This is our first experience with MBS. They were recommended both by our contractor and a friend who had used them for a kitchen remodel. Mike has been wonderful to work with on our kitchen project. He has been professional, knowledgeable, and patient with helping me work through the process, as well as accommodating all my many questions and changes. The products have not come in yet, but I am expecting great things and a wonderfully functional kitchen!UPDATE:We LOVE our new kitchen! The cabinets are amazing! Mike really helped to make all our ideas come together into the cohesive and beautifully functional kitchen we are enjoying! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Have done business with Modern Builders for decades as has my father prior to that. All the staff is very helpful and well versed in many areas. They strive on a deep commitment to serve the best interest of the client, very focused on getting it done and are very loyal to their clients. Many of the staff there have been within the organization at this location for 20+ years. Tough to find that type of dedication in any one organization considering the number of distributors around Columbus today.

Mike and Dave in Cabinet Sales were wonderful to work with.Modern bldrs is very professional and they are very respectful toward female business owners, I greatly appreciated this.They were also, very patient on an issue.Thank you.I dont know the Owner but he must be aGentlemen to hire Mike and Dave ....I will be placing a cabinet order in the near future.

This is the first time I have signed into a site to do a review. I bought kitchen cabinets from Modern Builders in May 2016. Mike was so wonderful and my experience was of such that I had to write this even though it is 3.5 years late. My cabinets look and have operated just as they have when they were new. I get compliments often. A friend asked me this week where I purchased my cabinets. So I am sending her to MBS and to Mike Bish. I will send everyone that speaks of buying cabinets to MBS. I got solid wood cabinets for a great price. I am a very satisfied customer.

Place is a joke!!! Total lack of customer service, if they dont know you then they wont help you. Better off to go right down the road to Richards where they will treat you with Respect. The owner should be ashmed that his employees are that rude!!!! Oh well I will never go back, nor will I refer others.... First impression should be the best impression....
