Recently visited this place to possibly purchase a new double wide and the customer service was awful! I drove over 2 hours and when we walked in, the older man at the first desk was on the phone telling someone about how this potential customer has so much money and has it going on and is interested in a tiny home. That shouldve been my warning but I went ahead and started looking anyway. We looked at pretty much all of the homes and went back to the office and I told him my budget of under $100,000 and he proceeds to inform me he has one home close to that number at $103,000. I inquired about homes on their website and was brushed off, didnt even offer to order what I wanted. I told him I found some in Cape Girardeau, MO for roughly $80,000 and he told me to go there.

We purchased a new home from them April, 2021. We purchased a home that was already on the lot as we needed it fast. We were due with our new baby in August. The salesman said 30 days to deliver and install everything once our land was ready. Ha that’s a joke!! It’s been going on 5months now and still no sign of our home being delivered. So now we’ve been stuck in a camper with a newborn baby and our two other children. We call 1-2 times a week. We’ve even called mobile home movers for this “Robert” guy as he claims his normal guy is out on surgery and the other company he uses their truck is broken down. We’ve begged these people to get our home to us. Our home was broken into, the refrigerator was stolen which is fine but they ripped the flooring dragging it across the floor. We’ve asked multiple times for it to be fixed while we’re waiting on delivery and they state the cannot do that. Craig is super helpful and he tries but this Robert guy from the Ashland store whom handles all the deliveries and warranty repairs is way to busy to get anything done. When we call he doesn’t even know who we are or what home we bought etc. and we call ALOT. I would NOT recommend buying anything through here!!! I am trying to find a number to a cooperate or a boss of some sort to complain but not having any luck. If anyone has any kind of other phone numbers I can call I would love to have it them!

Terrible customer service, we went in there to try to start the process of finding our dream home and the guy acted like he didn’t want to be bothered. We left and we won’t be back. We will be sure to let others know as well.

Horrible! Please do yourself a favor and go anywhere but here! We have had so many problems with them. We still dont have all of the pieces on our house, we moved in the home in July 2020. We contacted the housing inspector and it seems they are all friends. Lies,lies,lies. Run! Run fast! If this is your first time, you dont have to let this company do all of the work. Hire a contractor through your loan. Buy a house elsewhere!

The worst and I mean the worst I dont know how they even stay in businessI wish I could turn back time .I would not buy a dog house from these people now .

Purchased the home in May and they made all sorts of promises. We were excited and everyone there seemed nice, until we asked to have a service person come to our site. which we were told they ALWAYS do. Not in our case, they said they didnt need to since we had a contractor who had never done this before. Then we had to pay them in full before they delivered the home. Then they said they are too busy to install it or finish it and only paid part of that cost. They literally dropped the home and ran. Never been lied to so much and people who dispute their own words. Never, never again

Reasonable prices and they set everything up except for getting ground ready! Very nice and very helpful people!

I was in the process of buying a home. I put $5000.00 down. In the meantime, I was diagnosed with an illness and am unable to work. I thought the reasonable thing would be to just ask for my money back because I am unable to work. I was asked personal questions about my health and they refuse to refund my money. Buyer beware!!

I do not recommend going with this company. We were made promises and told that wed get approved no problem. We were initially approved and then denied because my husband is a 10-99 employee, and they go off of his adjusted gross income (what he made after deductions and write offs) instead of the amount he actually made. Ever since we were denied we have been getting the run around with the company, and now theyre completely ignoring our attempts to contact them. I know the mortgage company is separate from the mobile home company, but the mobile home company hasnt provided very good customer service. We last heard from them two weeks ago, and I have tried contacting them since only to have my messages ignored.

Took forever and didnt do everything they were supposed to. They never fixed my windows like they were supposed to and I was supposed to get working ac that I never got they didnt even bring me the unit. They constantly told me one thing then turned around and told me something else like they were supposed to start the improvements on the inside after the appraisal I even have an email saying they gave the order for them to start then later when I asked how it was going they said oh we cant start that till after closing.

Pretty sorry company was told I was approved and then told I was cant believe it and dont mess with TLC because they lie even though I was approved at 1 and then not approved it didnt make sense so dont mess with them
