A lot of items here to look at. As soon as you walk in, rows of cases will be to your right. But they are not worth your time for the most part. And youll need the time. As you go forward into the main area, you will be greeted by aisle after aisle of antiques ( many things I would just call mildly old). Its fun to look around, but as you will find out yourself there are not many things that jump out at you. Still worth checking out. As they say, ones mans trash is another mans treasure.
Premier shopping experience!!! If you leave this building empty handed you have missed out. Shopped this store for years. Not only is the store clean, organized and set up for customers it is wheelchair accessible. Knowledgeable and friendly staff. Must visit when in Central Ohio.
While I dont get to go here as often as Id like, I can say that each & every experience Ive had here has been one to remember! Everyone here is beyond nice, so that alone is reason enough to pay this place a visit, and if youre into antiques & old things, then this place definitely has more than enough to go around! Stop by if youre in the neighborhood!
This is one of the better antique malls in the area. It is very large and organized nicely so you can see every booth.
Heritage Square Antique Mall has a lot to offer. The setup is different from other antique malls I have visited as they have all the locked cases in the same section and all the big booths in a separate section. It was very clean and well kept, really seems like the owner cares about his business. They also had convenient signage so you know where you are/where an object/booth is. The staff was also friendly. I found the prices to be fair on most things, somethings seemed high. I didn’t find any deals or anything I couldn’t live without though. It also was somewhat dim, but generally wasn’t an issue. As others have said bring comfy shoes as you could spend hours looking around! Here’s a couple cool things I saw too.
Nice large antique shop. Very large with good assortment of items. Easy to find in Columbus, OH.
I used to love coming in here and buying things. But apparently if you look a certain way they will come up with a reason to tell you not to come back. Unless you look like a blue collar worker or are 70+ do not come! Disgusting.
Items arent bad but rudest staff and management I have ever had to deal with. The general manager position should definitely be reevaluated.
Told not to return with little to no reasoning. Spent way too much money at this establishment to be treated like a thief, with no video or evidence whatsoever. I am no thief. Shoppers beware...
Lighting is dim for some weird reason. I liked it over all. Had a lot of flea market stuff but we found some good stuff. This is a search and find kind of place!!
Buyers beware! The only reason they got one star is because i couldnt give them zero! These people treat regular customers like they are thieves and dihonest people. I was stopped (after making a purchase at that!) and told not to come back into this store and i was banned. When I enquired why they would say this, they accuses me of stealing a pocket watch that went missing a week or more ago! I have never been a thief and am an upstanding citizen of my community. When i asked them to show me proof all they could produce was a profile picture of my face that they took off of their camera system! (If they put my picture on their shoplifting hall of fame i will have a defamation case waiting for them! I have never been treated so poorly in ANY place of business, EVER! Over the years i have spent a lot of money in this establishment albeit not in one transaction...maybe thats where i went wrong. Maybe i am considered a thief because i only buy smalls that dont have a high price tag, so in their minds, I must be a thief! Unless you enjoy being treated like a thief, I would steer clear of this so called Antique Consignment Mall and spend your money where you and your money are appreciated! Sincerely, an honest cunsumer.
Its a very good size antique mall east of Columbus. Theres plenty of things to look at and see. Theres a couple of good boots for tools plenty of glassware and pretty much anything else youd want thats old. If youre into CorningWare Tupperware or some of that other stuff there are a couple of good boots for that as well. Just a suggestion, bring a flashlight because the lighting is a bit poor in some of the spots.
A rather large building, stalls fairly neat. Great prices also
Very nice place with all kinds of antiques, trinkets, and novelty items. Lots of booths with lots of stuff and all booths seemed to be rented.
MOTHS!!! Literally flying in the air and on everything. If you are looking for vintage clothing or textiles I highly recommend freezing and treating anything you buy here or pass on anything fabric here.2 stars because the staff are pleasant and helpful.Ridiculously large mall...light on antiques but lots of retro, farm house and vintage stuff.
LOVE this antique mall!!!It was like stepping back in time with all of the antiques and the 1960s music...times were wonderful then.
This was our first time going to this antique mall. There are a ton of amazing things everywhere. Lots of glass cabinets up front for smaller items as well. We walked out with a few items, and we never do that! I highly recommend going there. It took us probably 3 hours to go through the entire place.CCW friendly
Didnt shop, stoped in while on a road trip. However they had plenty of neat goodies. Would love to go back and shop.
THE antique mall in Columbus! Huge and has a competent staff. Plenty of parking. Always something new to see.
Loved walking through! Lots of unique booths and many fairly priced items.
It is fine. Nothing real exciting and certainly not high-end antiques. In fact, vintage describes it better than antique. I find their policy of not offering any type of discount until $80 really unusual. Most places will offer 10 percent on anything above $20-$25. This means I will do nothing but buy really low-end items. I like their music and the staff is nice but the mall itself and items are middle of the road.
Always something to find there. Well run.
What a wonderful antique mall!!! Its like going back in time, when things were good!
Pleasant environment. Good selection. Reasonable prices
I accidentally strolled in. Looking for something in particular. Beautiful store though loaded to gills with merchandise not too crowded. Very country, rustic, hand built inventory. Not my style at all. Still was helped immediately. Went the extra mile. Merchandise was gorgeous and hand crafted. Still not my cup of tea.
The staff at the Antique Mall are super friendly and will go out of their way to help you with any items whether theyre locked in a display or out of reach or whatever. Im more of a flea market kinda guy than traditional antiques although I must say I think antique malls that arent beginning to stock 70s/80s items are probably missing out. Heritage is most definitely not as they have MANY items from the period Im personally looking for. I predominantly look for vintage action figures like G.I. Joe, Transformers, Kenner SuperPowers Collection and more...I should maybe bite my tongue as I dont want to give up a honeyhole BUT I have to say the staff and selection is so great that it outweighs any feelings of keeping it to myself...if that makes any sense at all! The area is a bit on the sketchy side BUT I know several people only blocks away and Reynoldsburg is also just around the corner...so dont allow that to scare you off!
Absolutely amazing place. Super friendly staff
Some really amazing finds if you have the time to look since theres so much to explore. It was our first time being there and we were delighted by the range of items, from to tea sets, war memorabilia, and furniture.
A must see in Columbus. Always find a treasure here.
Agree that the lighting inside is dim. Just ho hum as far as Antique malls go surprisingly Columbus doesn’t have a bigger or better. Do yourself a favor a travel another 45 minutes to Heart of Ohio Antiques in Springfield, much nicer. I’m an antique tool guy just bummed I didn’t find more of what I was looking for so admittedly i’m biased in my review.
Heritage antiques is a great place with wonderful people. Always a good experience and good prices.
This place is huge! They have everything for everybody. Helpful staff and clean restrooms.
Love this place. Lots of great goodies!!!
Packed full of interesting things
A very nice place to stroll through and find that one of a kind gift or antique. The aisles are well spaced. Baskets carts are available. Credit cards accepted for over $10.
As with most older shopping centers, this place looks old and needs a face-lift. That it is so does not seem to allow management to attract higher quality merchants. We went to Payless Furniture and glad we didnt let condition of center detract from that choice as we found there what several other stores did not offer.
Lots of things to explore here. It’s quite dark inside no matter the time of day, but it almost makes the hunt more fun…
Very cool selection of antiques and retro items.
Easy to get to. This could be a great place to shop if you could see into the shops. It was so dark. Some shops tried to set up their own lighting. Whoever is running the facility is not doing their job. And dont get me started on how hot and stagnant it was in there. I actually thought I was going to pass out at one time. We did try to shop but the conditions made it a very uncomfortable shopping experience. I just know there was good stuff in there that I needed but couldnt see.....
Always love going there 💗
Was there 2 days in a row and left with some great finds! The staff is amazing, friendly and helpful. I lost track of time looking thru all the great finds. I’ll be back very soon! Such an amazing place and the prices are the best Iv ever seen and I’ve been to a lot of antique Malls and shops!! Thank you for the great experience!!
Great place for Antiques and collectibles
Great selection of old tools and an easy place to while away an afternoon!
Great place to just browse...or buy.
Some cool old stuff, check back frequently. Lots of old tools in one stall.
Full of interesting, unique and different things to buy!Reasonable prices, great staff and open every day except for a few holidays.
So much fun to walk through. Lots of good stuff.
Very disorganized and poor lighting. Finds are there but tske work
Its a lot to look at but very entertaining to walk around. You might find something you like each time. The booths change every once in a while.
Always something new to find. Probably the best prices youre going to find in an antique mall.
Unique items, and great staff. Everyone should this place. It so cool. Its like you step back on time.
Seems like prices have gone up since my last visit
Amazing amount of great vintage and antiques at a huge range if prices. Very helpful, friendly staff.
Well laid out with nice displays makes for enjoyable browsing. Good selection of furniture, ornaments, collectables, toys, media, comics, pictures, decorative nik-naks, memorabilia, etc. from lots of small vendors. Good mix of antiques and what Id consider garage sale or flea-market items. Prices seem fair and can be negotiated. Friendly staff. Has restroom facilities.
Huge selection here. Things are neat and organized well. Many different vendors set up with a wide array of items to pick from.
Always find amazing things here! I could browse around for hours and still not see everything! 10/10
Good prices, wide variety of items and courteous staff
Lots of smalls. Some signs. Too much newer craft stuff now though. Record albums. Used to be much better prices but theres still interesting stuff to be found. Worth a try.
The place has a lot to see. Plenty of booths with various items. Prices seemed reasonable. Bought a couple items.
Love this place and the people are so wonderful and helpful!
This place is HUGE! Be prepared to spend several hours and wear comfortable shoes! Something for everyone and a wide range of prices. They know what theyre doing here. Highly recommended.
I always injoy coming to the heritage square mall, you never know what youll find.
Best antique store in central Ohio! To be fair, it would be almost impossible to know the contents of every vendor since the store has lots and lots of items and the turnover is high due to very reasonable prices!! Loved the help and staff was second to none as I asked about becoming a seller at the store. Excellent all around.
Large antique mall with many different sellers and reasonable pricing.
I found a piece of furniture and it needs some work but the finish was perfect will go back and buy tomorrow . I can tell covid 19 has affected the antique world.
A really nice antique mall. It was clean and well organized. Quite of a variety of antiques where there is something for everyone. The staff was really great and very helpful. Been there a couple of times and it well worth the 1 hour plus drive. Will be making the trek again in the near future.
Heritage Square Antique Mall has an amazing selection of antique and vintage items. The selection can almost be overwhelming! Make sure you give yourself plenty of time if youre going to visit because it takes hours to browse the whole store. The staff are knowledgeable and courteous and you often interact directly with the owner, Karen. Its definitely worth a visit!
I love to browse here...never know what you are going to find and the merchandise changes frequently
Always too much to cover in one day and different every time we go back. Fun trip down memory lane.
Go with enough time to wander. The place is big, and full of all kinds of cool stuff.
Never know what you will find we love it
Always something new and exciting to hunt down. Staff is super friendly and helpful. Some vendors will take offers on their items, so its important to ask. Bathrooms are insanely clean and fresh! Prices are all over the place. There is plenty of parking, the building is huge so you cant miss it from the room.
Good selection but relatively pricey. I was surprised to see they required masks, not sure why here. Then I found out they will sell you one for $4. Lots here but bring a big budget.
This place is amazing. Very large selection, lots of variety of products. The only down side is the lighting, it’s very dull in the store.
Whenever i come to Columbus this is one place that I always stop. It is a huge flea market kinda setup with dozens of different sellers have a small section of items. You never know what you will find as it is constantly changing. If you see something you like you should buy it as most likely it will not be there when you come again. The glass cases in the front hold the best treasures usually but due to the changing nature the whole place is a honey hole. Even if you dont need anything stop here and check it out!
This is a nice antique mall. The front has glass booths with good lighting. The rest of the store is hit or miss. Lighting is dim, if the booth owner does not provide lighting, it can be cavernous and dark. For me, it is always sensory overload but it is still a nice place to browse.
What a great place! I love to walk around and look at the great variety of items the vendors have displayed. Some prices might be what I consider higher than what I would pay but continue to look around and its highly possible that you will find it at another vendors booth for a lesser price. I always find great buys when I go here. The employees are more than willing to help and are very nice.
I absolutely love this place, my family and I go there at least once a month, the staff is awesome and helpful. And you always find new things even with us going there so often. Love love love!!!!
Great place. Very large selection of quality items. Many vendors and well presented booths. It took three full hours to peruse the treasures. Few bargains though. Worth the visit though.
Can we have more of these in Columbus PLEASE 💯♥️
Fun place to visit and I even find a deal or two. I like the folks that work there and the place is kept clean. Keep up the great work Heritage.
Good collection. Prices are in all ranges.
Looking for an original nostalgic gift or to replace one of your broken memories, this the place to go. Spent an afternoon here finding things that make fun, not the normal gifts. Staff are very helpful and friendly. Prices ranges cover the spectrum
Great place to browse for antiques. Staff was nice and helpful. Restrooms were clean. One of the best local places for antique variety. It isnt a place to necessarily to deal as the owners have to contact the vendors to discuss prices and will only do that on items of certain value. That being said, I found most prices to be reasonable compared to what I see at auctions and at other antique multi-vender places.
