have to order off their website. Their a little high on the prices but you get what you pay for. Ive never had a problem with the quality of anything Ive bought from them.

Wow, I had no idea L.L. Bean had retail locations!I have always liked them as a company, and have used many, many products from them for years. Growing up I had a Deluxe Backpack that lasted me 12 years of elementary, middle, and high school. Still have it for trips if needed too.Great products, and this location has some very friendly staff too. Love the giant boot out front!

I love the merchandise but they never have the shoes I want in my size, in stock. I prefer to not buy shoes on line because they never fit. So I end up not purchasing from ll bean. They lose a sale and my confidence in them as a retailer.

Without a doubt we have had the best shopping experience at this location! The sales reps are very helpful and friendly every time we walk in. Anna and another sales rep were also very helpful when our little one had a minor accident and gave us a first aid cold compress and continually asked how he was. And today my family and myself came by for Tent tales, for kids and we were the only ones who came by. However Mrs. Lara was absolutely WONDERFUL, and continued to go out of her way and spent time with our little guy in which he had a blast! Thank you very much Mrs. Lara for being ever so kind and generous to our little boy and family today! We most certainly will continue to give L.L. Bean our service!

Honestly, the staff here are the nicest people ever. Every single one is abundantly helpful and kind. I love coming here because they dont pressure you, but truly just want to give you a hand if you need it.

My dear friend was in need of a new, more updated wardrobe. His girlfriend and I took him to the greatest LLBean store in Easton Town Center, Columbus, OH. We were assisted by Penelope (sales associate extraordinaire) and all the other wonderful, friendly, knowledgeable staff. The 3 of us left the store with 6 bags of beautifully made, contemporary clothing for “Steve”, who used to hate shopping but said the experience was actually pleasant. He looks GREAT in his new ensembles and he actually has a new spring in his step! Great store. Wonderful staff and well stocked inventory of functional, fabulous clothing. I highlyrecommend this LLBean store.

I was so excited when this store opened and it has never disappointed. The staff here goes above and beyond.

I love L.L. Bean. My wife and I always stop here and wonder around the store and end up buying clothes, or in this case, a beanie. Also bought some jeans and snacks. Such a fun store and the emploees are always friendly, but never pushy.

The staff here is amazing! I took my mom in to buy new new pants because shes lost a lot of weight and loves LL Bean pants. Shes also not as mobile as she once was so its hard for her to move around the store and get in and out of the dressing rooms to find new pants. The lady that helped us was amazing! She would come in and check on my mom and go out and get her new pants and sizes. So helpful and sweet. Another time I was in this store I had my toddler daughter who was very interested in the tent and camp scene that was set up. One of the workers came over and sat with us and played with my daughter. I was so worried about my daughter messing up the display but the lady that worked there assured me it was ok and thats what it was there for! So friendly and amazing to sit with my daughter and interact with her.

Although the product we wanted was not actually there, Charlotte handled our return (for a shipped product that did not fit) with ease, helped us find exactly what we wanted, and ordered it through the store link so we wouldnt have to pay as many fees! She even let half of my group (my mom) try on some pants (that were the same brand of the desired kind but the wrong type) to make certain the new ones would fit... all while we worked on the two transactions! How patient and considerate of her!

I had a wonderful experience today!Went in for a gift that I had picked out online. They told me normal turn around time for a monogram is two business days (which I was thrilled with) yet, they were not busy so they were able to do it while I was in the store! It took less than 15 minutes and turned out wonderfully! They also provided a nice gift box and tissue paper, saving me even more time on this gift! Every employee was cheerful, and helpful! This was my first time in the store and my first LLBean purchase and after this experience, it will definitely not be my last.Thanks guys!

I really like this location. The staff is always helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. Beware, the prices are premium, but the products are quality and they do have regular sales. Ive been happy with everything Ive gotten here.

Went to the store to collect on a guarantee on a pair of boots. Staff was very helpful. Store was well organized and very clean. The LL Bean product is pricey but one of the best in quality and customer service.

This store is huge and has a wide selection of casual clothes for both men and women. The staff were friendly and offered assistance without being hunted down. My husband buys a number of things through the catalogue but he might consider driving to Easton Mall since he knows there is a brick and mortar store there.

I purchased something at the store that didnt work out. Since I live an hour and a half away I opted to ship it back to the HQ for a refund. They will deduct $6.50 from your return for shipping which is better than driving three hours round trip for a return. What they didnt tell me until I checked on the status of my return is that it can take 3-4 WEEKS to process. Really LL Bean? Im not aware of any retailer that is that bad...They still have a lot of great products but you should know what youre getting into if you decide you need to return something.

Great store. Got all of our winter gear for the year. Great selection of coats and thermal underwear. Glove and hat selection was good but a little limited. Did not have a good snow boot selection.

I buy all of my clothes at LL Bean. I don’t think there is a piece of clothing in my closet or my drawers that is not LLBean. LLBean has awesome customer service. Also my bed sheets and blankets are LL Bean ! Most of my shoes and boots are LLBean. The quality of their products are unsurpassed by other brands. I’ve never been disappointed for over 20 years. Even my work tee shirts and work jeans are LLBean ! Thank you !

In love..... live in Texas. I needed to buy a coat for vacation but wanted to see the materials first. Came to Ohio to visit family and this was a bonus. Got the perfect coat, wish I had more time to look for sweaters but that is not LL Beans fault.

Get all of my clothes and footwear from Bean. Wash all of my expenses through the credit card and rack up Bean bucks and get them at a heavy discount or for free. Will keep doing that as long as they let me.

This store is very nice on the inside. Well laid out and easy to walk through. Plenty of parking in the adjacent parking lot. They have a lot of merchandise with emphasis on their clothing. They also have MSR gas canisters for your camping stove. This is a nice addition to Easton.

Sais their open at 10, just arrived after driving 40 minutes to get there and they dont open till 12. Very frustrated and will not be coming back!

The staff were incredibly helpful today as my husband was looking for just the right winter coat, suggesting other options and calling other stores to track down the perfect option. We were very impressed. With the very wide/diverse selection, and well-informed staff... it was nice to be able to just walk in and know wed be able to find what we needed.

Am glade I have a local ll bean near by. I bought gloves for winter and there the best ones I bought in a long while and at a great price as well.

I came here to compare what they had to offer in smaller backpacking packs. A lady helped me that was very familar with the products, and gave me some good advice. She helped explain their warranty, and return policy; which is apparently more generous than I realized! This was the first time I had been in this store, and was impressed with how bright and open it felt inside. Only complaint..... I visited Easton at a busy time, and I had trouble finding a parking spot, and that really wasnt L.L.Beans fault!

By far the best store I have ever been too. The staff is amazing, the products will last you a life time, and their return policy is amazing! Get your bean boots here! I bought mine here and they are my favorite pair of boots!!

The help wasnt friendly at all and no one approached me to see if I needed help. All stores have sales going on EXCEPT LL Bean...$50+ for a pull down knit hat was to much. When I asked a salesperson if there was any sales she acted as if I was bothering her. Will not go back there.

Very friendly staff thats very excited about the new huge store. Be warned this is a small preview store and doesnt have a full stock. The big, new store should have a lot of what they have online and, as the gentleman told me, will be open in the middle of November.

It is the only store i know of which could hornor sales price that fit you -- i.e. if you find any on-sale item but dont have your size, they will order it for you (if still available) and you pay only the sales price. The big boot at its store front is an frequent photo icon too.

Great winter clothes - vests, coats, boots, etc. They have wonderful bathing suits during season.

Expensive and now no 100 percent guarantee to back up quality. Apparently was being taken advantage of by customers. Well I think paying too much for quality without a guarantee is the customers being taken advantage of by L.L.Bean. now just a premium price without backing it up. Not the best CEO move for sure. I try to avoid this company now.

There weren’t many customers in the store and plenty of staff, so there’s NO EXCUSE for poor service!ALL customers should be acknowledged when they enter the store and should be asked, at least once, if they need assistance.One employee seemed to be training a new hire. If she was teaching the newbie how to fail basic courtesy and loose customers, then she was very successful.On average, I spend $150 to $250 when I shop LLBean, this day, they didn’t get a dime. Doubtful that I will shop LLBean again.
