I was treated well along with the results were explained to me as I understood everything. My experience was great and I encourage others to use this office. Customer service was excellent!!!

I made an appointment for my 92 year old Mom who is visiting from another country. From the receptionist who answered the phone and greeted us when we arrived, to the Doctor who tested and adjusted her hearing aids, the treatment was first class!We made an appointment to go back and have her hearing tested. I have been to many hearing doctors since I was first diagnosed with low tone hearing loss when I was younger. The exceptional service from Dr. Raup, and the team at CHC is absolutely amazing. He is very professional, speaks clearly face to face, explains everything very thoroughly, and is very pleasant to work with. I highly recommend the office.

Dr. Raup did a great job in explaining to me my test results and the features of his recommended hearing aids, patient, cordial, and clear. Seems appealing, the quality, Cost, and services/warrant etc.though i have to check w my insurer for final deal.
