Excellent sales person they know there merchandise...

Wasn’t able to buy anything because the cashier was on the phone. The other people were in the back. Waited for a while and left with nothing because nobody was available for checkout.

The staff was very knowledgeable about the products. They had a great sale and I was able to combine it with my birthday discount.

Wonderful staff, if you want cheap and quick shop online. If you want one on one service with someone that knows the line inside and out it is worth it. They send out coupons often as well. They just came out with a new fall pattern today!

It was only a few days before my wifes birthday and I needed to get the right bag for my wife. I called and spoke to Mia, who was AWESOME! I wasnt going to be able to make it to the store before my wifes birthday, so she went above and beyond and personally delivered it to me! Mia made the whole process easy, especially for a male who doesnt know much about bags or purses. My wife is happy and I am happy. Thank You Mia!!!

Since 2010, I have shopped at this location, and the employees are pleasant enough although they can’t be bothered to spell my last name correctly, ever, and they don’t have much product knowledge (Example: I asked them what cases would fit a MacBook Pro laptop and they had no idea, so I had to take my newly bought laptop out of the box in the store to try them out). June is friendly and the nicest employee at the store. She is willing to go out of her way for anyone.However, the Store Manager, Julia Porterfield, needs quite a bit of re-education regarding client service standards. People like her is the reason why several retail stores are closing. I understand that there are store policies that must be upheld, but that isn’t an excuse to be excessively obnoxious and rude, especially during the holiday season.I will drive out of my way to avoid giving more money to this store. I like the Towson or Tyson’s Corner locations, in which I’m treated infinitely better than this Columbia location.Ultimately, I will probably just give my money to their competitor, KS, or even buy more LV, where the quality is better and the client service is outstanding.

Lots of products, very friendly and helpful staff

Staff is friendly but the line is SO slow. Lots of merchandise, and all of it expensive. I only buy things here for my wife, and infrequently at that.

Went in today - not impressed- the staff was rude & seemed inconvenienced when I asked for help for - will not be going back - very disappointed-
