Im taking the time to leave a honest review because I seen were someone named Amy left one thats so ridiculous that I had to let everyone know what this company really is all about. They have not only went out of there way when I needed a order delivered in the last minute but there staff here in Columbus has took there time to teach and explain things I didnt know. Im referring to all the staff but especially Kevin, Mark, and Mike. Im still young but through having cancer and making some mistakes these guys have helped so much and they didnt need to. This is probably the worse company out there. The employees are disrespectful and rude....I would HIGHLY recommend you take your business elsewhere where you will have good quality service and respectable employees. I am ashamed to know there is a company out there like this in my city.

Horrible service! Friendly and helpful staff, but just not a good experience with them. First they kept getting my invoice wrong then once it was fixed the Load showed up 5 hours late. Scheduled for 1130-noon and showed up about 10 till 5pm, they knew it would be late and didn’t notify me so I was stuck paying guys to sit on the job site for five hours and the load only took a half hour once it finally got there. Had a refund check that took over a month for the client to get back, and a second refund check that was submitted to the wrong place some how, so it took even longer to come. I had to call multiple times or they never would’ve even looked to notice that it had Been submitted wrong. Every time I called to speak with someone about it they were supposedly out of the Building. They took my name and number multiple times but never returned my call. I got lucky one day and the guy that was in charge of it happened to answer the phone when I called.

Good service, good products, knowledgeable and friendly employees. I have no idea what the other reviewer is so unhappy about, Ive done business with these people for years and never had a problem.

Ive been in the roofing industry for a long time. And this is one of the most terrible suppliers I have ever dealt with we are a major company in Columbus and constantly getting excuses of why deliveries have been forgotten about and delivery is constantly being delayed holding up production. And this is after getting email confirmations on a daily basis.
