I have used Combs Collision & Body Shop (2) times now for 4 different repairs. I am very pleased with the process from start to finish. The friendly, helpful staff from the front office through the process till the end has been great! They communicated through all the repairs, requests, changes, timing, etc. Would recommend and use again!

I love this place, they treated me right and did a great job. The entire experience was well doneMy first interactions with them in person, was when I dropped my car for repair. I figured I could walk home in an hour or two, and when we were finished and I started walking away they asked is no one picking you up? When I said no, they insisted on driving me home. Very glad they did, it started to rain and it would have been horrible.They replaced the front bumper and side panel on my Buick enclave. They found damage that I had missed, and it looked new when they were finished.They talked me through how to fix an unrelated problem and how to get the part. A kindness indeed.On another occasion, I had a light out in the interior gear shift console that three places declined to repair because it was so difficult to get in and replace the bulb (and they could not believe I was willing to pay to have it done). On a whim, I asked them if they thought they could do it. Their response was yeah we got a guy. That light had been out for 18 months. it is so nice after all this time to finally have a working light in my gear shift lever in the console. I happily paid them.When a side mirror was damaged, I simply called them. They fixed it for less than the dealer charged my dad for the same car model and repair.Just go there. They are amazing.Shout out to the man who drove me home, Im ashamed to admit that I do not remember your name, but you have had a very interesting life I really enjoyed meeting you.I did not bother with pictures of the car because the repairs just looked new...

I was visiting Ohio on a road trip this summer, and I had a fender bender in a parking lot. I had a piece of my car hanging off, and I was afraid my vacation was ruined, with no idea how I could drive back to Texas like that. After I called around to a few places (with no openings for a couple of weeks), my insurance company conacted Combs Collision for me. They saved my trip! They were so friendly and kind. The work was done so quickly on the same day. I just wanted them to make my car safe to drive home, with plans to get more work done when I returned home. Actually, though, I decided that what Combs did looked so good that I could just leave it. They are my heroes! I would highly recommend!

I hit a deer over the weekend on my way into work and this was the first shop that popped up in the list provided by my insurance. They got me in quickly for an estimate, the employees I interacted with were all polite and got things done quickly. My car was looked over and within a few minutes I had a reasonable estimate and a possible day (dependant in my schedule, not theirs) to get scheduled to have the work completed. Hopefully I never need them again, but so far I would definitely return if necessary.

This place is outstanding!! The GM was super friendly and professional. The girl who helped me with my paperwork was new, but already knowledgeable, really nice and friendly. They had arranged the rental company to pick me up (I didn’t even have to communicate with Hertz myself), and my car was repaired in two days! Not only that but they cleaned and vacuumed the inside of my car! That was a really nice surprise. Totally recommend this shop!

I went in to see if I could get my car door handle fixed. The guy told me that he will email all the information I needed and cost and never did! Still to this day my car handle is still broke and no one has contacted me yet😑

I went here to get my truck fixed after a fender-bender with another car. Not only did they fix the damage I noticed but they also fixed some small chipping that I did not notice when looking at my vehicle. The paint and new bumper looks great. The car looked brand new after I got it back. As an added bonus, a shimmy my car had at higher speed before the accident was also fixed. Great service here!

In Nov 2019, While driving my 2017 Lexus RX-350 through Ohio on the interstate highway, a deer crossed into my path. Unfortunately, I could not avoid hitting the deer; this caused a lot of damage to the left front part of my vehicle (hood, fender, grill and headlight area). My insurance company (USAA) recommended Combs Collision in Columbus, Ohio. The folks at Combs told me that due to the extent of the damage, they might not be able to get everything perfectly aligned again. Well, much to my happy surprise - not only did they complete it in a timely manner, it looked like new -- everything was aligned perfectly! I was completely satisfied; they did a great job. I would never recommend them for any service again. They look to cut corners, place liability of their inability for repairs on sublet and their customers, are discourteous, and continually provide false updates on the repair status.I would only recommend this shop for people who enjoy getting the run around, being belittled and repeatedly mislead, and needing a repair lifetime warranty for a place you wouldn’t step back into again. 1/5 ⭐️, would put 0, but it’s not possible.Update:To simplify, I purchased my vehicle 5 weeks prior to the repairs taking place at combs collision. Yes, I found out 17 days into the repair of my front bumper and single wheel, that was originally advised would take approximately 1 week, that my vehicle had a single locked lug on the wheel requiring replacement. However, when I spoke with Josiah, he would not provide me with an answer as to which lug key was needed, so I contacted the purchasing dealership who provided me with the lug key information. Unfortunately, the information provided by the selling dealer was inconsistent with the custom key that was needed, it was not a simple five or six star spline. Instead of removing the lug in an appropriate time, as the representative I spoke with at Mr. Tire, stated they had advised combs collision to do, Josiah insisted on needing the key for removal. Mr. Tire suggested a simple solution, to remove the lug nut without the key, as they are very accustomed to do, and then replace it with a standard lug. As I had no idea there were locking lugs on my new vehicle, nor do I need locking lugs, I had no problem with this solution. However, this option had not come to fruition, until I myself had to reach out to Mr. Tire, as Josiah repeatedly refused to do so on my behalf. After I, the customer who entrusted timely repairs to combs collision, had reached out to Mr. Tire, the wheel was replaced in 2 days, as I was informed is customary. This takes into account the day for shipping the correct wheel, which Mr. Tire informed me had been mis-ordered by combs the first time around. Long story short, Josiah never provided the recommendation their sublet provider offered, but instead wanted me to pay out of pocket for a new key, whether he himself ordered it, or I ordered and brought to them. I explained several times that I had no knowledge of locked lugs as this was a brand new vehicle for me, 5 weeks of ownership, but no sympathy was given by Josiah. The way that Josiah speaks to customers is very much belittling, as I had my wife on the phone during one of our conversations, and she was ready to have the vehicle repaired elsewhere due to his very rude behavior and disgusting demeanor. Now, to the false updates. I have three records of times when I was contacted to pick up the vehicle before repairs were completed, once through combs directly when they advised the vehicle was in the wash bay awaiting a wash and then pick up. Pick up did not actually become available until 2 weeks after this voicemail, as the vehicle was not in their possession, but still at Mr. Tire. The second update came from my insurance agent a week before actual available pick up, when combs submitted to them that repairs were completed. The last, was from enterprise, the company they sublet courtesy vehicles to. Enterprise called and advised me that combs was completed with repairs a week before actual pick up and that I needed to bring back their vehicle that day of contact. I have thorough documentation of the phone calls and written communications. The last thing I want to touch upon, is the fact Josiah takes pride in my simplified comment by not mentioning the terrible cosmetic repair to the bumper. I have photos uploaded through yelp, where you can see the poor job they did on the bumper repair. It honestly looks as if they did not use a compound to smooth out the damage, but instead painted over the damaged area.Lastly, nice attempt to blame the terrible repairs on my insurance, as this was repaired under the at-fault third party’s insurance; where you aren’t preferred.

Weve unfortunately had to use Combs Collision several times. They do great repair work and call several times to give updates on how the work is progressing and if its on schedule or will take longer than projected. They will also make arrangements with Enterprise car rental to pick you up when you drop off your car, which is extremely convenient. They also work very well with our insurance company. I hope we dont need these services anymore, but if we do, well be back.

Brent helped with getting my car repaired, he went the extra mile while working with the insurance company and myself to communicate everything throughout this process with clarity. He also worked diligently to return my car in a timely manner while making sure that everything was repaired correctly! I really appreciated it!

This place was recommended by my insurance but I had plans to go elsewhere, upon getting an estimate from them I decided i would allow them to do it and I wasnt disappointed car came back looking fantastic, and the in house group was a pleasure to work with

These guys did a great job fixing my car repair. Their service and the quality of their work was worth it. I can definitely recommend taking your car to get fixed there. Also the car rental company goes and picks you up at the door after you drop the car. All on time.

First, you go in for an initial quote and schedule your repair. Next, you take your car in on the date you scheduled your repair. Its that simple. If you need a car rental, they have Hertz and Enterprise rentals in their lot. The rental company comes over, you sign the paperwork, they hand you the keys and you are on your way. They finished my car in about a week, which was 3 days sooner than expected. The paint was blended perfectly. My car looks new. Ill be a returning customer.

These people are a joke. Made an appointment (as if they are doctors to get a 5 minute estimate now needs appointment) showed up the old lady behind the counter who was not very pleasant informed me that I am late???!!! I need to reschedule it (lol). I left immediately to Germain and got an honest quote in less than 4 minutes. I will see a permanently closed sign here soon with this kind of service.

Combs of Dublin is an A+ body shop. Their estimate was several hundred dollars less that the other body shops and the work was completed ahead of schedule. The body work is beautiful and looks like new. Excellent customer communication. I will use Combs of Dublin again and highly recommend them.

STAY AWAY!!If your looking for a body shop only concerned with cashing you insurance check, youve found the place! Took my car in to repair some damage to the rear bumper. Went to pick it up and there was a backup sensor that wasnt painted and a screw in my tire. After haggling with them, I finally got them to plug the tire and paint the sensor. Went to pick up my car a second time and there was a brand new crack in my windshield! The response; a shrug and file a claim with your insurance. After following up with my insurance to try and persuade them to do the right thing and repair their damage, I find out that when I signed to have the work done, there is a clause that alleviates them of any and all damages that might occur while in their possession. So if an employee drives your car into the side of the building? Sorry about your luck. Ultimately, if your looking for a body shop that probably uses knock-off Korean parts painted with a can of spray paint, youre looking at the right shop, go and talk with Nate, he will take care of you.-Westerville Location

This truly is collision repair by people who care. They did an awesome job on my truck!

Somewhat slow with repairs. They use aftermarket parts to cut insurance costs and the parts quality can be inferior. After my collision repair, I had to return two times. One was due to a part failure. I also found a radiator hose blocking a cooling fan from turning. Luckily I was able to move the hose out of the way myself. I will go to Rifes on Cardigan Ave from now on.

Taken my car there twice and every time Im amazed with the work theyve done to it

I took my Honda Accord in with minor rear quarter panel damage. They took a week longer than promised. When I went to pick up the car they did not even wash it. I asked that it be washed before I inspected the car. During inspection I pointed out they forgot to paint part of the car. They apologized, took the car back for another week. After picking it up and inspecting again, I discovered they didnt tape the car off. There was paint all in the interior of the car. They apologized, cleaned it car inside and out. Returning for the 3rd time the car looked ok. The paint still didnt match, the interior still had paint on it, and now my leather seats are ripped. I asked for the manager and he said this was normal and the seats were ripped before I brought the car in.
