My mother and I came in for a birthday gift. We had heard of the store but never purchased anything before. The service at this location is incredible, the lady that assisted us, Ms. Abby, was truly so helpful and guided us to get the perfect gift. She was patient with us and more than willing to assist us with selecting the perfect watch. This was hands down the best decision we made when coming into the mall! We love being new members of the Fossil family.

Excellent service & nice productsI’m not going to lie. IMO, Fossil smart watch isn’t the best smart watch out there... BUT they offer a great look, good enough functions at a very reasonable price. But what makes me a loyal customer is their excellent customer service! As some people have mentioned, Nas is very knowledgeable and her commitment to customer service blows my mind!When I couldn’t properly close the cover after so many battery replacement and got some water inside, she gave me an excellent suggestion to mitigate it. It absolutely worked but for some reasons the watch stopped working out of blue a little later. I thought they might have to ship the watch to fix it but instead of making me wait, she offered to replace it to the same brand new watch for free!! I just couldn’t believe their generosity. (I was going to upgrade to a new rechargeable smart watch by paying the small difference but unfortunately they haven’t produced the right size for me...) With service like that, there’s no way I will ever switch to an Apple Watch (especially I don’t want to give out too much of my private data to Apple anyway)! 😉

Guys Danielle and Nas are the BEST! Seriously! I came at the last minute to have some links removed and a battery replaced. It was a gift for my best friends birthday, and even though I was super last minute (annoying I know) their customer service was top tier! Like they actually wanted to help. After a busy day and coming in a little before closing time Abby and Danielle took very good care of me. They were super swift with assisting me and provided me with very detailed information. I had a great experience and found my time inside the store to be adequate for the purpose. Any retail job will have high volumes of people coming in and out of a store daily. The customer (some) expect to receive A-1, 5 star quality service no matter when or even how the associate is. I noticed how well the associates kept their professionalism. The first associate was dealing with another customer and went ahead to look into my watch problem. Aly was able to get the watch working and explained through what the issue was. In the end I wasnt expecting 5 star quality or A-1 level service but the team at Fossil did make it just that. Thank You

I love Fossil but this was the first time I’ve ever wanted to go back to a specific store. The team not only took care of everything I needed but they were extraordinarily knowledgeable, helpful, and incredibly friendly. Thank you Nas, Preston, Ephraim, and Danielle! I originally went to the Clarksburg outlet to purchase a watch for my father and significant other. Very unprofessional and not very good customer service. When leaving out I contacted the fossil in Colombia mall. I believe I spoke with Aby about my experience at clarksburg and she encouraged me to come in if it wasn’t too far of a ride. She even offered to contact clarksburg to inform them that they could do what was needed for a watch that I purchased. When arriving to the colombia mall I was welcomed with open arms and received immaculate customer service from Nas, Aby, and Danielle. Nas was moving with the engraving machine, while still providing great service. Danielle was the sweetest, even with the store being packed she made sure she let every customer know “she appreciated them for being so patient and she would be with them shortly”. I had a wonderful experience here! Thank you again for your great customer service 😊😊

Fossil in Columbia store employees are very helpful . I had a problem with my smart watch i purchased 2yrs ago. After being in a car crash. I went to fossil during the summer and they shipped out to be fixed. I got it back it work for 2weeks. I went back to fossil to see if they could send it out again. They told me i could upgrade the watch. So i returned the old watch and got this new one and paid a small difference for the upgrade. Thanks fossil. I very happy with my new watch.

Went to the store check out some replacement bands for some of my watches, as well as get a battery replaced. Upon entering the store Nas immediately greeted me very cordially. She let me know that if I had any questions just ask her and she would be there to help!She is extremely knowledgeable and friendly answering any and all questions I had. She easily swapped out the battery and did it within minutes.I’ve been purchasing watches from this location for sometime and after this interaction will continue to do so!!!Thank you again Nas!

Never leave reviews but the two men working tonight were insanely helpful and really kind. They took their time with helping me figure out what bands I needed to replace and also changing the batteries on all my watches I brought in. They were super patient with me and while I waited were a pleasure to chat with. Had to travel an hour to get there since it’s the closest fossil store to me and they made the trip worth it with the awesome service. Thanks!!

Great store, replaced my watch when the button stopped working

I had the best experience at the fossil store in Columbia. Arthur is the man! He talked to and worked with me when I was choosing a new smart watch and a metal band for it. Hes great at his job and really know his watches. Two of the most important things for me are customer and a company that will support their customers if something goes wrong with their product and make it right. Fossil exceeds my expectations for both of these things every time I visit one of their stores and talk to their associates. They will always have my business. AND if you need any type of watch go see Arthur at fossil!

I ordered a generation 4 fossil Smartwatch from Amazon oh, and there were problems with the way that the charger connected to the watch. For the second time, I brought it back to the store and without question they replace the watch this time with the charger. They were incredibly helpful, and much better than support was on the phone. Highly recommend this location.

I had a wonderful experience with Aly. My gen4 explorist watch was damaged and she replaced without any hassles. It was totally a breathe of fresh air. I was in and out in 5 minutes. That experience alone is why Ill continue to shop at Fossil.

MORGAN is the true meaning of 100% customer service. I went in with a gen4 smartwatch having charging issues. She gave us all our options and wound up exchanging for a gen5. I couldnt have asked for a better fossil agent. Thanks again Morgan for your help.

Naz was friendly and helpful. I didnt feel I was being sold, but she acted like an assistant buyer. Not only did she help me make my original purchase, taking time to allow me to try on different watches and band, I went back this time and purchased a second watch from her.
