Love getting my car serviced here. I’ve been going to this location for more than 12 years. They don’t disappoint. I got my car serviced for an oil change and then received a car maintenance review log (not the name of it) for a very detailed current status of your car or for any future work that needs to be done. It made me feel very informed about what’s going on with my car and to also prepare myself for what needed future attention. The service team is attentive and patient with you. They definitely get the job done. Also if they can they will work with you on the price. I also got tires and alignment there as well.🙂 no matter how big or small the issue is they are always detail oriented in making sure they get the job done to your satisfaction.
I am so thankful for Tony White! He demonstrated today the kindness and professionalism I expect when visiting the dealership. I was waiting on my vehicle to be serviced and he took the time to stop and say hello and to make sure I was OK. You dont forget when people are kind and go out of their way. My second experience was a lot better than my first. In which, I had the same salesperson twice (Claudette Green) and had an awesome outcome. Claudette goes above and beyond to help the customer. I would definitely recommend that you ask for her when purchasing a new car from Midlands Honda!!!!

I went to a couple of dealerships on the same day I went to Midlands Honda. The sales agent at the other dealership were annoyed I was there didn’t even bother helping me buy my car! But Charles Green at Midlands Honda was the best, he helped me reach a deal I was comfortable with and you can see he really cared and knows what he is doing! Robin Neal was the representative who helped us transition to an Odyssey yesterday. I came in not knowing much about vans in general, but he was exceptional! Mr. Neal was very personable, easy to talk with, and informative. I felt like he genuinely cared about my familys well-being and was excited for us instead of just trying to make a sale like so many other sales reps. If you go in nervous, definitely ask for Robin because he will surely do a great job of getting right to work for you with the added bonus of putting you at ease!
I have all maintenance and service on my Honda done at Midlands Honda. They have been good to me for 3 years. Recently I used the pick up and drop off concierge for my cars service appointment. It was super convenient and my service advisor Matt Johnson called and explained everything and answered my questions, even a few not related to the services being done. They even fixed a small issue for no extra charge that I wasnt sure what was going on. Im glad they take the time to listen and find the concerns to keep my car in great shape!

2nd time here and the waiting area was nice and clean both times. My first visit was for new tires and the the gentleman (i forgot his name but will know him if I saw him) was polite and knowledgeable. This time I came in for an oil change, the gentleman I spoke with is Matt. Matt noticed unusual wear on my front drivers side tire and Honda rotated my tires free of charge since Ive only put 1k miles on the tires. After the oil change: I received a video detailing the status of my brakes, Air filters, and tire tread. Ive never seen that before and service was A+. Ive visited another Honda dealership in the Columbia SC area and the service at Midlands is easily the better dealership in my opinion. Im military and stationed here for a brief period but if I need additional service while in Columbia SC, Ill definitely be back.
My 2022 Honda HR-V is the fourth vehicle I’ve bought from Midlands Honda and my secondHR-V. I am very pleased with my experience. The service is always great. I was in and out within one and 1/2 hours to purchase and drive out with my new car. I highly recommend Midlands Honda if you are in the market to buy a new car.

I had an excellent experience at Midlands Honda while searching for a good used car. This experience was much better than other places I had visited. We were introduced to Midlands by Forrest Hairston even before I got there as he answered questions about a certain car I wanted to see. He treated us with respect and did not hurry us in any way as we asked many questions and wanted to take time to make up our minds. I was totally satisfied with my experience there and did purchase a car while there. The financial manager was also very helpful as he did not detain us as we made financial arrangements. All in all it has been a very satisfying experience.

He had the knowledge, he had the answers, he knew how to communicate them very professionally, and quite delicately I might add, to my very upset and frustrated situation. Thank you so much!! Midlands Honda is great.*But I still want to remind my ladies and first time buyers... Please do your research before you go to any dealer. Have your questions and concerns ready. Most dealers will still sell you a payment, because lets face it, thats what most people only care about. But go in knowing your bottom line, like the total you want to spend, are you getting a discount or rebate with that, do you want that additional warranty, service contract, gap insurance, etc (most will assume you want it all). Do your loan calculations, knowing your terms and interest rate. Dont just focus on a payment alone. And again, that goes for EVERY dealership. Most of us buyers just dont know the right questions to ask. And that is our own fault. They are just doing their job. Happy shopping!

It was my first time at Midlands Honda, and I had a great experience. Jeff, my service advisor, was extremely kind, informative, and detailed. The technician did a wonderful job, and everything is good as new. The lounge is extremely peaceful, and quelled any concerns about having to wait for my car. My wife and I bought a 2015 Yukon Denali from here a couple of weeks ago. We had a great experience! Everything went smooth and quickly. Our salesman, Charles Robinson, “JR”, was excellent! He was a great guy! Even after the sale, he saw my wife sitting in the and realized that she was trying to connect her phone to the Bluetooth. He immediately walked over and helped her connect her phone. Also, I have to give a quick shout about the finance guy. I cannot remember his name I think it was Claude. He got us out so quickly. Honda Service Experts are nothing less of awesome. Especially Greg Royster. They listen and take care of your needs for your vehicle. They offer advice and even fix things that are quick fixes of things you didn’t notice on your car. Honda offer free Uber rides to and from your home to make sure you are comfortable while you wait for your vehicle. This is my first Honda and due to the customer service I received for over the past year I will be forever a Honda customer
Great experience. Cant say enough good things about the entire Midlands team. From the minute we drove on the lot we were treated well and acknowledged by every employee that passed our vehicle as we waited to be checked in at service. Literally 3 or 4 people spoke to us and told us someone would be right with us while we waited less than 4 minutes. Time expectations were provided and met. We were traveling home to NC from FL when our car started malfunctioning- very reassuring to work with your team. Wayne Duncan was attentive, calming and informative. Comfortable movie room with WiFi made the almost 4 hour experience bearable with 2 teenagers. Thankful and grateful to Wayne and the entire team at Midlands.

My CR-V was serviced yesterday for a couple of problems. My service advisor, Wayne Duncan, kept me informed of the amount of time expected to do this service, which was only about 45 minutes. This is the first time in my entire life that I am so impressed with a dealership that I was excited to leave a review. Honestly this might be the first time I have ever been impressed with any dealership. I had a simple service needing to be done, but my situation was unique. I had a vehicle that needed to be inspected but I am out of state. Luckily I was able to work with both dealers on how to get the vehicle there for the work to be completed, but the amount of communication and detail you receive on a free inspection is absolutely amazing. If you live anywhere near midland Honda and dont go to midland then I am confident that you are missing out. I had been working out of town and was well overdue for an 5K oil change and tire rotation. I called the service center at 9:15 AM yesterday thinking I wouldn’t be able to get an appointment until today or later. I was pleased to be offered a 3:15 PM appointment the same day.It’s also important that I tell you I don’t live in Columbia. I drive to Midlands Honda from Sumter, SC because of their exceptional service and friendly staff. I have yet to have a bad experience, the 45 minute drive is worth it.While the whole team is great, I want to give a shout out to Glen as he took care of me before I even checked in. He fielded my call and questions, looking up information and providing me with answers prior to me making the trip. After checking the vehicle in, he gave me an estimated wait time and it was pretty much on point. I sat outside to wait, my preference, but they do have a service waiting area inside with vending machines. I happened to be inside when the servicing was completed, Glen went out of his way to find me in the building and walk me to where my Ridgeline was parked. He gave a quick synopsis of what they did, handed me a copy of the inspection report, reminded me of how many visits I have left on my service plan.10/10 would recommend Glen and the Midlands Honda team to a friend for any vehicle purchases and servicing needs.
It is a small thing but, after having our car serviced, the staff took the time to wash our Pilot. We purchased our car in 2016 from Midlands Honda and for a while this courtesy was stopped. We also liked the texts sent and personal phone calls from Jeff to talk about the work our vehicle needed. He was patient and answered all of our questions. We also like that under the new owners, many former staff remain. For example, Mr. Green in sales, is still there (we bought 2 vehicles with his help) and he came over when he saw us to say hi and see how our family is doing. It’s nice to see that servicing our car included these “little things” and we noticed and appreciated it too.

I recently took my wife’s vehicle to Midlands Honda for service. I didn’t have an appointment and they were able to squeeze me in last minute. My wait time wasn’t bad and their facility is excellent. I really enjoyed the theater room and it made time pass quickly. All work was done timely and as promised. I called for service yesterday at 3:15 for an appointment expecting to be told next week. I asked for next available appointment and was told can you come in at 4:30, are you kidding me, YES! Upon arrival was greeted moments later written up and shown the customer lounge. Updated via computer generated messages and service people. Of course, I was watching the movies shown in the lounge with free popcorn. Vending machines were right there and restroom around the corner. Pleasant experience and will do again if my car needs service.
Always a pleasure to drive away with a car in tip-top shape. These folks are very reasonable and understanding of my needs. They are expanding their building which creates some obstacles. But I plan to continue using them.

My experience at Midlands Honda was wonderful from the time I pulled up until I left with my service vehicle. They are doing some construction, but they didnt miss a beat. At the end of my service I asked to use the restroom and was given a mini tour of the inside waiting areas. They have an awesome movie room waiting area with games for the kids and they have a quiet waiting area if you want to read or just relax. I will be back.

I always trusted this dealership. When it comes to service, they’re honest and up front about costs, expected maintenance, and long term recommendations. I since moved out of state, but I go out of my way to come back to this dealership when my car is due for maintenance. I have been to different dealerships for maintenance, but when I needed a second opinion, this place was able to provide me with reasonable options whenever costs were a concern for me.
Midlands Honda is a wonderful dealership! And we love our salesman Mr. Charles Green. He has helped my husband and I tremendously. We were bamboozled at another dealership with a car. That broke down on us a day after we got it. The other dealership didn’t want to help us or take the car back. We took it to midlands and Mr. Green helped us get a way better car. Unfortunately it was totaled earlier this month by a careless driver hitting me. We went to him and he helped us again on getting another car. Thank you so much. So this is my second time in 3 years purchasing from Honda and the service was even better than the last time! I love my upgraded Pilot! When you visit you have to sit with Shereece! She provided the BEST customer service experience. She listened well and was very accommodating to me and my two daughters. She was very personable and made sure we were comfortable throughout the process. I truly felt like more than a number while with her and will be a Honda customer for the long haul because of this experience!
