The women who may the manager and drive a Mini Cooper is so rude and nasty. I ever had the badly experience like this. I dont know how badly her life is that made she yelled customer. this is nearest wine store around my house but I will never go back. I will give them Zero star if have one

So pretty much anyday that either the owner, Joe or the Coast Guard veteran arent there the store gets closed early. Last week I called to see when they closed, and 15 minutes before they close the person who answered just yelled closed and hung up the phone. I called 2 more times no answer. Today I get there 10 minutes before closing and the closed sign was up. There where 2 people outside looking in the store, I then go in and come out of giant 10 minutes later to see the same people walking out of the store with a bag of alcohol. Its not worth your time to go to this store. I hate writing bad reviews but it is what it is, I also hate wasting gas and time

My brother and I just came in looking for some alcohol for cooking. We were both asked to show ID, and I was informed my ID wouldnt work because it was zoomed in too much. Im glad they checked because its good to keep up that law and now I know I should look into changing the photo. Very helpful all and all.

Owen Brown Liquors has a decent selection of handpicked craft beers and wine. They also have some pretty great bourbon if youre into that sort of spirit.They dont really offer much in the way of larger selections like the big chains, but I like to support my local family liquor stores!

Horrible customer service. I came here almost every weekend. But they will not get my businesses anymore. The clerks never really greet you or say thank you after you make a purchase. My husband was treated horrible by the clerk as well. We live less than 2 minutes from this wine store, but rather drive further now for better customer service.

Prices are cool the cashiers could use a lesson in etiquette not all but some

$20 for a PINT of Jameson?! Wish I could give y’all less then 1 star..but right up the street it’s literally $10 for the same bottle!! If you can: NEVER BUY ANYTHING IN COLUMBIA INCLUDING ALCOHOL remember it might be further but you’ll save money in the long run..case and point

Do not go here. Employees don’t understand liquor laws and would not sell to someone with military id. When I asked for explanation the guy kept repeating himself and acted as if I was trying to do something wrong.

The cashier had an attitude, when I ask prices on a couple of items.POOR customer service!Walked out without any items.

Not good services according to my lady from the Gentleman who may or may not own the business. This will change. Must say always polite to me but must respect woman too. Zero tolerance for that behavior.

Walked into the store on a Monday evening around 7pm to buy 2 bottles of wine. Received no greeting from the clerk who was on her cell phone, but instead was subjected to one side of a personal phone call during which the clerk was using foul language. Very unprofessional and poor customer service.
