Richard was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. This was easily the best experience I’ve ever had in a paint store. Great selection and easy access makes this store a must-visit for paint related product needs.

Very customer friendly. Richard was extremely helpful with paints for an upcoming project. He is very knowledgeable about the way different finishes (satin, flat, gloss) will interact with each other. Highly recommend the store on Forrest Dr., Columbia, SC.

Although this store can be very busy, the staff always takes time to help and explain paints to you. I am painting my tin roof and the service was exceptional . Thanks guys . Ill post a picture when finished. All the reaching gadgets did the trick on this steep roof .

Very unhelpful staff. We asked a simple question about whether they thought a paint color was more green or blue in their opinion and they refused to answer. We didn’t ask for a commitment...we just asked so we would know which color direction to start from. No thanks.
