Always a friendly experience when I enter the store. The owner (male) is very informative of the products he carries!!! I prefer the location over any other liquor store in the area!!!!

I have gotten to know the owners over time and they are nice. Also, there is not a minimum charge to use a card.

Idk what’s wrong with the lady that works there but she has absolutely ZERO customer service skills. I was preparing to pay for my purchase and saw that they accept Apple Pay. So I pull my phone out instead of having to use my card and touch the pin pad(ronavirus times we live in) and go to use my phone. She then says debit or credit as I put my phone near the machine. She then pushes my hand out of the way and says again says debit or credit even more rudely than the first. Then I said I’m sorry, I just saw here where it says Apple pa....she cuts me off before I even finish my sentence and growls at me again “debit or credit!”. I’m sorry lady, everywhere else I use Apple Pay does not require me to select debit or credit before I use it. Furthermore, the physical contact was not necessary in the slightest. It was more convenient to come here but I will be going out of my way to Muhammad’s place where I feel I am appreciated as a customer from now on. July 31st 3:30pm

Lady in there is not very friendly and they do not have the best selection.

Stopped in to see what prices were today since Killian Wine and Spirits had opened. I thought Village would have come down on their price since Killians was only a dollar or two over Greens/Frugals. 1.75 litre of Jameson is $36.99 at Killians and $51+ at Village. Prices are ridiculous unless they have a sale on something. Sure they are nice people but the pricing is higher than the state mandated and controlled in North Carolina.

Visted on two different occasions and the woman working was strictly business. Some would say cold and uncaring. She asked me if she could help. No hello or how are you. Good selection. Dont know about the prices since I rarely shop for alcohol.

RACIST or prejudice one!!!! I am an African American woman and I used to shop here often. The older seemingly sweet lady will walk literally right on your heels constantly asking if you need help. I came in with no bag with me or anything and she constantly followed me around as if I was stealing. A friend of mine had a similar experience today and ASKED if they thought she was stealing and the lady replied YES. Sad! I WILL NEVER SPEND MY MONEY HERE AGAIN.
