My wife and I were looking for a 2 row side by side to use on our property and to take to the beach. We were very impressed with the Ranger and Jerry was both helpful and knowledgeable, he even rearranged utvs in the showroom so their headlights would shine on one we were looking at (there was a power failure going on). We left impressed but undecided since we were also considering a Gator. About 2 weeks later Jerry called and said they had one in stock and available. With the current shortage and long wait time to order one, we went to the store immediately and Jerry made the purchase easy. We had not asked him to look for one for us and would never have know about this Ranger being available if it werent for Jerry reaching out. Attached pic is the Ranger ready to do a little work!

Recently purchased a Polaris ranger 500 from Columbia powersports and I absolutely love the machine. I also love the service I got during the sales and ordering process. Special mention goes to Dillon Jacobs who was very attentive to what I was looking for and following up with me on the progress of my order. It took awhile to get the machine but that was because of the current supply disruption. I am very happy with my purchase from Columbia Powersports supercenter.

April 24 went in to look at Rangers. Daniel was a lot of help answered all our questions. We ordered a 2021 Ranger XP1000 Crew. We was 8-12 weeks out. May 24 called to ask a question and was told we were about 3-4 weeks out. Getting excited.June 10 Daniel texts me asking if I was interested in a blue Ranger, and if not my white one would be in soon. I informed him we ordered Burgundy and he confirmed it with his notes. He supposedly got a hold of Polaris to find out the color of unit they would be delivering me. He text me back and told me that Polaris converted the color to white, apparently because they are not making any more burgundy this year. I contacted Polaris, they confirmed my order as white but stated that they are still making burgundy and that they would Never change a customers color without first consulting dealer and they consult with customer.Daniel lied.Sad thing is me and the wife talked and agreed we would be okay with white. But then he sent the text. Now he has lost a customer instead of manning up and taking responsibility. I ordered another unit from a shop in Murfreesboro that day before I got off work. So I went to visit Daniel after work to personally let him know I do not want to do business with him and cancel my order. With a smug attitude he defended himself and put the blame on Polaris. The whole conversation just doesnt add up to that. When I get my new machine and people ask where I got it, I will always include where I didnt and why. -Rob

I filled out the Contact Us form on the website, which provided my name, phone number, and email, and I was asking about price and availability for a bike. In the comments, I put only text or email me please. Not 2 minutes later, I got a phone call and a text, and then got harassed through text about making an appointment and only coming in when this particular salesman was going to be there, telling me I needed to call and text before I came, and asking me when my work schedule was so he could schedule me an appointment after I told him I live an hour and a half away... It was very much like a creepy, clingy ex-boyfriend within 5 minutes of asking the price of a motorcycle. I wont be visiting the store at all. I will absolutely go somewhere less pushy.

I bought my 2020 390 Adventure here and I cant say enough good things about this place. The entire staff from the front desk to the guys in parts and service in the back. All of them have been super generous with their time and willing to go the extra mile to help me with whatever I needed. He went the extra mile helping me get my first service done and getting my tires mounted for me in a pinch. I had the best experience with the parts department. I bought a set of wheels and tires for my RZR a couple years back. I had issues getting them balanced. I started to believe that the issue could be because the wheels are bead locks but after calling the wheel manufacturer and the tire manufacturer I determined it was probably the tires being out of round. I contacted Justin at Columbia Powersports and he was able to get them warrantied for me. The guys in parts and service were great to work with.

This has been the worst vehicle buying experience that I have ever encountered. My unit arrived a several weeks ago and I have been promised it would be ready multiple times. One time I went in there and it was someone elses unit that they were trying to give me. When I asked why my accessories were not on there, I was told that they were on backorder. Turns out that they were not on backorder because all but the roof magically appeared. I was told yesterday that I could pick up today and then receive a call this morning to tell me that a part is defective. Keep in mind that we are talking about a $26,000 machine. Not a single concession has been offered. I will never buy from here again and I will never has my machine serviced here either. Wish I could enjoy buying a toy instead it has been one nightmare after another. Maybe I will get my machine before my first payment is due, however it seems unlikely.

On FEB 4th I Purchase a 2007 yamaha fourwheeler from Columbia Powersports, I was told that they would have to keep it a couple days to clean carb. and to repair brakes, After a week i called to check on the fourwheeler iI wastold that the carb,had been cleaned, Then was told that they had to order the brake parts and they would be in on Feb.16th,so i called on the 16th and talked to someone in services, I was told that the parts would not be in until the 15th of march,so after talking with then, I called back and ask to speak to the owner.I was told he was in a meeting and would call me back,I gave them my name and number,I never got a call back,on march the 26th I went to Columbia Powersports to pick up the four wheeler, I asked if they could ship me the parts that i would install them myself,So on April the 9th I texted the one that sold me the four wheeler,He said I have got a inquiry that they were in,I never got anything from them,So he told me the parts were in and he would next day them to me, I i got them the next day but they were the wrong parts that was April the 10th he told me he would get the parts on order and they would be in my mail box the next week,Today is May the 2nd I have not heard from Columbia power sports or seen any partsRichard Porter Port7391 @hughes.net

Went to Columbia Powersports to have my 2007 KTM XCF 250 looked at and they charged me almost 400 dollars and told me the cylinder was shot and the starter was destroyed. Long story short the cylinder was fine the bike had a bad intake valve and the starter was good too. All that money and nothing for the money not even the truth! Doubt they even opened the motor to look at my bike!

Shopping for a UTV, I met salesperson Travis Oberschlake just inside the door and he sold me a Polaris Ranger. The salesman was professional, and knowledgeable of the product. He presented an offer and we negotiated a deal. The Store was clean and large and had a wide variety of stock to pick from. It was a good day.

Was recently shopping for a new superduke, and the team over here was awesome. Not only did they know the product well and have a great price, they were very responsive and no-pressure unlike a lot of the dealers right now with the crazy bike market. Unfortunately I didnt end up getting the bike from them as the superduke they had left wasnt my first choice in color, but if it were I would have definitely given them my business. I highly recommend talking to these guys even if you have to travel a bit to get there.

Salesman was polite and was the middleman. Gimmicks.... No price tags on anything. Was told $4200. I needed an official final price. That took almost 30 minutes. Final price was $5800! $1600 markup! A haggle business that then asked me what I would pay for it. It was worse than buying a car!

Don ask for a price . You will not receive one even if you ask 3 times . Better off driving 4 or 5 hours .

Been wanting a Honda CRF250F for a while and looking on the internet noticed Columbia Power Sports had started selling Honda. I gave them a call and Nathan answered. Sure enough they had one there in the show room. I was able to make the deal over the phone with Nathan and put money down to hold it a couple days till i could go get it. Awesome experience! I inquired bout a blue razor online, late on Saturday (almost closing time I might add) Tyler was quick to get back with us. We told him what we wanted and our trade in etc within an hour he had a price, we agreed on, and credit approval. So all we done was come in next business day an it was ready and waiting it wasn’t the blue we expected but we loved it. The signing of the contract etc was also great.
