Jon is so willing to work with your need, regarding hearing aids! He’s excellent with programming, able to make even an older instrument functional. He never pressures one to buy or upgrade hearing aids! He’s number 1 in our book! Call! He’s so accommodating.

I just visited Jon Woods office to look at possibility of new hearing aids for my mother. I dont often write Google reviews, but we were very impressed by his integrity and knowledge of his craft. Most importantly, he put the needs and concerns of my mother first. He listened to her and did not try to push a higher end option, but clearly explained the advantages and disadvantages of various options, allowing us to make an informed decision. Also, he was very conscientious in taking precautions against spread of the coronavirus: mask wearing, distance, and even sanitizing the pen before we filled out paper work.

We found Jon Wood to be an outstanding professional, very knowledgeable, selling a good product that really works, and has most kind and considerate personality. We recommend him very highly and will never go anywhere else for help with hearing.
