Allen took the time to explain and help with all our questions. Very knowledgeable when it comes to wine and their aging process. He is also very polite and provides excellent customer service. One of the best experiences. He even packaged our purchase with care since we are traveling.

I go there ALL the time and love it bc they have their own additional parking aside from their own parking right in front of the establishment. It is cozy in there and the staff knows everything. Great selection of champagne and bubbly wines and you can also get garnishes and some snacks and gifts. Everything is well-organized and their prices are no different than any other wine/spirits shop.

Friendly & helpful staff - gave our dogs biscuits when greeting us even! Quiet atmosphere and organized selection. Much better wine selection than liquor selection. Decent prices and very convenient if youre downtown. Definitely recommend.

I was able to find a bottle of auchentoshan whiskey. This is a wonderful Scottish whiskey made in Glasgow. I haven’t had any since I was last in Scotland. The place is very nice, and they have hard to find whiskeys and beers. I will be back!

I’ve been here a couple of times and liked the selection they had. I was walking down Broadway and decided to pop in and ask if they had a particular item I can only seem to find in very few places. The cashier at the front was very rude and condescending to me. Her attitude made me walk right out the store and vow I would never go back there. I’m really sad this experience not only tainted my perception of your store but my day as well.

Super nice place, has everything you could want and really nice customer service. Only reason it gets three stars is because this store’s prices are a good bit higher than your price for wine at Walmart/Publix. The same bottle of wine I bought here for $12.99 is $9.99 at Publix.

We were excited to pop our head into this cute little store. Upon entering, we asked for a specific product that is typically hard to find. The woman at the counter was EXTREMELY ill-mannered. She gave us a very condescending answer with a disrespectful tone in her voice. My boyfriend and I were almost taken aback as to how random her rudeness was. We won’t be supporting this business in the future.

Horrible customer service. Completely unprofessional and rude. The clerk watched me the whole time I was shopping making me uncomfortable, and insisted on giving me an attitude as I proceeded to check out. Rudely asked for my ID, and I had no issue with complying, but because of his attitude I will NEVER return my business to this location.

One of the better spots Ive been too. Awesome place, help you find what you need or let you peruse to your leisure. Even better, they dont follow you for walking in wearing a hoodie nor look at you funny. Always awesome to find a place like this. ✊🏿✊🏿✊🏿

Good, convenient location for those living downtown. The selection is nice, and the environment very nice. The people who work there are knowledgeable and willing to help. I would recommend to people who live in any part of Columbus, not just downtown Columbus. Again, the environment is very nice, which is a big reason I am recommending this place.

Great service. They were very helpful in identifying some regional spirits and made several solid recommendations based on what I traditionally like to drink. They also spent several minutes with me recommending some good restaurants in town. As a new comer to the area, I couldnt have asked for a better introduction.

My first visit was positive,I was looking for a ginger beer loved by my friend Ann. They had it and a large selection of most Liquor as a rule. The Johnny Walker Blue in the front case let me know this was a great place to shop as yo have to order it in many places. (Nice Price too) for a privately owned place.

Fantastic find! It was a great place to stock up for the Holidays, or really any time. I was pleasantly surprised at how clean, organized and well stocked the store was! I found many unique wines and liquors I havent been able to find elsewhere so there was no problem buying more then I anticipated! The staff was very friendly, helpful and most of all extremely knowledgable when it came to explaining about their wines and spirits! I will most definitely be back and would highly recommend this place for a visit to anyone!

Went in here on a whim to see if they had white port. They didnt but they ordered it for me. Which was amazing. I always leave with a smile rain or shine they are always happy to see anyone. Best selection in Columbus in my opinion

I stopped by looking for a wine for a Christmas party. Richard was very helpful in making suggestions for good wines, crowd pleasers and inexpensive at the same time. His knowledge of wine is wonderful, I can tell him what I normally like and he is excellent in making suggestions on similar ones. The wine selections is expansive and has something for everyone.

Everyone is an expert in something. If youre looking for a particular type of spirit or beer you just have the catch the right guy on the right shift. Its like a hospital and they all have their own field of expertise. Steve is the whiskey and bourbon guy and he will give you a great run down of what flavor your looking for. They have a parking lot on the side for easy access.

Ive been in there many time to buy various items and drinks. Every time was always a pleasant experience. The owners and staff are very knowledgeable about all the items they sell from wine to bourbon, beer to vodka. The selection is one of the best in town and if they dont have it I was told they will get it. All together its a great store which I enjoy shopping at.

Im not sure why there are so many negative reviews. Ive shopped here many times and they have always been helpful and provided great recommendations. Also the prices are reasonable. The store is very clean and well organized. Definitely a good experience.

We just walked into this beautifully designed bottle shop in Columbus, GA and had the most unpleasant experience. We love popping into new stores and looking at bourbon. We like to experience bourbon and yes Im extremely knowledgeable about bourbon and allocation. I get it -- as an owner you are probably tired of being asked about allocated bourbon and heres my response to you... then dont work in the industry and definitely dont treat your potential customers like they are beneath you. Furthermore, just because I dont live in the area -- I actually travel every week for work and come through your area-- so I find it interesting and irritating that you were so pompous to me. In addition, I dont want to be in your snobby bourbon club where you treat people poorly. I will definitely be spending my money with one of your competitors. P.S. Im pouring my 2016 GTS now and thinking about how much you taint the bourbon world.

This store has a large selection of wine and bourbons. The employees are knowledgeable about their products and give great advice. Their service is personable. Would highly recommend this store.

Great selection of eclectic spirits, imported, domestic, and local. And they even have a pretty good beer selection too, featuring tons of domestic microbreweries along with the big brands. Their pricing rivals Maltitude, and the staff is always willing to help out. Love this place!

Real nice folks. My first time in and they knocked it out the park. So few places carry a gluten free IPA and they had some in stick! I couldn’t be happier.

Went in search of a particular fifth of bourbon and found they didn’t have it in stock. I asked a simple question and the dude was a grade A ass about it. I will not give this place my business. Driving a couple miles to another package store has never been an easier decision.

Love this place. If they don’t have something I want they will order it. The only place I know that has experts working behind the counter. Best in Columbus.

Ive never found quite an assortment to choose from until coming here. These guys really know there stuff and because of that, Ive been able to really expand my knowledge and taste buds!
