Lauren did a wonderful job of keeping me updated on the progress of my vehicle. She is very professional. The repairs seem good at this point. Like others have stated it took a long time waiting on parts but thats not their fault. Very busy place. Would recommend.

OMG where do I start from the front door to the Techs and detail were amazing. I mean when I tell you my car is immaculate I am talking about so clean I didnt even want to put my feet back in the car it was just that clean. My car has never been this clean since I bought it new. My car was a total mess when It was towed in but now it is a brand new car again. They kept in contact with me during the whole repair process the wait time was minimum THANKS 😊 AUTONATION COLLISION CENTER

NOT HAPPY WITH THEM AT ALL! WHILE THEY WERE DETAILING MY VEHICLE THEY SPILLED A LIQUID INTO THE POWER WNDOW MOTOR AND LATER THIS RESULTED IN A SMALL FIRE. THEY WOULD NOT TAKE RESPONISIBILITY FOR THIS, ALTHOUGH THEIR PERSON WAS THE ONLY ONE IN MY BACK SEAT WHEN HE DETAILED THAT AREA. VERY DISAPPOINTED IN THEM. THIS WAS CLEARLY THEIR FAULT AND ILL NEVER GO BACK AGAIN.I saw your note about contacting you so it can be brought to the GMs attention. He is aware of the issue and has my name and phone number....crickets.

I did not finally purchase a vehicle here, because of very unique requirements none of their manufacturers could meet, but these folks went out of their way to be helpful!

Chose AutoNation in Columbus, Ga because of the proximity to my home. My van was dropped of just before the Labor Day holiday and was told that they would order the parts and be ready to begin working on my vehicle on Tuesday after the holiday. This did happen. Parts were ordered quickly and work began on Tuesday after the holiday. I picked the van up the next Saturday after they called and told me the work is complete and my van is ready to go. I had a friend drop me off at the center, because AutoNation Collision doesnt offer a shuttle service or have rentals (so be prepared)! after signing the paperwork I got in the van and entered the highway and the hood began to shake. When I lifted the hood to look, I noticed the the bar that holds the hood up was 3/4 to an inch out of alignment and that there was white over spray inside of the engine compartment from where they didnt cover the engine while spray painting the front end. I also noticed that the grill was out of alignment and the plastic around the drivers side headlight was not straight. I also noticed that the water from the evaporator coil for the A/C was leaking into the engine compartment and pooling around the battery and ground wire. When I reached my destination, I opened the passenger side door and the door popped as I opened it. The trim pieces around the door were out of alignment and rubbing every time the door opened or closed. I contacted my insurance company (USAA) and notified them of the discrepancies. I then contacted AutoNation and talked to the Customer Service representative (Kevin Flanagan) handling USAA claims. We arranged for me to return the van the next day to have the deficiencies corrected. Six days later, I still havent heard anything back from AutoNation, so I called them first thing the following Monday morning and was told the my van was ready for pickup. I walked back to the Customer Service center (no shuttle available) and discovered that the discrepancy with the A/C leaking into the engine compartment was not fixed. Mr. Flanagan tried to tell me that he looked it up in the book and that this is exactly what it is supposed to be doing. I said it hasnt done it for 10 years before the accident and that water isnt supposed to leak into the engine compartment and pool around the battery and ground wires. Water and electricity dont mix. I asked to see the Service Manager and he said the same thing...I still wouldnt accept their explanation so they called in their Service Tech who said that Im not a GM mechanic but this is how it is supposed to drain. I said if you look at any other vehicle in the lot, that the defrost water from the A/C evaporator coils wont leak into the engine compartment where there are wires, battery switches and controls; that it should leak back behind the evaporator down onto the ground. To date...it took them over two weeks to fix a few minor repairs and I was without a vehicle for two weeks and it still isnt right!Totally UNACCEPTABLE!! STAY AWAY!! Will never buy a vehicle or have any of my vehicles serviced or repaired by any AutoNation Dealership!

Giving this place such high stars due to the fact my insurance company deals with them on an daily basis. Went in the other day to turn our vehicle in and had to wait to be seen because one of the managers sent the receptionist to get his lunch. Then laughed about it. Super unprofessional. Last time had car turned in I was promised several calls about the status of my car and didn’t receive one. Had to call back a few times to get any answers.
