Great furniture shopping experience, with affordable prices. The setup itself gives new ideas how to setup home office, living area and other ideas. Food area is clean and simple. There are some Swedish chocolates too, to try. Wholesome shopping experience that take almost a day to properly go through all options.

Me and my husband spent 2 1/2 hours inside this place. Some of the items were pricey but everything was beautiful. I would definitely go back.

Looking for desks/workspace (area 6). NEVER FOUND IT. Found lots of space devoted to kitchen/dining, but when I found signage indicating Workspace, ended up in other areas (2) or (5) and back to 4. If I could give a lower number (0) I would. No staff to ask. Ikea in Pittsburgh had a booklet. I will not be back. Never wasting my time again.

Ikea is always a great experience. Spent a decent amount of time looking through the demos then we were able to quickly find the items we wanted later on. Found the most adorable little cactus in the live plants section. Had a lovely lunch in the Cafe before hitting the road.

Well what can I say? We all love IKEA. The one thing I see I don’t understand is that why I couldn’t find a single electric cart. I’m disabled and unable to walk for longer than 5min without having to rest and sit down since I have lower back leg and knee issues (for now) and I was unable to grab a wheelchair at the moment. But other than that I don’t think there is much I need to add to this awesome store.

Great place to shop and get ideas to add or redesign you living quarters. From furniture to decorations, they have a lot of interesting items. Very nice wall decorations, office/ work area items to a nice kids display for their room. They also have a restaurant with a good selection and price is reasonable. This place is huge and you definitely need time, not something you want to zip thru. Recommend to at least stop by any location but Columbus Ohio is my store.

I love IKEA! And any one who doesnt....well I dont know what to think about that! Lol they have so much reasonably priced items. I was disappointed that the few things I had decided to buy were out of stock. The closest IKEA to me is about 4 hours away so I can just come back. Other than that, go to IKEA.

Products good - Store Associates no help at all. Not one would make eye contact. One stood behind computer typing (nothing showed on screen) and would not acknowledge our presence. The Lady at checkout was most helpful and was a pleasure to talk with.

I guess once you learn the pattern of jumping through their hoops its OK, the whole process would be easier if they simplified it, (i.e. stating on the website where the product is) but going there is checked off the list of things to do. Probably wont go back honestly.

This will be as honest, helpful and constructive as possible. My experience with IKEA today 10/25/21. There prices are low, as well as the quality of there products. They seem to be a company all about quantity not quality. They don’t seem to care about the customer service aspect of a business this large. Having to wait 30 minutes in line to check out with one register and two self serve lines open and 10 to 15 people in line is completely unacceptable. Me personally I will never come back (and will be mentioning this to all people I know)unless IKEA can possibly change my mind.

IKEA is always great and the Columbus store is fantastic. Always a great selection and great layouts and ideas for ways to set up rooms.Picked up another great office chair at a great price.

Better have your thinking cap on. Amazing amount of items to look at if you are doing anything for your home or apartment and any room. A must visit just amazing to see everythings on display. You will not be disappointed if your looking for very very fair prices. DO IT.

The store is huge and spotless. Very neat including the sale section. They have catalogs at the exit. The staff was very helpful. I like the self-checkout. A lot of the items were out of stock due to COVID-19. But I knew that before entering the store. I was able to purchase the items I needed based on the Ikea website showing the in-stock items at the store.The staff looked at the packing to determine if the food was vegan. Plus showed me for my peace of mind.

I love the various options and innovative décor. Staff can be hit or miss, I feel like its honestly one extreme to the other. You either have someone really bubbly and helpful or someone rude who barely knows what store theyre in. Store is always clean and easy to find items (helpful tip I always take a picture of the tag with the aisle information) Ive bought many many items and have loved every one of them. Their closet design app is amazing and was much easier than I thought to put together. Our couches weve had for 5 years and still look new, I love that you can machine was everything.

We always seem to find what we need at IKEA. The workers are pleasant and helpful. The atmosphere and layout makes it easy for shoppers to make their way around the building. Overall a good shopping experience.

Typical IKEA store design. It is over an hour and a half away from where I live. So I checkout their website before I head there. Many times the site shows that they have the items in stock, but when I arrive the shelf is empty,. Assistants tel me they should have the item, but they cannot find them. Wow.

Well..... the think tank at IKEA has made your dream come true. On several occasions, my wife and I stopped to make sure we had not circled back into the same area. When I asked one of the employees for the nearest exit, he explained he had been looking for it since 1952. He told me he visited the store to purchase items and got lost. He simply started working there to live off the delicious Swedish meatballs and chocolate bars. I thought this was weird since the store hadnt been open that long. Fortunately, we were able to find some great deals on entertainment stands and an office chair, then we used the path of those that came before to find our way to freedom. Would recommend this daunting adventure to a friend.

Robbed!!! I left my physical business card with one of my employees in Dayton. But have a virtual wallet and card on my phone. Drove to the Columbus store cause its the only one that had the product I wanted and they only had 8 left mind you I have purchased this same productover 50 times. Price for product in store marked down from 140 to 79 each. I grab all 8 and head to check out. Then they refuse to let use a virtual wallet or even punch number in. I have ID with name and everything on it. So no they wont let me purchase. So what do I do?? I got online on my phone and bought the 8 online. But guess the price 140 each. When I ask why cant I get a refund for the 140 since Im physically in the store they say cause I dont have my card. But I used my card online standing in the store to purchase the items. So. Basically they just stole several hundred dollars from me. I had also purchased kitchen cabinets from them in February and they didnt deliver my last one till a little over a month ago. This company has no customer service. I will not be buying anything from them again.

I went on a Friday afternoon to avoid crowd and it was wonderful!! I only browsed the house it floor and I found all the useful item --- utensils 9.99$ for 20pcs nice silverware set, $.49 cents tongs for salad(I could not believe they can lower than a candy bar ). The candle isle was my favorite. Their fall scents are amazing 👏. Also a white paper lantern for only $12.99...I ended up carrying a big blue tote happily home with new cutting board, chocolate, froze Swedish meatballs, and a thousand of ideas to renew and refresh my home! Thanks IKEA!!

One word...EXPERIENCE!The furniture here wasnt the only thing built to last, the whole store itself was.Now this aint your local, shady looking furniture store.Youll feel like your at some kinda theme park or attraction.But instead of waiting in lines for hours being miserable for one ride and praying to the Gods your 2 year old will remember all this.Youll be here to buy,  lots of furniture, home accessories and decor.Your naturally guided though the store at your own pase,  grazing your eyes at all the different options.And when your done shopping,  its not even over yet!With a wonderful Ikea restaurant built-in the store, youll want to stop by to indulge yourself in the classic Swedish meatballs🤤This place was  truly something else to behold and you deserve to come out and treat yourself to an Experience.

Its always an expedition going to Ikea. Lots of walking, nice vignettes, and yummy meatballs. It was hard to find the furniture we were interested in let alone load it on to one of the rolling carts by ourselves. We found a very nice young lady with a lanyard and yellow vest who was a great help. After about 2 hours we were checking out and I was unable to find any meatballs! I was looking forward to yummy meatballs at home. Sadly they werent available. All in all we got the furniture wanted and had a nice lunch.

I still like Ikea. Not the same as it used to be. When I would go to the one in Maryland for many many years I was always so excited. I have shopped in Columbus may times also but its just seems they dont have as much as they used to. The art section is terrible the lighting section seems bare. Yesterday I saw a love seat in stock I been waiting on for weeks. Finally website showed 2 in stock. I had about a 30 to 40 min drive to get there I was afraid it would be gone. I tried to purchase online but they would not let me, thankfully it was still there. Guy was nice that loaded on my cart cashier was nice. I asked for help loading in my truck I was instructed to wait outside and someone would help me in the loading zone. I watched all these people loading there stuff but they had another person to help. I never saw a Ikea employee out there in the loading zone. Then one came out entrance grabbed cart and went back in. I ended up loading by myself a 55 yr old female I smashed my thumb pretty good. My love seat is nice but disappointed in the service.

This is as nice and clean of an Ikea as you would expect of any of their stores. However, I have been to this Ikea several times and they seem to always be out of stock of what Im looking for. I blame it on the location being near Ohio States main campus. The college kids are always buying out the stock. Looking for a Billy or an affordable desk chair, check the stock online first

Love IKEA just wish that it was closer.Its just a great place to shop have lunch plus its the only place you can get Lingonberry jelly. On toast with peanut butter its like heaven.

Incredibly difficult to find any help in the store. After about half an hour I found one person who informed me each of the items I was looking for were out of stock. Unfortunately, a wasted to but I did learn (from the associate) that the website stock is accurate to withing the hour. If I find a reason to come back, I will definitely check the website first.

My absolute favorite store. The furniture is available in all range. Moreover so many innovative ideas. Its a super exciting place for people who like to show some creativity but also dont wanna spend too much

If I could rate 0 Stars I would. My first time shopping at IKEA was two days ago and had the worst experience. First off, everything seems to be out of stock so I went to see if I could order parts and they are not allowed to order out of stock items from their store?? Does this make any sense to you? I was explaining to the guy who was helping me that I tried to purchase these items online but I am not driving all the way to Pennsylvania for a table. He was absolutely no help and repeated the same response over and over. I told him I understood the situation but how can I order something if its telling me to go to another state? He was so unprofessional, rude, and made it seem like I was stupid when I could not find what I was looking for because he found it easily. Secondly, I was in the store just two hours prior, and happened to accidently leave my receipt at IKEA. I went to return an item because it was broken when I got it but they will not take it without a receipt even though I explained my situation and I just purchased this table. I had to call customer service three times to get my receipt because apparently they are not allowed to email it to you until 24 hours later which is ridiculous in my opinion. The customer service representatives over the phone were very rude, especially a woman I spoke with. I do not remember her name, but I explained by situation and she had a very snarky attitude when saying, awwwww like she did not care about my situation. The next person I spoke to the next day acted as though he was a teenage boy because I asked him a question and he had an attitude with me about it and stated, I was just asking. I will never be shopping with IKEA again. First impressions matter and obviously they do not care.

IKEA is something magical. You want to buy uniquely designed, relatively cheap furniture? You go to IKEA. This was the greatest thing to open in the area for first time home buyers. You can design entire rooms thanks to IKEA and they have a great return policy and they tend to come out with new things all the time. The store isn’t that hard to figure out to navigate with the map posted everywhere and with short cuts to get you through it. The food is also great which you wouldn’t expect from a place that sells house hold objects. This place is an experience and I recommend it.

Good store with a decent collection of stuff. Spread across two floors make it hard to navigate. Most of time, we end up skipping the upper floor.

I arrived around 11:30 on Saturday. There was a line going out the door. I decided to use the click and pick service after purchasing online and they were really fast loading my items. However this was my first IKEA visit in Columbus so I decided to check out the store as well. Greeting was very friendly. Masks required due to Covid. Line moved fast at the time. It felt crowded inside the store. Their cafeteria/kitchen was closed but their market place was open where you could still purchase their swedish meatballs, hot or frozen.

Clean aesthetic in their products, cheap because of economies of scale. Theres something for every one, regardless of the size of the wallet/purse.

First time to visit. The staff were very helpful. Really enjoyed all of the room designs. Hard not to come out with new ideas on how to organize. Looking forward to going back!

The only store that is actually really fun to be in for hours. Three hours only felt like one. Beautiful items everywhere you look, and the prices are surprisingly low for the quality you’re getting.

Very nice and easy way to buy furniture also cheaper which is always good!! They have a cafeteria which gives you Swedish meatballs and other good food which are amazing and through out the store they have small games to entertain kids. Very good place to check out if you need furniture!!!

Clean store nice staff. Unfortunately more than half of the items my daughter wrote down were not in stock. The kitchen gadget section was almost empty. So the day trip from Cleveland was ended on a sad note. It would be helpful if they labeled the furniture on the floor as not actually for sale if it is out of stock.

Soo much walking! The dresser my mom was looking for was out of stock but we were helped immediately and told when the next shipment would be in. Like the merch much better than a couple years ago. Its actual human size. Always a clean environment even though it looks like a warehouse. One of my new favorites!

If I could give 0 stars I would. Worst return experience ever. Sat on the floor for over an hour on my day off waiting on the phone so I could return my unopened items because they wouldnt help me in the store. Just a bunch of people standing around doing nothing would not help me with my return. I knew day and from what account I got the stuff and had my card to look up... and they wouldnt do anything in the store. Dont go there. Cheap . Rude. Worst customer service ever. No one cares. No one wants to help someone who accidentally lost their receipt. They are not worth your time.

My wife and kids just moved here recently from Sweden . This is the main store there so they love it. I grown to love it too. Great furniture, great directions to put it together,(it’s a nightmare though takes long time lol) soon as items come in they are gone . Haven’t been to ikea it’s 1000% worth checking it out

Worst experience I’ve ever had with a company. Ordered the SÖDERHAMN along with a desk and entertainment center with delivery. I did not receive half of the parts to the SÖDERHAMN. I called for support after delivery. Explained my situation and was told that a resolution member would be giving me a call within 48 hours. I waited 72 hours with no call from a resolution member. Called back to the resolution department and asked for a supervisor and was told I would get a call in 45 minutes to a couple hours. 24 hours went by and no call from the supervisor. Called in again and this time was told they would just refund me for the couch but I’d have to bring the parts in that were delivered to my house. I do not have a big car which is why I asked for delivery in the first place and have a newborn baby to take care of. Not to mention, I moved into a new place expecting to be able to have a couch on that date but was inconvenienced with having an incomplete set and multi levels of lack of communication within the company.Update: Waited an hour and a half on hold to speak to a supervisor and was hung up on while on hold

Woah, I did not expect to find so much stuff here. It kind of reminds me of supermarkets in China — big, lots of stuff, cheap food (but maybe a little better organized). Awesome stuff!

100% recommend. I come here from Cleveland because the Columbus location is bigger and better stocked than Pittsburgh. Great products, great prices. You can even have a whole entire meal during your shop. Give yourself a couple hours to get through all areas of the store. Yes, you can blue through it but youll discover so much more if you take your time. I love the bedding and kitchen sections the most and I fantasize about remodeling the kitchen and bathroom while walking through their model sections.

Been to this IKEA a few times now and its fine. Like many they have a great range of items and design. And I hate to knock off a star for something out of their control, but a significant number of their items are out or backordered. I know its like the pandemic, but shouldnt floor items be marked as unavailable?

Impossible to talk to a person to get help. If you call the phone line it insists you get better help online. If you wait through all the phone prompts patiently and work through its catalog you never reach a person, it simply disconnects you . This company obviously is not about customer service

Not impressed. First time there, probably never go back. Store designed to make you look at everything. Wasted my afternoon. Good place for young couples or those just leaving home and getting their first place.

Very neat place. I hadnt ever been before, so I decided to stop and see what its all about. The layout is expansive and logical, and I even found a few neat things. 5/5 would recommend. Floor Gang ouh.

I usually love ikea, and I still do love their products, but the management at this location is atrocious and makes it very difficult to have a pleasant shopping experience.There was no staff to be seen on the marketplace floor. Three separate times I had looked and walked around looking for assistance and finding none. Which actually left me not making some purchases I had originally planned on. I do no fault the average employees, this is the fault of greedy management short staffing the store to save themselves some money.However my worst experience today was with someone (whom I presume was a supervisor) being incredibly rude at check out. I was asking my cashier about a product I found on the shelf without plastic wrap and was wondering if it was available for purchase since it seemed that there was another item on display. This man came up, out of nowhere, interrupted the cashier (who was being lovely and had my question handled) took the product from my hands and said “no”. He then regarded me as if I was some criminal attempting to steal, which was frankly insulting. I was spending nearly a grand there, a $10 pin board was not my worry.This brief interaction was uncalled for (again, I believe the cashier would have handled the situation in a much kinder and professional way). Perhaps this man’s time would have been better spent assisting others on the empty sales floor instead of standing around to insert himself where he was not asked. Middle management power trip soured my entire evening. Thanks.

I love Target and IKEA is their new rival. I love aesthetically-pleasing furniture and housewares that are relatively affordable. Just walking through the showroom, you get ideas. Get the IKEA app to check what aisle what is in and to see if its in stock at this location.

We love IKEA! They are family oriented and kid friendly. Clean and everything shocked that we needed. Lines were a little long but nothing we couldnt handle. Food was good. Kids area was awesome for my girls. Pricing is so beyond reasonable.

I’ve always been a fan of IKEA and they’re furniture is great. But recently some of the employees especially in the food departments are extremely lazy and never prep enough food for the whole day and always catch an attitude with their guests.

Customer Service reps for the Ikea brand are very nice, but I have been trying to get an issue resolved and they forward my issue onto the store and promise Ill get a call back in 24 to 48 hours and for over a month they still havent called me once. I have called multiple times and get the same promise every time. DO NOT SHOP AT THIS IKEA!

I could easily spend an entire day at Ikea. The workers at this particular store were very friendly and helpful. Theres something here for everyone and its a great place to go for inspiration for in your home and find every day essentials for an excellent price!

Polaris store is SOOOOOO disappointing. Nothing is in stock. The help doesn’t know when it will be in stock. From curtains to frozen yogurt, it’s out! Call before you make the journey so you aren’t frustrated spending precious time hunting for something that is nonexistent.

There are so many organization and decorating ideas in this expansive store. Its hard to keep your mind focused as you walk by literally 1,000s of ideas for projects, etc. The prices are very reasonable for the creativity that they foster.

Love this location. The store is clean and enough staff to assist you. Always find something to take home. The cafe is gorgeous. The food was excellent also. Under $10.00 a person with drinks and dessert. Ill take the 2 hour drive again!
