I absolutely love going to this store! First off it’s super close to my salon, the staff is always so friendly and knowledgeable about products, and they never try to pressure you to buy anything. I’m in this location about 2 time a month and if they are out of something they always offer to call and let me know when it come in.

They are normally stuck with what you need plus!!!!! And they are very helpful if you have any questions. 👍🏼

The store manager here has ALWAYS been a blessing! Just want to let you know that although you are probably going through it, I drive clear across town to shop at your location because you are so very sweet and helpful on many levels. Hope this makes your day because you always make mine!

The old, nasty, rude, and witchy store manager is gone. It is a very nice man that ask how he can help you, won’t out the snarkiness like the previous manager. I urge you to go back to this location and give them a second chance. Thank you from all of us at Studio 6S.

For the fifth time, every time I come here the service is terrible. They are very I professional and the only reason why I come back is because it’s 5 minutes from my home. I’ve bought items to return, and she refused to exchange for the right color. I had to drive to the one in Westerville. Then they tell me I don’t have a card in the system, and I show them my license (I forgot my card) but still refused to accommodate me. Recently, I had came in to purchase some color for my hair and two “managers “ were talking in the back about how a previous client had came in wanting “bleach” and how they knew she wasn’t licensed. Just talking really bad. No one watching the store. Five minutes later they ask me if I need help, and I asked if they had any brand recommendations I could try. “Do you have your license? Are you still in school? Do you realize you don’t have any pigment? That’s what you need. Pigment. Do you even know what pigment is? Are you sure you have your license? Are you still in school, right?” This is how two of the ladies were talking to me. I’m young, I get that. But I’ve had my license for 5 years now and they were talking to me very rude, and unprofessional. They very belittled me, and I will NEVER come back to this location. It’s not worth it wasting my time and money for such unsatisfying service.

If you are not a licensed cosmetologist they won’t sell to you . I found(was told by associate) that out after doing two laps in the store .

Love the store layout New Albany CosmoProf is my favorite. The team members are always kind and if they do not have your product they will order it. Big bonus when new products come in team members actually take time to tell you about it thank you CosmoProf New Albany you guys rock been going there for 10 years

Usually the staff is very sweet and helpful. Im not sure if this is a new staffmember or what. But the Saturday morning worker is really dry and seems irritated everytime I go in there. Maybe because she was working alone and maybe overwelmed.

The staff is really sweet and definitely enjoy what they do and they just really make it a pleasant experience shopping there.

Bad customer service. The lady who worked Sunday afternoon April 28th, did not answer any questions. She was not helpful in fact so arrogant and rude. Never going to this coamoprof again. Disappointing
